I liked the large space. I didn’t like the complete lack of soundproofing! It was impossible to sleep past my neighbors in the adjoining (locked) room

Only difficulty was that I had to clear a clog in the toilet myself because maintenance didn’t answer the phone. When I went to the front desk it was very busy but they were not helpful. There was also work being done in our building very early in the morning, or at least early to someone on vacation!

Cons (-) Rooms are small, smelly and the customer service is terrible. Not enough towels in the room. The bathroom seems like wasn’t cleaned thoroughly or properly sanitized.

Cons (-) We needed two rooms so thought I’d save a buck and stay here. Both rooms were dingy and not especially clean. One room had soiled sheets and we had to move to a different room. I’ve slept in better beds on deployment. The staff was not especially helpful. The breakfast was $10 per adult and kids ate free. Pros (+) The new restaurant that is in the hotel was great! The food was fresh and cooked right from scratch!
Cons (-) The bathroom didn't have any ventilation in it. There was stains on my Bed linen. The rug was coming apart under the sink.
