Pros:

Got the car with problem tire( losing psi), came next morning to fix or replace the car. Been completely ignored and then drive the whole week stopping at gas station regularly to inflate problem tire

Pros:

No inclination as to requiring a FLIGHT itinerary when posting with a debit card. Drove all the way down to be told I can’t rent a car because I’m not using a credit card.

Cons:

I made a reservation at a day in advance and confirmed via phonecall the morning of my pickup. When I called later that day, I was told that all vehicles were sold out. My reservation never should have gone through or been confirmed.

Pros:

Staff was helpful with pick-up. Drop-off was easy as well.

Cons:

The cleanliness and quality of cars offered at this location. It was very dirty and both cars I received had distinct odors (smoke, etc). Would never rent from this location again.

car reserved ,no car avaiable, placed on wait list until car in. this sat prior to closing in one hr. told run on rentals because people got stim cks.

Cons:

the car reaked of cigarette smoke the entire time, bought deodor spray-35,000 miles well worn
