Cons (-) Horrible customer service - they overcharged me for a number of items, including mini bar purchases that we didn't make, and then 'investigated' while we waited 20 minutes for them to tell us they had no receipts. Pros (+) It didn't have the elegance - seemed cheesy w decor. We were sad it wAsnt on the beach for $650 a night. Dining room was not inviting - just a sad time overall but the beds were soft and linens were good.
