Awful lied to me gave my car away. I will do my best to never ever Trade with enterprise car rental. I bet not a thing will be done to the Lier.

The car was broken the check engine light was on and had turtle on the screen. It had no power. The excerlator was all the way to the floor, it wasnot going five miles per hour. We wanted to leave for 6:00 a.m. but they didn't open until 8:30 a.m.. When the did open they did not have another van to we had to go to another location. It had no battery power. When we arrived there it was on zero. We did not get on the road until after 10:00.

Hello, I'm extremely unhappy with the car rental I paid for online. When I arrived at the chosen time and location, the company didn't exist. It was a scam. I was told to go in Morgan City, 60 miles away. I had no way to get there. I then called the company, which confirmed that I couldn't pick up the car in Houma because it no longer operates there, and they told me I just had to cancel the reservation. However, by canceling my reservation at the last minute, I won't receive a full refund. I am therefore requesting a full refund of the amount initially paid for this car rental, which was not possible, as well as compensation because I was forced to find another car rental agency, which cost me more than I had planned. I also had to pay taxi fares to get to the meeting point and to go to this other agency. I am very disappointed with this bad experience.
