I have never stayed in such a new hotel and the experience was fabulous. The rooms were clean, beautifully decorated, and well proportioned. N/A
Wonderful staff, very friendly and took great care of us. Clean rooms. Great service. Great location for North County SD Rooms very small when using pull out couch/bed. Not all rooms have ovens. Website looked like all rooms did.
They did not give us enough towels.
The quickness around the hotel No close enough to shops and stores, but I know now to grocery shop before hand.
A little too pricey for the atmosphere. Also, there were no more non-smoke rooms when I arrived, which I wished I would have known when I booked online
size of the room was great and location was good the "free wifi" signal sucked could connect but was as fast as dial up
clean, spacious rooms. courteous staff.
Decent place for the money. Pillows and no bathroom sink
cheap no wifi
I needed to be in Vista. And the price was ok. I had been here before and was always acceptable for the price. This time it stunk of pee and cigarette. Also theres a $75 deposit (cash only)which is new and hidden in the online deal.
Rooms are huge and well cared for Walls are thin, so it could be noisy
Everything was as stated in advertisement. Will return again. Selecting channels as referred in guide difficult.
Location is blocks from Legoland and across the street from the outlets Breakfast was pretty good Staff was friendly Parking was abundant and close to the room Room fixtures and decor were older Beds were moderately comfortable Had to wait more than 30 min for a "more blankets" request
Great location to restaurants and outlet mall! Very pleased with the shuttle service to and from Legoland. Good hotel for familiesand breakfast was pleasant.
Shuttle and friendly desk help. LOUD freeway. Initially difficult to find the address (misleading street address).
The staff was all very helpful, and kind. The breakfast was satisfying and it was nice that they had a separate to eat in and cartoons on for the kids. The pool was warm enough to be very inviting and the hot tub was a good size, so it never felt cramped. We were amazed by how easy to find it was, and it was near shopping, grocery store, a Starbucks, gas station , In n Out Burger, and LEGOLAND!!!!! The shuttle to and from LEGOLAND made us very thankful for picking this hotel! We would love to stay there again and see more of beautiful Carlsbad! The mini fridge in our room was loud, but I think they all are. The ice machine closest to us wasn't working, but we never mentioned it to the staff. We found another one not far from our room.
I liked how central the location was to food places and things to do. Did not like how poorly lit the hotel was, narrow TV channels provided, TV was small, only offered two hot breakfast items. Overall I would say this place is one step up from a Motel 6.
The staff was very helpful and friendly It's a dated facility and will be time for a face lift soon
I found a died roch in my room!
Spacious rooms, nice gardens and pool The internet signal very weak and slow. For business traveler (as well for all travelers) its essential nowadays! Only in the reception the WIFI was more or less OK. Needs improvment!
The hotel is a short walk to legoland. The pool there is really nice.my son and I had a great time
I liked that I only stayed one night of my 4 night reservation and then moved to a real resort. I didn't like that there was not a shower curtain. I didn't like that at check in, the staff appearance was substandard. I didn't like that Miranda could have informed me that the wifi was not working at check in . Especially since I specifically asked for wifi login information. I had to call and ask for help logging in. That's when Miranda told me the wifi wasn't working. I didn't like that I may as well have been in the room with the guests above our room. We could hear everything. I didn't like that there were no towels at the pool. The cable TV service was virtually unwatchable. I didn't like that they refer to this place as a resort. I didn't like that this property even charges a resort fee! Ridiculous.
Location Room quality, cleanliness, breakfast
Received a notice the night before my stay that my reservation had been cancelled.
Very friendly staff. Food is very pricey but good
love the location of the resort. The pool area is very nice and a great place to relax. Food pretty expensive
Everything. Love love love. Looking right now to go back. :) More food options. That's all
We were looking for a quiet getaway; this was not it. There were families with kids above and next to our room and we got pretty bad sleep. Slamming doors, loud TV's, running and on and on - quite late and then early in the morning. I asked for a quiet room and got nothing but noise.
They didn't have my reservation and asked me to send an email to confirm that I had a reservation
The pool was way too overcrowded. I think they sell membership to to the pool to the community making it unusable to the hotel guests. There were so many people you could hardly move in it and the water was so cloudy I couldnt even see my feet. Will never go back to this hotel.
everything The bathroom was too small for the room
The people were wonderful. Really not worth the money - I've stayed at much nicer hotels for less. Just not my cup of tea. I was there for a conference and the conference was held at the hotel - so it was convenient - I will probably stay offsite next year for less money.
