10.0 Excellent
Pros: Love the modern rooms.
Cons: I didn't like my first room because of the ventilation view. I called down to the front desk and they accommodated me with a 5th floor view of the beautiful green hills...thanks.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Excellent beds
Cons: The rain
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The beds were too soft. Almost uncomfortable. The room was absolutely fabulous. The hotel was fabulous and the property is fabulous and if you don’t like a real soft bed, guests will struggle
Cons: Comfortability of the bed
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Very lovely hotel, large well designed suite. Great breakfast, kind staff.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Choices for breakfast were great; food was fresh.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: The restaurant that is attached was wonderful.. great food for the price.. I had the filet, it was perfect! Starbucks in the hotel was nice, and you could sit outside and enjoy you coffee.. and a short walk to the other side of the property next to it lead us to a very cool water fountain and park.
Cons: The bed was way to soft, had to sleep diagonally just to feel like my feet were not above my head. Barn door style bathroom door looked great, but didnt give much privacy when going to the bathroom. Fire pit in pictures are in the back by the party/conference rooms.. were were asked to leave being we were not part of the conference. I also tried to have something special set up for our anniversary and after asking on booking and embassy site when I arrived nothing was done, or offered. Little disappointing.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Room was nice and well appointed. Would have liked a bigger bathroom and smaller living room. Beds were nice and staff were very friendly and helpful
Cons: Reception promised much and delivered virtually nothing. No one checked the status of the food being served and almost all items were empty! No one adound to ask. Poor execution of a good idea brought down our opinion of the facility in general. It s tough for a business when staff are good ,facility is nice then the promoted feature of the place falls so far below the minimum expected. It makes the user think what else is not being done well— room cleanliness or bathroom sanitation or dish washing thoroughness or worse would be how sanitary is the restaurant when no one seems to care enough to check on the reception food. Will the complimentary breakfast foods be clean to legal standards ? etc. So to go down the negative rabbit hole and ruminate on what thoughts the poor reception execution resulted in - you have my take on it. Still we enjoyed the room and the staff

10.0 Excellent
Pros: This facility is very clean and will organized. The kitchen area, restroom and sleeping area are as neat and clean as any major hotel. The neighborhood is on a safe residential block 3 miles from Newark airport.
Cons: Ok, two bunk beds and a single bed, all in one room. (First come, first choice which bed) Sleeping privacy isn't there.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Knew stay there was to be very brief. Because of constraints on both ends we were only able to be there about 4.5 hours, which is why we stayed there. Room was, actually, in an accessory structure at the back of the property. It was fine in all respects except for my concern with respect to parking as discussed in response to the next question.
Cons: We were there between a late Sunday night event in Lakewood and picking someone up at EWR coming off of a flight to arrive Monday at 5:00 am. Knew I'd be driving. Was looking for parking and believe I saw it on the listing, but confirmation said no parking available. Rejected some other less expensive options because they didn't mention parking. Was fortunately able to park on the street right in front of the property, but if I hadn't been able to find a space I would have been very unhappy. This would have been particularly the case because this was a non-refundable purchase, but an important condition appeared to have changed between the offer and my acceptance of it.

Pros: Free breakfast was awesome - tons of options and healthy ones at that. Location next to train station was very convenient, as well as the adjacent parking garage.

6.3 Good
Pros: The room was newly renovated.
Cons: Customer service needs a whole lot of improvement especially the Front Desk and the arrangement of free shuttle services (in the evenings) to the Newark Penn Station which is a rather dangerous place full of homeless people looking for donations or a fight. We came back late on two nights and requested for the free shuttle pickup from the Newark Penn Station but we had to wait 30mins to 1hour despite calling the Front Desk early and numerous times. Almost got attacked one night by an angry homeless man while waiting for the shuttle which arrived 40mins late after numerous calls to Front Desk/ Night Manager (on duty on 4/8/19 night and also seemed to have doubled up as the shuttle driver too as the Front Desk was also left unattended) who was shockingly unapologetic.
6.0 Good
Pros: The location was great the breakfast was good
Cons: The room could have more space
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Funky boutique hotel in downtown Newark—right next to the park, Whole Foods, Rutgers, Newark Museum, historic diners like Hobby's and the Deluxe Diner, NJ Performing Arts Center. Cool historic location—site of where German Jewish mobster Dutch Schultz shootout in 1930s). Close to trains and highways into NYC. Highly recommend!
7.0 Good
Pros: Good facilities, modern and comfortable rooms. Proximity to Penn Station and airport are a bonus.
Cons: 1. The free airport shuttle cannot be relied on if you are trying to catch a flight. The shuttle is always late, sometimes up to 30 minutes. 2. One shift of reception staff was unprofessional, unfriendly and not helpful- more interested in personal conversations with friends than attending to guest queries.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This Hotel ( TRYP ) By Far Is On The Top Of My List For Hotel's In Newark, Nj. ( WHY ) Location, location, location... Minutes from All You Name it... Pros: Safe and easy access (10 minute walk to Penn station) to PATH public transit to NYC. Good fitness room. Breakfast Deli in next building.

