Booked the car and was then told they don’t have it and it would be an 80$ extra charge for a car they did had. The reasoning given was that it was a third party vendor I booked through. I had them cancel the booking and rebooked from their site directly. They said they didn’t have that car and again tried to upsell for 80$ more than the booking. We loved the car we rented and had a super easy time getting it from the airport. We had such an early return flight that we were there before the rental place was open, so we weren't clear on what to do with our rental. We ended up just leaving the keys in the car at the dropoff location and it worked out just fine. Would definitely rent from them again.Reviewed Jan 4 2023

I was in San Antonio to clean up my father-in-law's house so I asked and pre-paid for a pickup truck. Upoon arrival they had no pickup trucks and I ended up getting a mini van needless to say the mini van didn't work as good as a pick up and ended up renting a uhaul. All in all very disappointing when you prepay for something you expect to get what you prepaid for. Though the staff at the facility were very friendly and helpful this is still UNACCEPTABLE and would like someone to reach out to me.Reviewed Feb 3 2022

You need to inform online customers, of the airport rules when trying to pick up a vehicle locally. I rented a vehicle and pay for it online went to pick up the vehicle only to find that because I did not have a flight back to the airport I could not rent the vehicle. Why wouldn’t kayak Priceline whoever the hell is selling us tell the people that are renting it and giving you their money upfront that there a certain rules at the airport in terms of rentals.Reviewed Nov 4 2021

Sixt was so awful I had to cancel my reservation even though it meant forfeiting $100. A couple weeks prior to the rental I tried to contact them to modify the reservation. I was dropped from my calls repeatedly. I never was able to talk to an actual person. They downgraded the car without notifying me. I completely lost confidence that they could meet our needs.
