Pros:Everything was wonderful. Irving was the name of the rep that assisted us. The car model that we booked online was unavailable and for a small upgrade fee - we rented a luxury SUV. Very happy with this rental experience.Reviewed May 3 2021

Pros:Staff (Irving) was exceptionally helpful at pick-up - he ran out to warm the car up and bring it right to us! Also helpful with switching to a larger vehicle. Pickup was inside terminal at Aspen airport which was very convenient.Cons:Price seemed high but not sure compared to other vehicles of similar size.Reviewed Feb 28 2021

Pros:The staff was extremely friendly- both picking up and dropping off couldn’t have been easier. My car was safe, comfortable and clean!Cons:From Denver to Aspen I paid around $200 for a luxury car. From Aspen to Denver, however, I paid $1000 for a less expensive car. Pros:Had to wait 30 Minutes to pick up rental than didn't have car I rented so they had to charge me an extra 10 dollars a day for the rental I got.Cons:Should have gave me an upgrade without charging me extra and been more attentive when a customer comes to get car. They was quick to call me when they didn't look in key drop box for keys right at noon when car was supposed to be returned even after I returned it an our before was supposed to be there. I will not be renting through SIXT of aspen ever again.Reviewed Jun 16 2020
