After dropping the car off they called me and said they were charging me $450 cleaning fee due to sand in the vehicle. I have never had this issue with a car rental company or i would have vacuumed the sand myself

Customer personnel were great. The interior windows were dirty and hard to see out of when we arrived in the fog. The vehicle had a few more dents and dings than on the original sheet.