I liked that the resort has a welcoming feel and that most all of the rooms (besides the villas) were surrounded by the amenities. 1. The prices in the Marketplace. $16 for a water noodle, when they sell them for $7 right down the street! That would be hard especially for people who are having to buy for more than one kid. 2. Our bed. It was not very comfortable
The room and pool area was nice. Blue fire grill was fabulous! Front desk staff was unhelpful on multiple occasions. The day spa is mediocre at best and is long overdue for renovations! Indoor facility grout is disgusting and the indoor hot tubs are falling apart!
Loved the setting and the grounds. The room size was huge with a separate bath tub from the shower stall which was really nice. Love the out door patio and the staff was very friendly. The room smelled very musty and was freezing, probably to hide the smell. I never could get the room warm enough for my wife and I but fortunately, it was a VERY WARM weekend and we left the french doors open the whole time to get that desired warmth into the room. We were an older room of theirs so I'm not sure if this is the reason for the musty smell but it was pretty strong for our stay there. Had I been there more than one night, I definitely would have requested another room.
Love this place... Property grounds are impeccable! Rooms are clean and updated. Always a great time!
This is a BEAUTIFUL RESORT, the location is EXCELLENT and the view is AMAZING but... We were walking around in the room barefoot and after 15 min we noticed the bottom of our feet were BLACK. The carpet in our room was disgustingly dirty!!! Then there was not hot water for our entire stay. I understand hot water was a mechanical issue but dirty carpet in the rooms in a lack of cleanliness.
very nice pool with kids pool. nice amenities. great location. hotel needs updating. very squeaky floors with old carpet.
Lots of things to do, quiet, great overall value. Some maintenance upkeep items could have been beyter.
Very close to Legoland, 3 min walking distance, the swiming pool area is very nice... and the hotel staff is very kind
Proximity to Legoland. Child friendly atmosphere. Pool was great for kids. Housekeeping arriving after 5 pm.
I loved the location. Walking distance from legoland, short drive to a variety of restaurants, and the Carlsbad outlet mall. Great family pool with splash pad and a onsite park. Rooms had a microwave and mini-fridge. It was kind of pricey.
Location to Legoland The room wasn't cleaned until the last day of our stay. There was construction going on. And, our room was dirty from the previous tenants. Not sure if the lack of attention was because we used Kayak, or if the Hotel is just that bad. I was surprised.
Close to Legoland. Karl Strauss on site. Pool options. Friendly staff. Still under construction in the "hotel" area. Lots of areas closed off with yellow tape, plastic covering on floors, one kids water park fountain toy was out of service.
We loved the room, bed was really comfortable. Had a great nights sleep. The pool area is great. Cabanas, two pools, two jacuzzis, and two firepitts. Plenty of space. Staff was nice but not very knowledgeable. No one ever went out of their way to help if there was a problem.
The s'more kit upon check in, super friendly and helpful staff. Very nice room, comfortable and well maintained. We were in town for a soccer tournament and the weather was in 60s so we would have liked to enjoy the pool and lake activities.
The Lakehouse has a lot of potential and gets a lot of things right, but it lets the little details get in the way of really hitting the mark. Pros: - Comfortable beds - Full showers - Beautiful pools - Friendly staff - Free Wi-Fi - Free parking - Mini fridge - Activities for kids Cons: - Noise - Bugs - Outside light - No safe in room - No plugs at computer desk - Wi-Fi drops and is unreliable Most rooms are motel-style and open directly to the outside, which can be noisy and makes it much easier for bugs to end up in the room (especially with the rooms being so close to the lake). We had mosquitos and silverfish in our room two or three days in a row.
I loved the room and the fact that it was right by the lake. It had a great view. The only thing I didn't like was that hardly and water came out from the shower or the sink but besides that everything else was great!