Cons: Maybe is a little bit far from the center of NY but at the same time is great to be outside from there
8.8 Excellent

Shattle is good, internet is good, but you need to be a bovey member to get it for free. Good bath and perfectly arranged shower (no leaking, no splashing) Nice to have a sit-on sofa in the room. Nice and smart hotel workers. Quiet.
Cons: Fridge in the room please!!!! Faster check in (were not so many people waiting, but each took very long - I think the computer check in program should be improved) Why no free internet for everyone in 21 century?

Pros: The staff is exemplary.
Cons: The fact that windows cannot be opened.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: We needed a place to stay due to a late flight cancellation by United Airlines. The bed was very comfortable, the place was quiet and clean though a bit dated. The free airport shuttle (Newark) was a bonus. The grocery store right next door was convenient to walk to for fruit and yogurt for breakfast.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: 10 minutes from the airport with free shuttle. Had to book it in a rush when our flight was canceled along with everyone else’s because of weather. A basic hotel / motel set up but very clean with good amenities and nice staff.
Cons: Only regret is that it’s far enough from the airport the traffic can be a problem. We almost missed our flight because there was construction on the road back to the airport. But this is not a flaw of the hotel.
6.0 Good

Cons: I was assigned a room directly above side entrance which presented a 24 hour source of door slamming.
8.3 Excellent

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location, professional and friendly staff as well as great breakfast.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: In general the place is very nice, clean and cozy. The staff is very kind and willing to help you for any problem. The reception has free thé and beverages, same in the rooms. The hotel is close to the train station (approx 8 mins walking distance) and they have free shuttles to Bell Labs. The room was very large and clean, AC was on and controllable.
Cons: The only thing I didn't like was breakfast. For the price we paid, I was expecting a more generous breakfast. Yogurt was almost always over. There was enough food for everyone I guess, but the variety was very limited. This is the only aspect I would improve as the hotel is very nice and well-organized.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: I had a funeral to go to so I arrived earlier then the check in time and I explained to the front desk that I wanted to check in because I would arrive back late in the evening and they were extremely helpful and accommodating.
Cons: I really don’t have any negative comments , location was a little further then the funeral home and I was caught in traffic going to the burial the next day but that’s no ones fault , it was to be expected.

9.5 Excellent
Pros: The room was clean and staff was very friendly.
6.8 Good
Pros: The location was a little confusing going by Waze but it was convenient. Hotel seems to be attached to the next building and this is not part of the hotel, so front desk should explain this better. Though the front desk was nice.
Cons: We booked a king suite with a king bed and was told that this wasn't available only 2 double beds, we wouldn't have booked this room, especially at this price.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything
Cons: N/a
4.0 Okay
Pros: Cranford is a nice area. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
Cons: Every surface was sticky. The pet fee is entirely too high. The place is exceptionally depressing, with vagabonds and vagrants roaming the dimly lit hallways.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The staff was excellent, the rooms very clean, helpful and very courteous when asking questions, breakfast was okay, being specific here the cooks could be more basic with eggs, the egg casserole tasted unusual, some items could have been replenished more, the breakfast bar would run out of things prior to them refilling and had to ask for them to refill, observed this with other customers as well, other than that everything was great.
Cons: The food could have been more basic with more selection, instead of a casserole, or just sausage, they could have scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage patties, and then a white country gravy with biscuits, that way people could have breakfast many different ways. Coffee included into the room could have a better cups and sleeves, they seemed a little cheap and the sleeves broke and cause a spill when leaving. But the nothing else really bothered me much, I think the price is comparative to other places in the area and maybe better in some cases.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: amazing staff, quality rooms
Cons: tough to get to initially, hidden by trees though close to highway
6.8 Good
Pros: Close to business for the trip. Friendly staff, especially at checkout
Cons: Room was VERY noisy....A/C quite loud and kept waking me up. Acoustics poor... could hear upstairs quest"s every move. Did not provide comfort needed at the end of a busy day.

Pros: This was the nicest room I've ever stayed in! Very clean. Fairly quiet. I felt very safe. You had to use your room key to use the elevator.

