Pros: Loved the central location. Our room was great. The hotel staff even secured an HDMI cord for our room during our stay.

Pros: Beautiful, modern apartment as close to the centre of New Haven as you could get. Very comfortable and well appointed.

9.3 Excellent
Pros: Honestly the pictures do not make justice to the place. There was so much space and the apartment was very nice. New appliances, huge bathroom, main room was nice and so was the bathroom. Just missed having a on site staff.
Cons: There was no free parking available and since it’s located so central it was always hard to find parking close by. I feel that for the price we paid complimentary parking should be added. Just a suggestion.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Loved it! Perfect location, clean, spacious and very comfortable and convenient. I would definitely keep doing business with them.
9.5 Excellent
Cons: The incorrect key was in my lockbox. But there was a maintaince person on site able to help me.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Very roomy apartment. Kitchen had everything we needed. Dishwasher and laundry detergent were supplied. Extremely clean. Great location. You'll never need transportation as everything is within walking distance.
Cons: The property is directly across the street from a college bar. Beginning at about 10 PM going until 2 AM, it is extremely noisy. And I'm not talking about a little noise now and again, but constant talking, yelling, and music. Then from 2 AM until 2:30 AM the Ubers arrive and begin honking. This is the only reason I give this property a less than perfect score. If you stay during the week, perhaps it is better. We were there Friday through Sunday nights.

Pros: Location is very convenient for families visiting Yale. Perfectly within downtown, quiet and peaceful. A lot of choice for food.

Pros: Location Cleanliness Restaurant
Cons: There was nothing not to like
2.0 Mediocre
Cons: The systems were down when I arrived and I waited 45 mins for a room. The first room I was assigned was not yet cleaned. I was offered nothing for my inconvenience.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Loved the view from room 1114. The staff was friendly and helpful. This is a historic area and the rooms are small. There is nothing the can be done about that other than booking somewhere farther away from campus. We were there on a college tour and the location can not be beat. The only suggestion I have is to add a hook in the bathroom for guests to hang their clothes while showering. The bathroom is compact and the vanity is very small.
Cons: The gym left something to be desired, like updated and more equipment. A TRX would be a nice addition because it doesn't require much room to use.
6.8 Good
Pros: Great location and helpful staff
Cons: Our room smelled like urine, or maybe it was burned hair, but it didn’t dissipate during the 24 hours we were there.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The location was perfect. We had another place booked that had unexpected maintenance issues, so this was a last minute replacement. It put us where we needed to be.
Cons: There were no complimentary breakfast options and parking cost extra. For the more expensive price, I would expect those to be included.

Pros: Grounds were nice. It was decent enough, but not luxurious.
Cons: Sliding back door had no lock. Asked front desk to fix it or move us, never showed up. Next morning asked again.... crickets. Was not as nice as the website shows. Minimal towels. Minimal amenities for a suite. Cheaply remodeled. Old was obviously touch up with a little new. Breakfast breads were stale.

Cons: It seemed they were short staffed for the morning breakfast rush. At 7am the bins were overflowing and the hot breakfast wasn’t available.
3.0 Mediocre
Pros: Cleaniless and location.
Cons: The staff is atrocious. We, as a big family with 2 toddlers coming in later at night, we're drained and looking for respite for the night. We were nothing but kind and patience with the front office staff but they had nothing but frustration and attitude.

5.2 Okay
Pros: Room, itself, was nice and it was quiet.
Cons: Although check-in is known to be at 3pm we arrived early from Norwalk area at 11am and then went to the front desk again ar 2pm and they never tried to be accomodating to us but just told us it was not guaranteeed until a 3pm arrival. The housekeep[ng staff should try to accomodate someone who is already at the locatiuon versus their traditional room-to-room approach. We did not get into the room until 3:15-3:30pm.When tyou pay over $200/nihgt, I'd lik ethe staff to try to be more accomodating.
7.2 Good
Pros: Room very confortable, nice breakfast, ideal for family
Cons: A little bit outside the city, no restaurants close by
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Very comfortable beds, clean, nice kitchen everything needed was there, popcorn and candy jar, nice extras.

Cons: The air-conditioning outside the room was very noisy.

Pros: The complimentary hot breakfast and light evening meal.
Cons: It was an excellent choice, the only drawback being the location (a little out of the way and not close to food establishments) but we had a rental car so even that wasn't too much of a concern.

Cons: It was cold and there were hairs in the beds and on the sink and toilet when we arrived.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Location and cleanliness were excellent.
Cons: For being a inn and suite, I found the facility dated and rundown for the price I paid. While cleanliness was excellent, maintenance, or should I say upkeep needs to be addressed. Nothing was bad enough to complain to the staff but some examples would be; loose and cracked tiles on the bathroom floor, kitchenette counter cabinets looked like it came from a second hand store it was so old and worn. The door to the room was painted so many times that the peephole was fuzzy and the cover didn't work. Overall the room felt old and rundown.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Rodeway are usually dumpy, I have to say. I read the reviews on this one at five stars and just had to try it. I wasn't disappointed. Yes, it had the usual shampoo only and Rodeway soap but the place was extremely clean, everything fresh and the staff was very kind. I'd stay here again!
