The first car smelled like cigarettes. I asked for a different car and they have me one where the seat adjustment was broken so I had to sit on the edge of my seat the whole time just to reach the pedals with my tip toes

There was no Dollar store within 50 miles of the pickup location. I called customer support, and the only thing they offered to do was cancel my reservation. I was left stranded in a parking lot on a Friday evening of a holiday weekend.

There is no Follar at that location. I got there and it is only Hertz. The reservation did not transfer through. The only reason I got a car was the kindness of the Herrz employee. Kayak is booking for a business that doesn’t exist and almost got me and my daughter stranded without a car. The insurance never applied because it wasn’t through Dollar.
