Pros:Staff was not particularly friendly, very matter of fact, almost short with you, if you had a question.Cons:They did not have the car class that was reserved, then insulted my intelligence by trying to give a compact SUV as a substitute for a full size. I paid in advance.Reviewed Jan 22 2020

Pretty darn good. Wish the PPG for refueling wasnPros:Clean, well-kept, performed perfectly. You might consider letting people know how to access the trunk of vehicles if (for instance) the keyfob doesn't actually open the trunk and (for instance) the interior trunk button doesn't do so either (as was the case with the vehicle I rented) since they'll probably make use of it at some time.Cons:The refuel price per gallon is rather ridiculous. Sometimes people just run out of time and can't refuel the car. A base cost to refuel + much lower price-per-gallon would be much better overall. (This, alone, would be the only reason I'd look at a different company to rent from in the future.)Reviewed Oct 26 2015