We LOVED our one-night stay at the Lakehouse! From the moment we arrived to the moment we left - everything was perfect. We booked it last minute as a fun little getaway during the holidays. We got a pretty good deal since we stayed the night before New Year's Eve (12/30). The hotel texted us to let us know our room was ready and we were able to check in around 1 PM. We had a ground floor pool view room. Every room has a balcony with bright yellow adirondack chairs and it was really nice sitting outside our room, with a cup of coffee and my book. They had quiet reggae music playing at the pool and I really enjoyed it! The room was IMMACULATE. Everything felt new and crisp and clean. I loved the color scheme and layout too. The room was really spacious and just overall lovely. It was just 2 of us for one night but I did notice that there were a TON of outlets throughout the room. Nice touch in this day and age when we all have so many electronics to charge :) The pools were both heated and almost warm enough for me to swim in (On December 30, mind you). We loved the jacuzzis though! I wish we'd been there on a Friday when they serve Sangria at the pool! (oh well, we'll just have to go back). In the evening they have fire pits around the pools that they light and it was really pretty and romantic. The grounds were really peaceful and tranquil. And even though the hotel was probably at low to moderate capacity - it feels like the type of place that even when it's full, it doesn't feel crowded. I noticed that another couple was checked into the room next to us, and there were people above them, but I never heard anyone at all when we were in our room. They serve free coffee in the morning at their little cafe and it was better than that your standard free hotel coffee. We walked by the lake, but didn't participate in any of the many lake activities. I also went for a run in the neighborhood in the morning and it's a really cute little community. We had a great time at the Lakehouse and kept saying we really wanted to bring friends back!
Tons of bugs. Couldn't use the beautiful balcony.
Loved the atmosphere. Calm by the lake. Family oriented! Felt like vacation! Music, bar, and s'mores by the pool! The lake and the boat rental our favorite part! Drinks at the pool bar a little pricey.
Great staff, truly care about you...my husband was having surgery and they wanted to make sure he had everything he needed to be comtorable and have a room on the first floor and they also upgraded us to a room that was right on the lake free of charge:) amazing beds, showers, true spa like feel The only thing that bothers me is that you can't check in until 4 and you have to check out by 11
great value for the price. We had a great time !
The room was smaller than I expected. The layout of the room was also weird
Super helpful and friendly staff, nice facilities, pools were awesome for relaxing during the day. The check-in time of four and check-out time of eleven is a little tight, but we requested a later check out (noon) and that made it closer to what we are used to at other hotels. They offered to let us use the pool after checking out so that was really nice of them.
It was November, so that's definitely a factor: Quiet, pool area not crowded, staff friendly.
The location was beautiful, the property was very well maintained, the staff was very courteous. Every staff member from the valet, check-in staff, housekeeping and even ground maintenance greets you with a big smile. WILL RECOMMEND AND COME BACK! Nothing negative to say.
Privacy and cleanliness Concierge could not find our reservations a few days before arrival (we were staying nearby and just stopped by to confirm location). Evidently not under our name and she kept telling us this hotel was for residents. I later called the hotel with conf #
The room and bed were very comfortable. It was a large space. The pool staff were inattentive. It took 30 minutes before we could catch someone's eye to order a drink. There were only 2 people at the checkout desk at 9 am. Checkout is at 10 so this is a popular time and should be fully staffed.
Check in time and check out time
Pool. Overall kid friendly Limited restaurant menu
As always great service at all Four Seasons Hotel is more a 4 star. certainly not a 5 or a typical Four Seasons. Food was not so good
Unique experience with less people running around like other hotels.
This guest did not leave comments about this hotel.
Quietness of it all. Secluded, nice view of the golf course, beautiful balcony. Can't say enough about this place. No.
Perfect in every way we never left the property. It was the perfect relaxing getaway.
The staff was very good--professional and friendly. The room itself was not very clean looking. -- The grout and tiles in the shower was very dirty or stained or both. --The windows were dirty. --The carpeting looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a long time. The room itself was older, but that doesn't mean it has to be dirty.
The hotel itself was clean and tge staff was very pleasant. Location... if you are planning on staying at the hotel it is just fine. It is kind of a pain to get a group of people somewhere else becsuse they don't offer a shuttle and we had to tatake a few cabs.
I like that they had great ventilation to the facility. Service was very friendly. there were no signs that identified where to go. starting from parking all the way to check-in. Food was not good at all. Tried their cafe and their buffet.
The room was extremely high quality that can match las Vegas anytime. If you're there to gamble or not you will love the room.
Harrah's is a wonderful hotel, Love the pool. Just a great place to get away. They can lossen the Slot Machines a little bit, at least enough to play for a while. But I do love this Casino.
The food selection wasn't the greatest. Buffet food was not good and overpriced.
The rooms had modern design elements and were comfortable enough for a night's stay. The grounds were very nice and the people performing live music around the grounds were very entertaining. We were lucky enough to have a hotel room complete with its own aroma. It might have been mold but I would more accurately identify it as a human biological odor. Sprayed some foo-foo around the room and went to sleep very late. Left very early. Wouldn't recommend for people with sensitive noses.
