Cons (-) not the Ritz, but it was what i expected for the money i spent. no issues to report

Cons (-) Staff was extremely rude and unwelcoming and even insulted me to my husband. Very disappointed and would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Pros (+) The location was great - minutes away from Busch Gardens, Colonial Williamsburg, and shopping. The staff were also quite friendly. The fact that there was a shaded outdoor pool just steps away from our room was an added bonus.
Cons (-) The mattress was the least comfortable I have ever slept on. I woke up with back pains each night. The room felt dingy, like it's been surface-cleaned for years but never really scrubbed. This effect may have been aided by the fact that there were several bulbs out. While not wowed, I was satisfied for what I paid. Next time, I'll spend a bit more for a nicer motel.

Pros (+) I loved where the location was, also the pool was very nice...the room once we got moved. If u go here and smoke I advise u to get a non smoking room and just smoke outside.
Cons (-) I didn't like that we got a smoking room at first and we got there and it wasn't cleaned, tub was dirty, hairdryer didn't work, burn marks on comforter...made me very uncomfortable, they was booked and couldn't move us rooms the first night. But the next day we got moved to a non smoking room and it was 100% better...the lady at the front was very RUDE the whole stay when she was working....

Pros (+) There was not much good about this hotel, very dirty and overall gross inside.
Cons (-) The room was very dirty and unclean. The sink was gross and not clean, the ironing board had stains all over it, the sheets had burn mark holes in them, the wall had stains on them and the carpet looked pretty dirty. Overall we felt very uncomfortable in the room and it was very dirty. We were very disappointed in it.

Cons (-) Parking near our rooms was taken up by a pickup truck and trailer. We had to park at.the.other end of the.building.
