Pros:The flight was on time and it was smooth, even with the weather conditions. Most of the crew was friendly. I wasn't aware of the free alcohol and chips. Restrooms were maintained.
Cons:Had an issue with my initial flight ticket and it took almost 3 hours to resolved, as I was ready to leave at the airport. A notification about the issue would it have been nice, but it didn't happen, which personally cause a lot of stress. Seats were uncomfortable as expected. Tv and earphones weren't working. I booked on the last minute, I wish I could've bring my own. I didn't know I could've pick my own vegetarian meal. Crew members didn't emphasize that on the initial flight, or about the free drinks. Otherwise I would've gotten a better experience.

Pros:Good food, good in flight movie (Roald Dahl's BFG), very happy.
Cons:I booked this flight and paid for it months ago and when I arrived in El Salvador, Avianca had no record of it. They almost kicked me off my flight and removed my bag from the plane. I was eventually issued a ticket and forced to run to board. My bag never made it back on and is currently lost. Don't know if kayak/vayama.com, Aeromexico or Avianca is to blame for the error. But it was a horrible error.
Pros:Staff was pleasant and helpful
Cons:Food traveling to Peru was good but didn't like food going back to USA
