Pros: I'very bought an online insurance policy along with my rental reservation. The agent at the location told me that the insurance purchased online is meaningless, and I have to buy from him. So misleading that cost me a double amount of money.

It was great!
Pros: Very low cost to pick up the car from one city and return it to another city. Everyone was price wasn't the same as quoted they adjusted it.

Pros: Friendly, easy, and quick service. From the phone call / voicemail I received confirming my reservation, to the pick up, to the drop off, I had an all around great experience with this Enterprise.
Cons: The car I rented had zero windshield wiper fluid when I picked it up, and I rented it specifically to drive in wintry weather, so when I got on the road and tried to clean my windshield, I was a bit annoyed. It was an inexpensive and quick fix at the first gas station I stopped at though.

Go someplace else
Cons: My reservation was for 12:00, but when I arrived at the office the location was closed despite the sign saying the office would be open. I received no communication about an early closing from Enterprise or Kayak. There were two other customers outside with the same problem. To make matters worse, a car of 3 Enterprise employees were out front of the store and seriously peeled out when asked to help. I had to take a taxi to the airport and pay much more money for a last minute rental. I asked if Enterprise would comp the difference and was told I could file for up to $50 compensation, which isn't close to the extra amount I spent.
