Vehicle was a little dirty on the outside and a cleaning rag and a different set of car keys were left on the inside, but otherwise the pickup and drop off were smooth and the lady who checked us in was super friendly and helpfulReviewed Apr 13 2024

Pick up was to say the least, pathetic. I did all of the suggested check in steps ahead of arriving at the counter. Still had to stand in line for 30 minutes, 10 of which were being first in line while 3 agents stared at their screens helping no one else. Then, was told that I would have to wait another 40 minutes to get the vehicle. The only explanation given was that they were backed up in cleaning vehicles.Reviewed Mar 19 2024

The drop off location in Dallas Downtown was closed and hard to locate. Not the easiest car return. The customer representative in San Antonio was like a car sales person and very pushy with all of the extras that could be added, was an uncomfortable situation.Reviewed Oct 16 2022

Pros:The fact that I finally had a carCons:Long lines with one person working counters for 3 to 4 rental companies then you have to go stand in another line to get car. The good deal you thought you were getting turned out to be very expensive considering didnt have a car at special price so the agent is trained to upgrade and charge you more for the car.Reviewed Dec 6 2020
