Cons: Vehicle was very dirty inside. Car outlets for phone and usb charging were NOT working.

Pros: Very nice vehicle at a great price!
Cons: My rental was with Advantage, but the car was with their sister company "EZCar." The cars belonging to those companies were in very different parts of the parking garage and I had a difficulty time locating my rental vehicle when I went to pick it up. Also, there was nobody at the vehicle check-in line when I returned the car at the airport, so it took a while to find someone to process my return.

Didn't have any cars ready.
Cons: No cars were ready although I told them when I would arrive. Signs overall were poorly marked. First time = last time.

Pros: The attendant at the counter was very courteous and apologetic.
Cons: I prepaid for a car; when we arrived, there were no cars available. I secured a car with another rental company and received a refund from advantage. I ended up paying double for the car as the rental was same day, last minute. Will not reserve with Advantage in the future.

Pros: Not much
Cons: Poor service. Waited for over 1 hour before they admitted they did not have the product that was reserved. They kept stalling and making excuses. Managerial staff was incompetent.

Look at your billed invoice before you leave servi
Cons: I told the REP I did NOT need insurance and they added it anyway. When you sign the key pad it does not tell you what you are specifically signing for. When you call and want to send them proof of coverage elsewhere they stated all transactions are final once you sign. Will NOT use ADVANTAGE Rental Car again! Also - Check engine light came on 5miles after we left lot... Car was dented up pretty bad when picked up. Make sure you walk around with tenants and show damage before you leave lot.

Overall good experience
Pros: Vehicle was newer and in great shape. Good value for the money.
Cons: There was not anyone available immediately as we were trying to checkout of the facility with the car.

Cons: We asked if we had to take a toll road to our hotel and were told we did, so we were totally up sold on paying additional 30 for tolls, which turns out wasn't true, there was no toll road, when we checked the car back oin, we complains about it and we were told to go to service desk and then was told that the manager was on break and would handle it later but the staff member was so rude and indifferent, what horrible customer service, wouldn't use them again!!! Manager never called and the number I was given Was no good.

Cons: I'll NEVER rent from Advantage again! The slightly lower price in no way makes up for the horrific wait at the Atlanta airport. Honestly- 90 minutes in line to get a car- ridiculous!

Cons: When I checked out, I was asked whether I wanted additional insurance, and I said no. I always say no. I rent cars often, and I haven't made that mistake for years. The checkout person told me to initial various screens in order to decline coverage. So I trusted her and didn't read carefully and initialed--but turns out two of those initials added coverage of $42 per day total. I'm trying to get a refund, as I believe I was tricked. I understand that I signed it, however I believe I communicated what I wanted and that was not honored by what the checkout person told me to do. If there was a miscommunication, it was their company's fault, and I hope they will recognize their mistake. Although the car was fine, this problem has colored my experience. Unless I get a refund, I will never use this company again. I suggest you don't.

Be careful about wording when asked about insuranc
Pros: I got a flat tire and they quickly replaced my vehicle with no questions.
Cons: But, there's only one location so I had to drive over an hour on a spare to return the vehicle.

Pros: Good value for the car I reserved
Cons: Agent mislead us by telling us that the Rio we reserved was a 2-door with no back seats, and 3 persons would not fit in that car. He up sold us to a Jetta which cost 50% more. The Rios on the lot were in fact 4 doors and fit 3 persons very comfortably. Fortunately I was mad enough about this to complain to the lot agent who changed the reservation, however she was very unfriendly and did not apologize for wasting our time.

Toll road charges
Pros: Car was good.
Cons: Pickup and drop off was not great, where to go and how to proceed confusing. Also, not happy that when getting the car was asked if I wanted them to handle any toll charges for $6.70. Since I didn't know how many toll roads were in the area and for the cost (I wasn't told the $6.70 was per day for a total of almost $50.00) I said okay. I never saw a single toll road as I drove over all of Georgia and some of S.C. so the charge was a complete waste of money. Not happy about that.

never use advantage - no cars
Pros: nothing about this no show car rental company
Cons: When I showed up at advantage they told me they had no cars available. They also said since i didn't pay in advance i should go on Hotwire and get a car through another agency. I tried that and the cheapest car was 500.00/day. So I ended up with no car rental. I used business associates at the location i was visiting and taxis for two days. I will never use advantage car rental and probably never use kayak to rent through.

Pros: The price was right. Tgey did not have an economy car available as I reserved but upgraded it to a minivan.
Cons: When I returned the car the process was slow. No receipt available.

One of the worst car rental experiences ever
Pros: The only thing I liked was having transportation
Cons: I was not pleased with everything else about the rental. Specifically: I reserved an economy car and was offered a Mini van, I had to wait almost an hour for an economy car, the customer service rep was RUDE, and the drop off required a wait.

Pros: Friendly and very helpful team at vehicle return. Vehicle clean and fresh smelling.
Cons: The extra time that it took when returning the vehicle caused me to miss by flight at ATL. The interior noise in the vehicle was excessive.

Cons: First car assigned reeked of cigarette smoke even though I requested a non-smoking car. I asked for another car but none were available in this category. The only car was available was an upgraded Avalon. This car, while not as bad, also smelled of smoke even though it had stickers on the windows prohibiting smoking. The process of getting the replacement took 45 minutes.

CAR BROKE DOWN - BAD TRANSMISSION
Pros: Jeannie eventually called back and refunded my money.
Cons: My car died 2 hours after I rented it from them. Was stranded on side of the ride by myself at 10:30pm. Bad communication - does not call back in a timely manner.

Cons: Didn't have car size reserved, despite reservation #. They required huge deposit hold on my credit card! Sign said if it had been a debit card they'd have held $350 for 10 days. Ridiculous.

Wonderful service with Advantage
Pros: Great personnel at the Atlanta airport, well-organized, and helpful. Car was clean and ready to go; no problems on the road at all.

Unacceptable customer service
Pros: We returned the vehicle and was accused of denting the front bumper. When we tried to explain we did not do it, the female inspecting the vehicle became very rude and disrespectful. We told her no one ever did a pre-inspection once the car was in our possession and we were told that was our fault but as we were leaving after dropping off, we witnessed the person verifying information before the cars are driven off the lot, inspecting vehicles. We notified our insurance company about the situation and things are being handled. Needless to say, we will NEVER rent a car from. Advantage at Atlanta Hartsfield airport. They're customer service was unacceptable and we think they are trying to get paid for something that we did not do.

Pros: Not much.
Cons: Reserved suv not available. Next car showed "Maintenance Required" as I drove off lot. Came back & had to settle for small compact not comfy for elderly parents for same price. Will not use Advance in future.
