Cons:
Car had a bulge in the tire. Noticed it when I pulled into a gas station to clean the windshield which was bug spotted. Called and they said don't return it, call Roadside Assistance. No other cars local so they had me drive to another city. That location rented the car they told me was saved for me so I ended up in a Mitubishi Lancer - which is no Mustang.8.0 Very good

I liked the Kia Soul, it was comfortable and fun to drive. I also liked the blue tooth calling and satellite radio which was helpful on my 4 hr driveHertz

The service at the pick up location was not that good. They rented me a car with an expired sticker on the plates and proceeded to tell me it must of fell off. Well that doesn't stop me from being pulled over twice and feeling embarrassed and slow my trip down. Also told me that the rental insurance that I purchased online was a scam and he could sell me his insurance for 24.99 a day. No thanks.5.6 Fair

I didn't like that I booked it via online for $144. Paid for the insurance option, but when I got to the place to pick up the vehicle he said he had no idea what the insurance policy was, it wasnt through them, and I had to buy a separate one. Then when I was checking my credit card statement they had changed me $407 versus my $144 total given online. We did add an additional driver and I knew that would up the cost a little but even adding the insurance at the car place my total should have been $300 max. I'll never rent a car again.10.0 Wonderful

They did't slam us with extra fees at pickup like some competitors do. Pickup was quick and easy. Staff was polite. Cars weren't too far from the terminal.Cons:
There's wasn't a great selection of cars at this location, we ended up with a bigger vehicle than expected, but it was clean and ran well so it's not a big issue.2.8 Poor

The customer service rep at the Springfield, IL airport was very helpful.Cons:
I had a hold on the account because of an issue that I was unaware of through Enterprise. I was renting this on a Sunday and the office that could have resolved this was closed. I am thankful that there was another car rental company available. It would have been helpful to have known about an issue before or as I was securing my reservation.4.4 Mediocre

I had to get a rental and be on the road at 12:30. So I scheduled the pick up for 12:00. At 12:30 the vehicle just showed up, I then had to wait for it to be inspected and cleaned. This made me late and having to hurry to catch a flight out. Was any apology or compensation offered, NO. Very surprising in a market w so many choices.2.0 Poor

The counter was closed when I arrived to pick up the car. I had a family emergency and needed to get home to Washington DC early band was unable to make my flight that evening. I will never rent from Alamo again.Cons:
