My fiance and I stayed here because we were recommended by friends. This hotel did not disappoint! Very elegant, clean, and the service is fantastic!!!
Nothing to complain about!
No complaints. Nice hotel. Good location to Petco.
Parking fee...but if you do any research you know this in advance so it isn't a surprise. No free internet which was a problem for my kids.
I liked the view and the location.
No free internet. No free anything unless your a special member. Extremely expensive room for bare minimum. Hilton is one of the richest and most widely known chains yet they couldn't spare a pretty penny for free internet or parking.
Outstanding hotel in a great location. View from our room on 30th floor was amazing!
Perfect view great room Starbucks on ground level
The view and beds very comfortable
Shower curtain was dirty and stain of blood no good!! Shower wall had soap scum billed up not clean in awhile
Location was nice. Beds were comfy. Check out was easy. We would visit again.
Checking in the man helping us was very fake and condescending. Parking was 32 dollars a day.
They should have refrigerators in the rooms
Staff was extremely helpful and friendly.
Can't think of anything we did not like
Parking was an exta $30
Great location, friendly and helpful staff. I would definitely stay here againl.
Housekeeping skipped us the first day. When we requested fresh towels they brought them but didn't take away the dirty ones. A minor issue for sure.
Hard to navigate bottom 2 floors
the location, comfort, cleanliness
no free wifi no fridge no microwave expensive valet service $45 for one night! old pillows security lying to me about not having a 26th floor
We liked everything. Beautiful hotel. Incredible view of the San Diego Bay. I cannot remember staying at a hotel that offered such a friendly (and helpful) staff. This was the perfect location for us also because we could walk across the street for a couple of games at PETCO Park.
I cannot find a single aspect of the hotel to criticize, not even if I tried. I couldn't wait to send pictures of the hotel to friends and family back home.
Service was pretty good. Desk agreed to match my discounted rate on an extended stay, which is pretty uncommon.
Most of the hotel room floors were dirty, and in a couple cases dirty dishes from service were left in the hallway for multiple days.
