Cons:
They didn't tell me my rental was no longer available. They tried calling me to tell me an hour before my car was due to be picked up to tell me that it was unavailable but I missed the call and ended up going in person to then be told I can't pick up my car. They could have emailed me or left a text message but they did not bother to go to that extent. Didn't even get some sort of voucher or coupon to compensate my going all the way in person to pick up the car. Very horrible experience overall.10.0 Wonderful

Cons:
My daughter and I arrived in Philly via Amtrak from New York for a college tour at Temple and then at Swarthmore. They want to put a hold for $400 on a credit card. Give them my debit card - for an account in which there is well over $2,500. Put a hold on that? Oh nooooooo, not with an out of state drivers license. (Note: If I were in state - I wouldn't need a rental car!) Nope - they won't rent me a car. At all. They'll call and refer me to National - because THEY take debit cards (the equivalent of cash!). In the end, we miss the entire college tour at Temple AND I get the pleasure of spending $613 for a rental car instead of the $309 I expected. Never again will I even attempt to do business with Enterprise.1.9 Poor

Pros:
Nothing, the entire experience was awful.Cons:
Everything, the customer service was terrible, the check engine light was on in the car, I got charged 3x for twice the amount that was owed. All in all I would rather walk then use Avis again. Seriously, how do you employee such rude people and stay in business? So rough..8.8 Very good

Pros:
Convenience of pick up in Philly's Center City & drop off at airport. Low price! Kia compact was nimble and responsive.Cons:
At pick-up they printed the right price on the contract. At drop off, the price they printed on the receipt was more than quadruple the quoted price. I had to go in to the counter and wait in line and it took three agents to fix the problem and honor the original quote. If I had not had the time to wait in line and if the agents hadn't been as competent and dedicated, I would have been very, very upset with the quadrupling of the price. And keep in mind that my original reservation was for a midsize at the same low price. I agreed to a compact because it was the only one ready and clean at pick up. So I would have paid more for less. I suspect the software used in the machines that print your receipt on the return lot is not in sync with the software that manages the agreements with kayak. Also interesting that my final receipt was from Budget, although the reservation and office were Avis.10.0 Wonderful

Pros:
I was upgraded to a better car because the car I had reserved had not even been cleaned.Cons:
Customer service agents at drop off location at airport were very unhelpful. The car I was initially given had food crumbs on the seats and a lighter in the cup holder. It was so dirty that we couldn’t sit in it. Luckily we were assigned a cleaner car right away.3.6 Poor

Cons:
I picked up the car from Budget at Market Street and returned Airport. I saw the price on paper and did not accept it. The person told me not to worry about the number, the number would be the initial number. Then I received the receipt. But i saw the same amount in my credit card statement as in the receipt I objected. I disputed this amount and waiting now. One of my prior rental with Avis told me there is no charge if I return to airport. And Budget person told me so but the charge is more than they promised. I booked $195.92, Budget charged me $256.93.10.0 Wonderful

Pros:
Very fast service and very easy process. Much cheaper than all the other rental places. The car was easy to drive and very clean.Cons:
The vehicle was parked in between two poles. We thankfully had someone help us navigate to avoid backing up into the pole which was right behind the vehicle when we picked it up.One location in University City
