Pros:The staff was friendly at first until she stated the vehicle size I purchased weren't returned yet. Normally when a rental company is at fault you receive a updrade but no. I had the option to wait a hour to hour and half or more for full-size car to be returned. Then when I took the option to get smaller car my price difference wasn't given then. I was charged the peice for full size and she would send email to manager for them to try and give price credit. As of now I still haven't received email stating what that refund will be or when given.Cons:The car smelled first like cigarettes and later as the day grew it smelled like weed. That smell didn't leave the vehicle the entire time I rented it.Reviewed Mar 28 2021
