Pros:Staff was extremely friendly, however it was a hertz employee because you guys only had one representative. I felt bad because the line was long and a lot of ppl were upset at her but clearly it was not her fault.Cons:Have more employees! Cons:This was the WORST customer experience I have ever experienced. It all started with not being able to get a direct answer about needing an SUV. I called 4 times and NEVER got a straight answer on pricing. My initial cost was 70 and I ended up paying 320 with the “upgrade cost” when I got there. I felt like I was being schemed on every call and when we showed up. Adding extra costs and then going in the back and “talking to a manager” and lowering it 20 bucks. It was ridiculous. Everyone at the counter was complaining for some reason or other. I honesty was disgusted with how they do businesses.Reviewed Nov 16 2020