Rooms ok even though my reservation was fouled up and settled for a 2 bedroom handicapped. Not what i reserved. Staff except for a couple of the women staff trying to accommodate patrons but overall the pool and lazy experience was horrible. I understand holiday weekend but staff should of been prepared. Room took a few calls to clean room were fast the last time i called but was 10 Pm already.overall not worth the money i could of reserved another hotel nicer and cheaper and longer stay.
The room was fabulous. All the staff were very nice, happy and helpful! From the front desk, to the housekeepers! Every one deserves a "pat on the back". The buffet was horrible! We paid $30+ per person. Bad food. I was served a large "slab" of prime rib w/ a huge, and I'm not kidding, fist size full of fat in the middle of it. I wished I had my camera. Nothing really had any flavor. My boyfriend called it "army food". He tried the beef taco meat, rice & beans, amongst other things. We did like the cauliflower like an au gratin side dish. OH and don't let me forget to mention Pinks hot dog stand... HORRIBLE! For $5.99, I expected a delicious dog since I never had one from that establishment. I ordered the dog w/ chili w/ cheese. So they take a piece of american cheese and cut it in half and lay it on the bun cold. Then place the hot dog and add chili on top. The cheese never melted, the but was old and crumbly, and the chili wasn't hot enough... hence the cheese should have melted. OMG that was not good!!
Lovely hotel, casino & pool! Great layout too! All of the staff were very accommodating and helpful. We paid $140/night, and it didn't include wifi? Really? And asked for a later checkout, only to be told it would cost $20? The explanation on the wifi is that they don't charge a resort fee, so they charge individually for wifi. $12 for 2 devices for 24 hours. Uh.. no thanks!
Various food selections and meeting rooms. Paying $300. for a room during the conference in April. Other guests paid a lot less.
Front desk staff waited 25 minutes to be serviced. A joke kept taking Diamond members.
Staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Close to everything, we walked just about everywhere we were looking to go, no problem. Solid stay for the money especially. The immediate surrounding area is a little shady, a bit of a beat up motel 6 and a trailer park type area, but it wasn't a problem and barely noticed it was there. Only other small negative I can think of is the shower didn't drain very well, but I think I just seem to get those rooms.
I always love their breakfast. Coffee was better than I make at home. I love the dark wood furniture, nice room lighting. Business/homey Maybe a bit bigger -plus infers a suite.
Your facilities were absolutely perfect for my needs. My family was there visiting my son who is a U.S. marine. It was so conveniant to his location and your facilities were clean helpful and absolutely beautiful. Thank you for a great experience with our family. There was nothing about your facilities that I didn't like. It was a wonderful place to stay and fit my needs perfectly. Thank you.
Loved the breakfast especially the waffles. Free wi-fi and parking. Close to freeway. not much of a view. Hallway needed to be vacuumed as there was pretzel crumbs scattered in front of someone's hotel door.
Very nice room with good amenities. The breakfast was very good and the property was clean and well maintained. I would recommend this as a great place to spend a few days when on vacation or for business travels.
Close to the beach and south entrance to Camp Pendleton. Clean rooms and pool. Property well maintained. Small bathroom, walking paths in rooms and hallways.
The room was way to warm and stuffy. Air unit to low and blew against the bed. Unable to adjust the temperature to cool the room.
All the amenities, breakfast Bath towels were little thin
The staff, facilities, and breakfast were all great. The room was clean, had an updated look, and very comfortable beds. The bathroom was nice and spacious, too.
A great location for or plans in Oceanside. We will stay here again in the future.
Room was spacious and clean, shower was great, location was great. I was woken up by housekeeping in the morning on the day I checked out- I would have liked to sleep in! And I don't like the hidden "resort fee".
Very kid-friendly and the proximity to Legoland was nice. The staff were generally pretty helpful. The gym had a good selection of equipment. For the price, the room that we had was sub-par. The wallpaper in the bathroom was peeling and the shower was pretty run-down. Although some of the gym equipment had televisions built in, there was limited volume despite the supplying of headphones. Couldn't really hear anything while running on the treadmill.
Cape Rey was a lovely place to stay and I wouldn't mind coming back for a longer stay. Only had the chance to spend a beautiful weekend there, can't imagine how amazing it'd be in the summer. Staff was very helpful, approachable and kind.
