The amount they charge on top of the price. The manager special was a 12 passenger van. That was NOT economical at all so I had to pay over $100 more for something different. I will not use thrifty again.

I loved the fact all the staff in Spokane were friendly, courteous and very helpful. I was traveling with a friend needing wheelchair assistance - staff assisted load the car with luggage as well as assist my friend.in and out of the car. The SUV was clean and well serviced. Staff assisted set up the GPS in the car. Upon return staff were efficient and quick so we could arrive at the airline desk quickly and on time. I cannot think of anything I would improve upon. The cost was more than acceptable and reasonable. I would definitely use Thrifty again and am more than willing to share my experience and recommend Thrift to any of my contacts.

My car is original drop off. Location was changed at pick up to be dropped off at Spokane international airport and picked up at Spokane international, my original booking was to pick my car up at Spokane international and drop my car off at Gallatin Bozeman airport.

Pros:

Nice, new car. Quick service downtown.

Cons:

The Spokane airport location wouldn’t rent me a car and I had to Uber downtown to pick up. They gave me a car with Canadian plates and a metric speedometer, so it was difficult to judge speed. Rental was very expensive and they nickel and dime you for insurance coverage. Even the basic, minimal plan is a gouge.

IF the internet page price and car were what was offered when I went to get the vehicle I would have been happy. Rented from Avis and the have not refunded the deposit money verses actual useage. Last time Budget cage me a horrible stinky dirty vehicle. Can any of you be trusted?

Not a good experience. From the unending attempts to upsell, the missing customer info, and ultimately giving us a vehicle that broke down on us, the experience at GEG Hertz was miserable. Both vehicles (Jeep Gladiators) experienced death wobble which kept us fighting to stay on the road and on schedule.
