Pros:
The attendant was extremely considerate and very intent on my experience being excellent. I was very happy with the service.Cons:
The car could have been cleaner. There were dirty items in the back seat pockets that were missed from a previous rental. The distance was far from my home so the travel time took away from the value.2 locations in Toronto Union Station

Cons:
Dropoff not clearly marked. Filled up at closet gas station and accused of not filling up the car yet when I got the car it was slightly below full as well. It is in downtown so it is impossible to get it completely full. Traffic is terrible so this location makes double - late fees on everyone5.6 Fair

Kayak and Hotwire gave me a deal for a vehicle that doesn’t available. I made reservation on the web side for a full size sedan but ended up renting a full size Suv since there it’s the only option left they have. The price was much higher than expected also, $ 300 increased compare to the reservation. In short, these third parties website does poorly in updating the availability of vehicles.2.0 Poor

Pros:
nothing. My children and I traveled for hours trying to find a solution. After being exhausted from flying across the Atlantic.Cons:
Honoring my contract price for starters. Everyone had a different time for the store to close. If I wanted it the next day you wanted to double the price. Fortunately there was a real person at the Alamo at the airport, and she matched the rate for the same period of time. And even upgraded the car.10.0 Wonderful

The dropoff location did not match the address. The telephone number for the location was nowhere to be found. I was able to call another Budget location who were able to give me directions where to drop off the car.One location in Toronto Union Station

Pros:
The rental was cancelled because when I got there the agent produced an invoice for well over $200, including a $50 surcharge for dropping off the car at a different location, which was already supposed to be included in the original bookingCons:
The cost of rental should exactly match the quoted rate, which was far far different. I subsequently booked through Expedia and went to Hertz, whose quotation was within $2.00 of the final invoice. One location in Toronto Union Station
