Pros: The crew was very nice and helpful. I had a layover in the Azores and it was as pleasant as a layover can be. I did not view this layover as an inconvenience as most are. The food was quite good. No complaints there.
Cons: One thing I did not like was the "entertainment". Even though the flights were on the shorter side I was quite disappointed with the lack of films/ suitable tv on. When I realized that there was not goin to be a movie playing at all on my 5 hour 40 minute I thought I would listen to a music station, which I did, but it was quite inadequate. There were only 2 options and the sound wained in and out. Once so long I thought I knocked out the earplugs. The second thing I did not like was before we landed for the layover going to and from my destination no one told us that we would be disembarking, wait , and then returning to our original seats. I originally tried to go through customs because I had no idea what to do when I just needed to sit at the terminal.
