My hubby needed to reserve the car in his name instead of my name being on the car, and Alamo in ATL was so kind enough to change the names without problems. Thank you Alamo for making our life that much easier!Reviewed Jan 5 2025

Pick up was kind of like a free for all. There were not many cars available and People were actually running to claim a car.Reviewed Dec 26 2024

I called and confirmed that there would be a car for me. Keisha said yes there was a Nissan SUV for me, so I rode to the airport to pick it up. When I got there, the people at the counter said there was not a car for me.l and that they do not take same day reservations. I told them I spoke to Keisha and she said there was a car here for me. They said “customer service doesn’t know what inventory we have. We don’t have any cars, and no one else does.” Why would Alamo let me make a reservation if they didn’t have any cars or accept same day reservations? So frustrating. They offered no help either.Reviewed May 27 2024

Karen at the customer service desk was a true GEM & PLEASURE assisting me. She gave me information on what cars would be best on gas mileage. Based on my travel plans. When I first arrived at the desk. She greeted me with a smile, and some of the best customer service. I have encountered in a very long time. Even while choosing a vehicle the total staff. Went over and above & out their way. To ensure I was taken care of, and satisfied with my experience. Not to mentionthe drop off of the car was just as easy and great.Reviewed Dec 25 2023

At the counter I had told that they don’t have any car. I end up paying triple cost since I got it at a car from Hertz counter.Reviewed Nov 22 2023
