Pros: Easy to find, close to Train Station in New Haven Connecticut. Great customer service and easy on/off I-95.
Cons: Somewhat limited hours on weekends, but workable.

Beat up car
Pros: I dont understand how a Nissan with 30000 miles can drive so poorly. The engine sounded like it was screaming when the car went above 40 mph.

Pros: + customer service was really nice at the location
Cons: - they were only open until 2pm on Sunday
- they pushed too hard for me to get the rental insurance
- they don't have a local phone number, and you can't reach a human on the 800 number.

Poor drop-off location
Pros: They had a bathroom in the office
Cons: There was only a tiny little sign in the front door that said Alamo. I never would have known that this was the drop-off location if Waze had not directed me here. No signage indicating where to leave the car. Improvement needed.

Pros: I rented the cheapest car possible, some Eco or whatever. Got a free upgrade to a Jeep Renegade. That was awesome.
Everything else was great, too. Friendly staff and quick service.

Pros: Pretty much everything down to the manager who helped us very helpful and pleasant
Cons: Only thing the smell from previous user very stagnant order the manager did spray before we got in but smell lingered on for duration of time we had it
Pros: The custumer service was good, quick pickup and quick return, the car condition and the prices was excellent!
Cons: The car insurance was expensive!

Pros: I was running late due to train issues and they waited 30 minuted for me after they closed.

Cons: The car wasn't ready when we got there and the person working there said he didn't have to honor the budget rental. He also said we needed to just wait until a car becomes available. When I asked him how long do we have to wait for. He said 10 mins, 1 hour, 2 hours who knows. Yep, this actually happened. Really bad customer service.
