Cons:Enterprise does their best to avoid handicapped drivers. A separate department from reservations handles your equipment needs. I've had the wrong equipment installed, then had the station manager tell me to go back to the airport to go to another agency. On this trip, we had to wait for the PREORDERED equipment to be installed. W cannot show up and get our car and drive away; in the same fashion as regular customers. One might think there is a corporate effort to discourage handicapped drivers. Some day their violations of the ADA will be so over the top that I will own the company, because I resent being treated like a second class citizen.Reviewed Jan 7 2018

I always use enterprise but was disappointed thisPros:I pick up my step children at least twice a year and fly into Atlanta and rent a car. I always use enterprise because it's such a smooth process with friendly service, great rates and very clean. (So clean, I feel obligated, in a good way, to gather all my trash into a small bag when I return my car because it was given to me so clean.)Cons:However, this last trip I was disappointed. It was cold and I guess the washer was frozen so my car was dirty on the outside. That didn't matter to much to me since I was about to drive for three hours and it would get dirty anyway. But as I was driving I noticed the inside hadn't been cleaned very well either this time. I've always been amazed by the friendliness of the staff as well, but this time when I returned my car the gentleman seemed to be a bit annoyed with me. I will continue to use enterprise though! And hope this is a fluke because this has definitely not been the norm for them.Reviewed Dec 23 2016

Cons:It would have been nice on drop offs if I could have used the restroom. Covid-19 restored not somebody's been driving for hours and he use the restroom and they would not let me in. The other issue is I think it could have been better than $21 a day. I had offers for $12 a day but decided to use Enterprise because of a drop off in Statesboro. Garage to be nice if you guys should do a triple a discount and I typically rent through hurts and they offer AAA. FreddyReviewed Apr 29 2020

Cons:It was very difficult to find the rental desk coming from outside the airport. Better signage or online instructions needed. Also, Enterprise would not honor my reservation without a major credit card on file. This should have been disclosed up front.Reviewed Sep 17 2020

Sweet bewilderment.Pros:Usually, when dealing with other car rental agencies, I end up waiting in a long line with other disgruntled leasers just to be told the car I reserved is no longer available or I have to deal with a representative that seems to loathed their job. And upgrading to Gold or Plus member only means you wait in a different line for the same terrible service but not with Enterprise. The bewilderment for me came when I was whist straight to the counter where I spent maybe a minute or two and was then directed to the garage where I was told to pick any car in a certain isle and that wa it. I got a BMW by the way. I drove to the exit, show my license and off I went; feeling like a bandit. This was too good to be true. It’s Enterprise every time now. These day you have to sacrifice either quality of service or quality of product, Enterprise gave me both and I appreciate that. Thanks guys.Cons:The only thing I didn’t like was that I hadn’t use Enterprise sooner. No complaints here.Reviewed Nov 5 2017

Will Never choose Enterprise again, even if its thPros:The gentleman at my drop off point was very apologetic and heard my complaints with genuine care and concern.Cons:Anyone who thinks a Hyndai Santa Fe is a standard SUV should have their head examined. Its a crossover for goodness sake. Trying to put 4 adults + bags into this vehicle for a 10 day trip was a joke! Not to mention when we got to Atlanta, after we checked out and PAID ... they didn't even have a car for us??? WTH? How does the desk not communicate with the lot across the street... Hey the lady that made a reservation a month ago for a "standard SUV" is here and we are sending her over. The lot guy literally ran around and talked to his manager for 20 minutes telling us he just didn't have anything, but we could take this KIA Sorento?? Again.... not a "standard SUV" and there was no way in heck we were getting our bags and bodies into that vehicle. The Santa FE happened to roll in fresh from the car wash... but still not that clean? When I got in I was shocked to find it was manual seats and couldn't even get the seat up high enough to see out, as I am only 4'10. The key fob never worked to open the back doo and it took us 30 minutes to figure out where the button was to open the gas cap... (in fact we googled it!) I have always rented from Avis here and come to Georgia quite often.. I will be going back to AVis as they at least always have a car and the cars are always very nice. You get what you pay for!Reviewed Aug 7 2016

From Atlanta Nightmare to Disney Dream Cruise ShipPros:Probably the best rental car experience ever. Employees were courteous and knowledgeable They were also compassionate and helped to reduce our anxiety in a chaotic nightmare of cancelled and overbooked flights that we were swept up in with Delta at Atlanta. We didn't expect to drive 7-8 hours from Atlanta to our Florida destination, but the vehicle was large and comfortable for our 4 adults and a toddler in a car seat. Dropped the car right at the Port. We made our cruise and had a fabulous time! I will always consider Enterprise first when booking future rental vehicles! Thank you Enterprise!Reviewed Apr 14 2017

Atlanta Enterprise is the bestPros:Customers service from start to finish was extremely friendly and efficient. The woman who showed us the available cars in our chosen category went out of her way to walk us around from car to car (they were spread out) to ensure we got the car we wanted. On the way out of the gate, I noticed that the gas registered about 1/8 less than full. I mentioned it to the person checking us out of the parking area, and he made a note on my agreement. When I returned the car with a full gas tank, I again mentioned the situation to the young man who was checking us in, and he immediately credited a $20 reduction to our invoice. I will definitely use this facility again.Cons:N/AReviewed Apr 7 2017

Cons:I was charged a drop fee (rented at ATL, dropped at STL as per the contract). The rental was not supposed to include a drop fee, but my credit card shows an almost $600 charge for what was supposed to be a $200 rental. I expect a refund of the drop fee. Thank you. -c.Reviewed Jan 10 2021
