Pros: I expected the car that I rented..all the mid size cars were gone and they gave me a nice beautiful truck
Cons: We had to add an additional day on to our trip and you took advantage and charged $300 for the one extra day. It will be the last day...

Cons: Workers at this particular airport left 40 minutes before closing. Did not have a car rental for the night because of this. Alamo would not waive the cancellation fee. What a joke of a company that they can’t remove this automatic cancellation fee.

Pros: gas mileage was good, Richard that checked us in and out was very nice and polite. Thank you.
Cons: Car rode rough on highway, was hard to adjust seats, if passenger side of seat was upright, blocked the view of side vision when turning right, so laid the seat way back to see. Brakes sounded squeaky, advised Richard about them. and the front tires looked like they needed checked for replacement.

No one will give me my money back
Cons: Made a reservation thru your service for Albany New York international airport, vehicle was in the system to pick up in Wichita (my hometown). Had to pay $1,000 additional to rent a vehicle even though I had already paid over $500 on your site. What a joke.

Pros: We rented an econo car and got what we paid for.
Cons: It had a big scratch on the door and tape marks on it. The important thing I want to say. Is that if you are driving in Kansas,you should get a heavier car. The strong winds pushed that little car around quite a bit, making me think there was something wrong with the suspension, but no, it was just the wind...

Pros: We rented the smallest size they had to offer because we didn't need much and we like to be frugle. Upon check in, the attendant was happy to bump us up to a slightly larger vehicle for no additional cost. We were very pleased with our experience using Alamo!