I like the location I was promised a ocean view I got a parking l
Food was awful, I would have expected better especially considering the simplicity of my order and the cost. I ordered a cheeseburger which was burned and the worst quality. The pizza I ordered tasted like cardboard. When I was checking out I waited about 5 minutes for the front desk agent to come back, she came up from the hallway with a cup of coffee in hand and didn't even apologize for the wait.
Staff was great- Betty treated us so well, and was so accommodating. We were tired and weary, and she immediately set us up with a great room and let us know about some good local places to eat. Room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was included. Wifi was easily accessible. A great deal- would definitely stay here again.
Breakfast choices limited.
None Old building style, burned tube, smoking smell everywhere, no privacy curtain you can see through into the room from outside.food is bad. Carpet is dirty. Give us a smoking room when I book a non smoking room and I have to take the room because there was no other choice. Bad customer services from hotel people and booking.com CS too.
Room was convenient on the first level. Easy access for my husband with disabilities. Clean, roomy and quiet. The continental breakfast was fresh, quick and easily accessible. The beverages were varied and good. We liked the key use for ice and entrance to lobby. Although we did not use the pool it appeared to be well placed and inviting. The clerk was very polite but had difficulty in finding our reservation. The staff that we dealt with were very helpful. Nothing in the way of vending machines.
Absolutely nothing. The place was disgustingly filthy. It looked like the grounds hadn't been cleaned or maintained in decades. The room was also filthy, with black marks on the doors and frames, and stained furniture. This hotel should be cleaned or renovated, or shut down completely. We had booked for 2 nights but only stayed one night. If we hadn't been so tired from traveling all day, we would not have stayed there the first night.
Updated decor Room looked very well used and repaired
There was nothing I liked about this place except for the staff. Woodo floors on the second level. The room was vacant for almost any furniture except for of the bed 1 table 2 chairs a refrigerator that wasn't plugged in and a microwave that wasn't plugged in. The TV had a cabinet mounted against the wall and the face of played to that cabinet was torn off and on the ground
Clean and simple No closet
Big open room with laminate floors felt classy for a budget room. I was told I could check out late, noon. But got a knock on the door at 11 to pay for another day. Simple misunderstanding that could have been less assumptive.
This was an excellent central location for enjoying Sea World, Lego Land, Wild Animal Park, San Diego Zoo & the ocean. Weather was consistently about 5-10 degrees C warmer at the resort than on the coast. The pool and waterpark at the hotel is ideal for a family vacation.
The resort itself is absolutely beautiful with plenty activities, some for a price. But, if you plan on exploring the city of Escondido or visiting San Diego, a vehicle is required because the resort is in a very secluded area. Didn't like the bottom level floor/ground level of the mountain villas.
Everything was very nice. Very clean and I liked that. It was very noisey. Heard people above me and beside me.
Gym is the best equipped I have ever seen. Lots of exercise & yoga classes available Very nice Executive golf course Staff for most part very helpful They really try to keep you entertained right on the premises with shows, & other activities. The units are very nicely laid out large & comfortable If you have kids, lots of playgrounds, slides, & pools to play in. Overall it's the staff & the rooms that make this a very nice relaxing stay Terrible internet connection on my laptop Location not convenient, have to drive some distance for evening out or dinner out
It was beautifully decorated and very spacious. everything was very clean and it was very quiet and family orientated
2 bedroom unit was very room.
the front desk was not friendly and helpful; they did not inform us that they do not provide crib service ahead of our arrival; they do not have shuttle service when they are in the middle of no where.
Comfortable beds, spacious for our family, washer & dryer in villa, fully stocked kitchen to prepare anything, helpful, friendly staff, and most of all, Esco is a short drive (minus CA traffic) to all sights. We are a family of 6 and stayed mid July. This was our second stay at Welk and due to a lot of noise upstairs from us last year, we requested an upstairs villa this time. They were nice about accommodating our request however, when we pulled up to the villa, parking was limited because of construction. The first night we discovered ants crawling on the kitchen counter, so I called and they sent someone over to resolve the problem(but not completely). Oh and the people below us smoked, so whenever we chose to sit on the patio we were greeted with cigarette smoke. Construction began early in the mornings and it was loud. I can't help but think it was our fault for requesting an upstairs villa and that is all they had available. We stayed for 7 days and housekeeping came once. Let's just say I never felt comfortable removing my shoes inside the villa. The kids loved the rec center and the pool, however the latter was never kept clean. I overheard a guest mention how he could actually 'see his feet' today but then pointed out everything floating on the top of the water. None of this bothered me overly much until I took my kids to the pool on a Sat night around 7ish, and encountered a group of twenty year-old girls at the hot tub, drinking, cursing, and talking very loudly about their sexual escapades. Don't get me wrong, I'm not some prudish anti-fun individual and my kids are not completely ignorant about life but what those girls discussed made even me feel uncomfortable. We were about to leave until they took their party elsewhere, but I can't help but wonder what they were doing there in the first place? Were they with family, or did Welk rent a villa to a rowdy group of individuals who wanted to party in a family environment? We will not be returning next year.
