The worst, front desk attendant didn’t take care of what I was requesting and in need at the moment. She just brought an impromptu rental policy by telling me that as I just booked the car then there was a 2 hours wait, otherwise, if urgent I must upgrade and pay a higher rate, twice the rate I was willing to pay for. I travel a lot, sometimes I have to react from one day to another, I don’t have too much time for planning, I have never experienced this before, in any airport.