7.0 Good
Pros: Friendly Staff, nice room, comfortable bed.
Cons: I very much dislike that on top of the hotels fees/taxes I was charged an ADDITIONAL $28 per day to park in their garage. Also the area surrounding the hotel is rather run down. There are a handful of places to go and eat, but I wouldnt do it after dusk

Pros: Location. Staff was friendly. Excellent breakfast. We were allowed to check-in early since our flight arrived earlier than we expected.
Cons: TV worked intermittently. Bathroom cabinets were worn/dated. Very close to airport; airplane noise at all hours of the day and night. The shuttle from EWR never said "Residence Inn". We were shuttled by a Courtyard by Marriott van; very confusing.

Cons: Had a bad experience at the pool but the front desk to care of it
9.0 Excellent

Cons: lack of clarity as to parking. Not a big deal but there should be clarity if they are charging 25 + dollars a day.
6.0 Good
Pros: The room were spacious, big enough for the family
Cons: The staff couldn't keep lost items, left a canon camera cover at the swimming pool and when i inquired from the front office/reception they were very much unconcerned, never got it. The parking fees $27.00 is damn too high for a hotel in that location.

Pros: The hotel is in a nice area, close to Newark International Airport and that's the only good thing I can say!
Cons: This was the worst experience I've ever had at a Radisson Hotel and will never spend my money at a Radisson Hotel ever again. My family ended up leaving the hotel after being there for just a few hours. My granddaughter's birthday was ruined.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Super friendly and helpful hotel staff and shuttle drivers. Great gym and loved that it was environmentally-conscious (suites had refillable toiletries and recycling bins)
Cons: The hotel shuttle are every 30 minutes. It would be very helpful to have more frequently. The ride is short but I think the drivers need more frequent breaks. Perhaps 2 shuttles?
2.0 Mediocre
Pros: Shuttle to airport Pool. Breakfast
Cons: Trash under bed left by previous occupant. Fire Alarm & evacuating at midnight, no sleep, no communication of what happened. No free parking as advertised, it was $24.50 a day. Charged $2.50 per tea bag used.

Pros: The staff at this hotel was Really great. Thanks to Michael in Security for personally delivering us to pool when we got lost, and Pierre from engineering who really tried to help my kids get access to netflix! Room was great, restaurant and pool were very nice. Overall it was great and would go back!
Cons: Signage for where to find things was a bit confusing and could be more clear. Having access to Netflix on TV would be a great addition.
8.3 Excellent
Cons: Seemed like air conditioner was not functioning. ;0(
5.8 Okay
Pros: The lobby, rooms and rest of hotel were upgraded and well maintained.
Cons: My room was on first floor at the end of a hallway which was a 5 min walk to elevator. There was a sewage like smell in bathroom, the outlet didn’t work and they charged me $26 to ring my cellphone twice to find out where it was in my purse. The only pleasant part of stay was the young lady at front desk on check in. Genuine and professional. Her counterpart on the morning of the checkout when I politely questioned the phone charges was stoic.

3.0 Mediocre
Pros: Clean entrance and relatively friendly staff
Cons: Room was not as reserved (was given a double queen bed vs a single king bed as reserved). Room smelled of fragrance over smoke smell instead of being clean (reserved a non-smoking room). Room was cheap, right near the maintenance area (very loud, 1 floor)
9.5 Excellent
Pros: There were two individuals serving at the small coffee/sandwich bar on the Lobby level - a gentleman/Reginald and a woman whose first name began with B who were exceptional in their attentiveness to my requests, exceptional in providing detailed service with a sense of kindness that made this lone traveler feel genuinely cared about. Special thanks to them. Their level of service should be commended by management.

8.0 Excellent
Pros: Location, the bed was comfortable, free parking, the room was nice

7.5 Good
Pros: Big renovated spaces, comfy bed! a/c ON TEMP LIMITERS!
Cons: check in took two hrs until room was ready. Pool was overcrowded! Family reunion camped by pool all day and night. Pros: it was very clean and well thought out. it was quiet and comfortable and conveniently located near the mall
Cons: shuttle from airport was tricky. difficult to figure out which marriott shuttle to take, and we ended up getting a shuttle to the OTHER newark courtyard first... :( also, it is very expensive at the 'discounted' rate of 150/night with no breakfast.

Cons: I switched to this Radisdon hotel after making a great experience with another Radisson hotel in the mainland. Although I know that airport hotels are inferior to their mainland counterparts, this differnce was more apparent than I expected. Cons: Bathroom looked like it had some incomplete repairs
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Handy to the airport but not noisy. Frequent airport shuttle.
Cons: It would have been helpful for the hotel's website to be accurate regarding shuttle pickup: you do not need to call to arrange, simply take the Airtrain to P4 and wait at the designated hotel shuttle pick up point. Drop off is terminal specific.
5.0 Okay
Pros: Location Beds
Cons: Just watch your CC statement as this hotel charged me $105 more than they should. I'm waiting for the refund so we'll see.
