Pros: Relatively new hotel, so all facilities look modern, smart and clean. Good selection of food for breakfast Friendly and helpful staff Lots of free parking available Close to Route 55 with easy access to both Midway and O'Hare Airports by car Tip - if you want to go into Chicago, drive to Midway Airport and park in the Economy Parking ($15/day at time of visit). Pros: Everyone was very helpful and accommodating. The hotel was close to the Donald J. Stephens Convention Center, so that was a plus. It was also near many amenities (i.e. restaurants, parks, shopping centers, etc.)
Cons: It was just odd that there was not a fan in the bathroom.

Cons: Nothing all was good!
5.8 Okay
Pros: Location and distance from the airport. Easy access.
Cons: The room. We booked a double queen room for 4 people, with a kid. It's a small room for two queen beds. Door to the bathroom is funny and it's a sliding door with no lock and moves leaving the bathroom open. Very inconvenient. There is no microwave in the room and need to go all the way down to the lobby to get it done. Small water bottle costs $2.50 and there is no water in the ice machine.

Pros: Cook to order omlettes were great, as was the rest of breakfast. Room was nice; bed was comfortable.

Pros: Clean friendly staff Excellent fitness center Good food and choices for breakfast Convenient location
Cons: No Wall Street Journal
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Pastry,milk and juice selection
Cons: The eggs had no seasoning, pancakes and waffles were a bit dry, would like a variety of syrups.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast was awesome! Devin the bartender was very friendly and the gym was great.
Cons: The phone in the room kept going off like an alarm
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The location worked very well for us to get to two different locations. Easy streets to navigate to and from. The fresh omelet was great at breakfast. The bed was comfortable.
Cons: We were unable to get the Handicap Access room for my wife the first few days. While the shower was easy access, the toilet was much too low. We had to move ourselves to the handicap room when it became available. The toilet was great, but the high-sided tub was quite difficult for my wife to get into. The person at the front-desk had no idea if any rooms had high toilet and walk-in shower. The blackout curtain by the couch was stuck in the half way down position. It had wire connectors sticking out and the switch on the wall did nothing. Oddly, we had the same issue with our room when we stayed a year ago. (Was it the same room?)
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Liked the breakfast
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Amazing room! Big, clean, modern. TV was enormous. So was the shower. Pleasant staff. Convenient by car to interstates, restaurants, & activities. Well-appointed workout room and pool. Real glasses and coffee cups; not plastic and paper.
Cons: Breakfast had a lot of variety and was well presented. Eggs etc were wonderful. The only drawback were the Belgian waffles. They were hard, overcooked, and seemed old for 7am.

Pros: Cleaningness, amenities, location, the continental breakfast is the most exciting part!!!!!

Why choose between downtown energy and the convenience of being five minutes from the airport? At Loews Chicago O’Hare Hotel, our guests can have the best of both worlds.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Location was very convenient.
7.0 Good
Pros: did not eat there cost to much
Cons: no shuttle to convention center, food to high price, parking fees to high
8.0 Excellent
Cons: I wish the room had a mini refer. It had a mini bar that did not open and the sign cautioned about storing your own food in it. Parking was an additional $32-42 per day....
8.3 Excellent
Pros: I liked the location however did have to walk an extra 1/4 to 1/2 mile to get to convention center and town center was not great. Beds were comforable. Bathrooms were above average. Rooms were clean. Starbucks in the lobby was a plus. Capital Grille located downstairs is great.
Cons: Didn't like the price.... Was more expensive than many hotels on that street and rooms were nothing special. Gym was small and had weird set up where you couldn't watch TV unless you were off the machine. Breakfast options were expensive. $25 for a buffett is ridiculous... $7 for a bottle of water in the room is a pet peeve of mine. That alone will most likely cause me to try somewhere else next time. Not worth the premium over other hotels right next door.

Pros: My stay had to be cut short in the morning because of other obligations, and the breakfast staff were willing to let me grab some items to go. They supplied me with a carryout container and utensils; I was very grateful because I had no time to stop for food! The room was comfortable and spacious, and had a great view.
Cons: The staff is usually consistently cordial and welcoming; there was one staff member who was pretty indifferent and I almost had to remind him that he did not let me know verbally he was finished checking me out. He just said, "here's your receipt", set it on the counter and started talking to another guest. I finally asked him if I was all set.

6.0 Good
Pros: The place look really nice and comfortable.
Cons: I wasn't able to stay there because i didn't have a credit card or debit card for them to take the money out. I had taken the money off my card wasnt thinking that i needed to keep the money on there, when i have stayed at other places and they allowed me to pay in cash, even though i made the reservation on my card. I feel that the person could have taken a extra step to talk to the manager to see if anything could have been done considering my children and I were only staying one night. I had to call around to see where else my children and i were going to lay our heads at for the night.
10.0 Excellent

Cons: N/A
9.5 Excellent
Cons: The hotel is pricey, but the parking it's cheap.
7.5 Good
Cons: Being made aware that my room i originally book mths ago was giving away. Due to maintence issues. And they had to place me @ the hytatt recency for that evening. Where I was told to turn down my boom boom music by a rude housekeeper man manager or wutever his role is. To awake and find my room door latch was not as i had left it for the night. Then had to be transferred back to my original book location the next morning. Kind of made my trip a lil inconvenient with unpacking and repacking. Not being able to feel temporary settled & able enjoy my trip kind of sucked.

Pros: Breakfast was terrific! Staff were very personable. I really felt so comfortable in that atmosphere. Also, the main area, for breakfast and reception was always being cleaned up each morning - very much appreciated. Also, the fact that they allowed (at least one) theraoy dog was very cool -everyone enjoyed petting Frankie.
Cons: Well, I suppose some of the decor is getting a little frayed - especially the carpets. But, the comfortable atmosphere was a major plus.
7.5 Good
Pros: pool and hot tub area where beyond clean and well kept
Cons: The mold in our bathroom brought it up to the hotel front desk said it was because of renovating but that bathroom was already renovated. 10.0 Excellent
Pros: I really liked the young man at the front desk. He was really helpful and cheerful.

9.5 Excellent
Pros: The room was large, and even though we arrived early we were allowed to check in, parking was good although quite a track when busy, breakfast was great, and surprisingly good value got money for this type of hotel. The hotel was busy with two weddings and a family reunion, but didn't seem to faze the staff who seemed to take it in their stride
Cons: TV looked like it was about to fall off its mount, did ask for someone to fix it, but it never was, something you'd think house keeping would have noticed, TV being at an odd angle. The AC system is old and can be a tad noisy at night. Water pressure in the shower is quite weak

Pros: Everything was amazing!

Pros: The proximity to the Allstate Arena was PERFECT! We didn't have to pay to park, fight the concert traffic, etc... just walked a few feet farther than we would've if we'd driven there!

It really needs another elevator at that far end of the back building!
