Cons: Avianca should get a better system when customers like myself book a flight threw a third company like you guys. When my aunt got to the counter to check in avianca stated she was not in there system she was not able to board. Avianca should have a little more customer service and good attitude towards their customers. Avianca doesn't know if the customer is flying because of luxury or because of a family emergency. In this case my aunt was flying because it was a family emergency and to get to the counter and avianca tells her that she is not in the system and can't board the plane. She felt like very disappointed at the time. Also in July my cousin purchased three another third company flight and avianca didn't find them in their system. I hope this gets to an avianca manager.
