Systems were down and Car was dirty
Cons: Car was dirty. System was down when I arrived and had to wait for an hour til it was back up. Staff was unprofessional and was cursing a previous customer. Won't rent again.

Pros: Return process is fast
Cons: The wait was about 1:15 minutes which is way to long! Only one person working on the day I arrived. Plus you don't take debit cards!

Poor operations, poor customer service, smelly car
Pros: the logo is kinda cool.
Cons: Run by people with no sense of urgency or desire to be there or common courtesy. no self-awareness in business relationships in terms of customer-rep. i'm a business consultant. i would have replaced everyone.

Pros: I was able to complete the registration online and had no delay in checking in and receiving the vehicle that I asked for. Personnel were professional and friendly. Vehicle was clean and fully functional in all respects. Zero problems with unit over 2600 + miles of driving. Returning the vehicle was extremely fast and again met with friendly, professional service from the employees. I will use SIXT again.
Cons: Beyond the control of SIXT but the Atlanta Airport location is somewhat of a nightmare to get into and out of. Perhaps a simple printed hand out illustrating the exit/entrance routes in visual form might help.
