Car was dirty inside and out. Not a good situation in a pandemic. Passenger seat would not recline. Stuck in the upright position. I understand we’re in a pandemic everybody is stretched to the limits however I could’ve paid $10 more and gotten a clean car with functioning seats. Would appreciate a partial credit for my trouble. The staff is friendly. I rent from Enterprise often. You can leave own vehicle there a well-lit lot while you rent from EnterpriseCons:
They are not open on a Sunday. There is a dropbox but you will be charged for an entire day. The recently had a price increase of 25% which is very disappointing. Rates are very high even for Platinum reward members.Dollar

Cons:
Arrived at 2 PM to pick up my car. Tendon claims there were no cars on the lot to come back at 4 PM. Pawn my return there were still no cars and had to wait an additional hour and a half. This way time of 3 1/2 hours is inconsiderate and unacceptable. I chose hurts because of the name and their reputation. It was a complete let down of my expectations andShould have chosen another company! This weekend was my sons graduation from medical school and this certainly affected it negatively2.0 Poor

The staff kept trying to push insurance on us, even though we told them we didn't want it. They told us to bring the car back in the same condition as we got it, but did not document all the scratches and dents that were already on the car. I had to force them to document it so I wouldn't get charged later. Finally, it was evident that the car was not washed, and I had to ask them to wash it for me.4.0 Mediocre
