Pros: Easy access to rental location in airport. Curtious attendant. Easy pick up and drop off of car.
Cons: Took awhile to check in, two people ahead of me so I would hate to be on a time crunch with several in front of me.

GREAT SERVICE!
Pros: The customer service provided by Thrifty was beyond excellent. The car itself was in great condition. Will definitely choose Thrifty again on my next trip.

Great service....but uncomfortable for 5
Pros: Great service, in and out with no problems
Cons: Car was a Chevy Malibu.3 teens in the back. Car advertised for 5 but not roomy at all and seat in the middle had limited padding and no headrest.