My sister recommended this hotel and we were pleased. Room was great; the bathroom is probably one of the bigger one I've seen (you can get out from the shower without almost touching the toilet). Having a functional kitchen is a plus. Continental breakfast is offered which is nice, so I don't have to make an extra stop to feed the kids in the morning. Staff we dealt with are nice and courteous. Our destination is LEGOLAND which is very close by. It is also close by stores like Costco and Target. Breakfast hour is from 7 - 9, which works for business travel but for family vacation, the hours are too early and I feel rushed to get out of bed and downstairs to grab a bite. This may just be me, but there is no dimmer light in the bedroom side - there are only two very bright one on the nightstand, and you cannot turn on the bathroom light (where the counter is) without the light shining to the beds and disturb whoever is sleeping there. Walls are definitely thin, the room above us was probably doing DDR the whole time we were there and the room next to our bedroom was listening to music all night long. =\
Clean and comfort. I need some bottle of water in the room which I can buy directly instead of go down to buy it.
Location, value, friendly staff Automatic lights that can't be turned off. Woke me and my kids up repeatedly. Called down to the front desk and they said they could send an engineer up, but my kids were already asleep in the living room. Other than this, great hotel.
Families with screaming kids at breakfast. Did not matter if it was 6am or 8am. Should have adult only seating area at breakfast.
Soft and Hard Pillows, Fridge, Microwave, Kuerig Coffee Maker, Swipeless Door Access Cards Sink drained very slowly.
Large connecting rooms at a good rate - ideal for extended families. Refrigerator and mirowave in rooms. Breakfast reasonable selection of food served in an area with seating. Large car park. Supermarket and shopping complex opposite hotel. Limited choice of restaurants locally.
The breakfasts were good. My family and I enjoyed the pancakes, cinnamon rolls and omelets. Front counter staff were friendly and efficient. They made us feel welcome. The amenities available were up to par. I normally like our stays at Holiday Inn Express Hotels, however the rooms at this location were dirty. The carpet in our room was not vacuumed and the linen appeared unkept. There was trash under the kitchenette sink and in the bathroom when we first checked in.
very close to the beach
PROPRETY OF THE HOTEL THE LOCATION IS NOT AFFORDABLE IF YOU DON'T HAVE A CAR
We like the breakfast.. not bad at all.. Yes, a bad smell inside the room ... I guest the carpet ...
Location, breakfast, pool were all things I was looking forward to and happy with once we arrived. The staff is friendly and helpful, but I think they're sometimes overwhelmed with the crowds. It's not their fault, they do a great job, but when there are 30-40 people waiting in line at breakfast, I imagine it can be a lot. The front desk folks seemed a little less friendly than I'm used to, but again, maybe it's just the crowds for Legoland that burns them out. It's a lot of people with kids.
Room clean and well equipped. Appreciate keeping pet in room in kennel with us. Close to everything. Appreciate "extra pillows". Continental breakfast very good. Coffee outstanding! No. Very positive experience.
Nothing!!!!!! The rooms were filthy and the coffee in the coffee maker was left in for who knows how long. Gum on carpet. Nails and holes in the wall. Was afraid to sit on the toilet. The buffet breakfast was cold crap and leftover eggs and potatoes that looked like it was dug out of the dumpster. A soccer team kept us awake all night and tore signs off the doors and wiring. I felt like I was on skid row.
Continental breakfast was good. A rollaway bed will coast you extra.
Loved everything about the hotel in regards to comfort, friendly staff, location, amenities, breakfast. All of the guest room doors SLAMMED. HARD. And since no one in this day and age cares about respecting other peoples' sleeping schedules, it was very loud all night. My 4 year old and I had a very hard time sleeping with all the slamming doors. Did I mention that the doors were slamming ALL NIGHT?!?!!
more than expected
