Pros: Selected Silver Cloud as family base while I had surgery at the UW Medical Center. Couldn't have done better! Staff was accomodating in every way, room was exceptional, and location was perfect! Thanks everyone for your help!

Pros: Location was great. Staff were friendly. The hotel and the room was nice and clean (with the exception of a missed plastic cup that rolled under the bed). The complimentary breakfast had a nice assortment of hot/cold items.

Pros: Nice and new but understated. I liked the furniture in the lobby. Loved that use of washer and dryer was free! Just don't forget to bring detergent. I believe they had free breakfast until 9:30am but I was never awake early enough to try it.

Pros: Location was great, and the bed was very comfortable.
Cons: First room I was given was not fully cleaned -- damp / dirty towel in the bathroom and the toilet had toilet paper in it and wasn't cleaned. Went back to front desk and was assigned a room that was fully cleaned.

Cons: Parking is $18 but we found free street parking on the street next to the hotel. Bathtub wasnt clean. This seems to be the case at so many hotels I stay at, so maybe this is how housekeeping staff are trained?

Pros: The setting was absolutely amazing! The grounds were peaceful and inspiring. The Breakfast was exceptional!! Great selection of healthy foods!! Staff was helpful and kind. It was a short walking distance to restaurants for dinner. And the location overall couldn't be beat for our needs! Close to the University and Children's Hospital! It is truly a gem hidden away !!!!

Cons: The room had individual climate control, but it was locked. The temperature was ok, but I would have liked to be able to adjust it.
