I inputted the time that I was arriving, but the reservation didn't take. Reservation showed 2 hours after my flight landed. Had to pay an additional $60 or wait 2 hours. (Seemed like a scam to get me to pay more money.) Attendant found minor less than .25" scratch on the vehicle. Everything was great until I had to go back to my home state. Unfortunately my car got towed and it took them a week to get it back and it made me feel like they sat back and didn't rush knowing I wasn't there up their butt's to get it back and was able to charge me those extra days.Reviewed Apr 18 2025

I liked the car. I did not like being charged $62 for supplemental insurance that I declined when I rented the car. I called and asked for a copy of my receipt (which the lady at the counter did not provide) and someone had forged my initials.Reviewed Jul 25 2024

I prepaid but was forced to buy standard liability insurance despite me telling them I have my own insurance and declining it. The lady said it is mandatory in Texas. Came to know that was a lie. Also I booked with Visa credit card and it offers same,Reviewed May 6 2024

The check in process was not great. I had priority pick up, but know one was available to assist. Henry, was great, tried to assist and was very helpful and courteous. The manager, due to check in difficulties, told me he was going credit me the priority charge and give me a discount on the rental. I thought that was very nice of him. Attendant at rental desk REQUIRED me to purchase the liability insurance. I told her I did not want the insurance since I already have auto insurance. She did not allow me to decline the liability insurance and I had to pay $15 per day. This is FRAUD. Car still had trash from previous rental.Reviewed Sep 26 2023
