Cons:The minivan was absolutely the dirtiest car I have ever rented. there were water bottles, applesauce cups, cookies, wrappers and general filth inside. I would have returned it when I got home but we leaving town right away. when I brought it to the kid at the desk at my return he had no apologies or anything to say.Reviewed Aug 23 2017
