Beat up car
Pros: I dont understand how a Nissan with 30000 miles can drive so poorly. The engine sounded like it was screaming when the car went above 40 mph.

Pros: + customer service was really nice at the location
Cons: - they were only open until 2pm on Sunday
- they pushed too hard for me to get the rental insurance
- they don't have a local phone number, and you can't reach a human on the 800 number.

Poor drop-off location
Pros: They had a bathroom in the office
Cons: There was only a tiny little sign in the front door that said Alamo. I never would have known that this was the drop-off location if Waze had not directed me here. No signage indicating where to leave the car. Improvement needed.

Pros: I rented the cheapest car possible, some Eco or whatever. Got a free upgrade to a Jeep Renegade. That was awesome.
Everything else was great, too. Friendly staff and quick service.

Pros: Pretty much everything down to the manager who helped us very helpful and pleasant
Cons: Only thing the smell from previous user very stagnant order the manager did spray before we got in but smell lingered on for duration of time we had it

Amazing deal; fantastic customer service
Pros: Eryk the manager was super friendly, efficient, and helpful. He gave me a brand new Elantra for $34/day. He also suggested a great orchard for the long weekend. I will definitely go back to Alamo.
Cons: Everything was great; no complaints. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

Point of drop off
Pros: The point of drop off was fantastic. Very friendly and the folks even offered to drive me to my hotel. Much appreciated after a stressful day of travel.

Pros: Car was perfect for our needs - nothing fancy.
Price was way cheaper than if we had rented in NYC
Cons: The Hertz staff was VERY pressur-y in trying to get us to sign up for their coverage plan even though we were already covered.

Pros: it was a clean car.
the staff was so kind and gave me good explaination.
Cons: Brake system was almost out of order, when I was on the way of my traveling. It was dangerous situation. So, I had to return toward Hertz. rent car. after all, my schdule was so mixed up. I wish that Hertz have to repair and ready all mechanic issue well including brake system.

Cons: You shouldn't be able to make a booking for the exact time the place closes. I made a booking for 1pm. Was running 10 min late, called and they had closed. Trying to get my money back. Had to book through a different company.

Cons: Car was not clean and smelled stale. Gas tank was not full, even though rental agent said it was and noted on agreements. Called to see if I could pick up early and was told yes, however when I got to the rental location 2 hour ahead if pickup reservation was told would cost me $40 for extra hour if I didn't return same time poor service.

Slow, but mostly functional
Pros: They had a car available on an hour's notice.
Cons: Maintenance in the parking lot brought this site to its knees, slowing down the in-and-out of vehicles to a crawl.
Rep that handled my reservation had no hustle and was disconnected during conversation. I'm not asking for much, but if you aren't speedy OR personable, why do you have a customer service job?
Rep was looking right at damage on the car, but didn't annotate it until I pointed it out.

Great Customer Service
Pros: Our rental car was not ready when we got there. So they gave us an upgrade for the same price as our original rental.

Cons: I bought insurance and the rental car through Kayak, and after I made the purchase I received two emails, telling me that the insurance was not through the car rental company (Hertz) but through a third party (Allianz). When I got to Hertz, I was told that the insurance did not cover liability (only collision) so I had to pay an extra $17/d for full coverage. Essentially, the Allianz insurance that I paid for was a) not what was advertised and b) useless in Hertz's view. Coupled with the snowstorm (no one's fault of course) it pretty much ruined my trip.
Pros: The custumer service was good, quick pickup and quick return, the car condition and the prices was excellent!
Cons: The car insurance was expensive!

Cons: The car wasn't ready when we got there and the person working there said he didn't have to honor the budget rental. He also said we needed to just wait until a car becomes available. When I asked him how long do we have to wait for. He said 10 mins, 1 hour, 2 hours who knows. Yep, this actually happened. Really bad customer service.

Pros: I liked the friendliness of the staff when picking up the car. Also the price was pretty good.
Cons: The car made a weird sound the whole time I was driving it. Also, the return staff when we arrived was awful. It was snowing so we were going to be a couple minutes late returning the car. When we called to ask if this was okay, because we had to get gas, the woman who picked up the phone was awful. She was so mean, so unhelpful and an all around grouch. We ended up returning the car with half a tank of gas because we were nervous the place would be closed. We were charged $9.90 a gallon because this woman had no heart or patience.

Cons: Poor customer service at the counter upon drop off. The clerk became rather upset when I didn't have my paperwork with me, even though I had made my reservation electronically in the first place.

Pros: decent vehicle ("similar" to that reported at booking); good counter staff
Cons: lack of good signage both for counter and lot; counter manned by a single person, so service time ranges from instant to quite slow (when a queue forms)

Cons: I entered the airport code in my Kayak search. When I went to the car rental at BDL I found out reservation was for a different city. Overall rental cost went up $100.00 over original reservation.

Over charged for. Dirty car
Cons: There was a problem with the booking instead of getting the rate I had booked I was charged a higher rate. I was told that if I don't like the rate they were offering that I should book it on line. When I couldn't find a cheaper rate on line I came back to the counter and the rate went up by another 50.00 for the three day rental. The man that helped me said I should have taken the first offer. I felt like he was punishing me. I had also asked if they offer senior discounts or AAA discount he said yes but I never received any discount. When I dropped off the car I told them there was a leak in the left rear tire and the person looked at the car and asked if I was driving it on a construction sight. I said of course not but it was that dirty when I picked it up. It was never detailed they just gave it to me in that condition.
Overalls my experience was poor and the attitude of the counter person was less than helpful condescending and curt. As he passed the other counter person he whispered something about me having to pay more because I didn't take the first offer.
Pros: I like that this time the agent was straight forward with us when we got the car. The car also reported low tire pressure about 3 days in, probably due to the sudden drop in temperature. The agent at Enterprise put some air in and cleared the message.
Cons: Due to inclement weather, the whole city was under traveling ban and parking ban on the day I was supposed to drop off the car (Tue 3/14/2017). Thus, I called 1 day prior (3/13/2017) when they issued the ban to check if Enterprise would be open at all (I suspected not), and if they weren't open how could I drop off the car on the scheduled date. They said they would charge me an extra day despite the fact that over that day, nobody would be able to rent that car anyway, so they're not suffering from any extra revenue loss. So much for "treating customers like family in a corporate world." It is all about them making money...
