After my flight was delayed and I didn’t get to the rental office till 1 AM. They told me because I was using a debit card. They couldn’t rent it to me nowhere did it say anything in the booking process? I couldn’t use a debit card so I waited six hours for another dealership to open so I could rent a car at the airportReviewed Jun 16 2024

Experience with the San Antonio Budget airport staff was phenomenal. They were very accommodating and helpful. It was quite inconvenient that they did not have the car I reserved available because of a conference. I'm not quite sure what the point of booking a vehicle is if it's not held for you. I had to go back 2 days in a row after pick up to check if the car I booked was available. I eventually received it, but it was a hassle and interrupted my days.Reviewed Jan 30 2024

Love that there where plenty to choose from. I did not like that the vehicles did not look as though they have been cared for. I had to put air in my vehicles tires and run it thru a car wash because all the windows had a white film on them.Reviewed May 8 2022

Pros:Friendly staff at the counter.Cons:Damage waiver was not added to rental as requested. Had to go back to add it. Price was higher than what was quoted; agent at counter adjusted the price. Rental did not sync with my account so I couldn’t pull up information on the app.Reviewed Apr 6 2021

Pros:I didn't use the car.Cons:The person at check in counter clearly was called in last minute to complete online reservations. Due to the storm apparently the location doesn't add any insurance or prepaid gas. Horrible service and rushed. I ended up declining the car because I didn't feel comfortable driving without any coverage. By the time I came back up he was gone.Reviewed Feb 19 2021
