Low rate and good location for where I needed to be.

Nothing fancy, but that is what I paid for.

no one at front desk for check in or check out. had to use phone in lobby to get someone and i had to call multiple times before they would answer. asked for a non smoking room but was given a smoking room until i said my 7 yr old daughter was with me. halls smelled like cigarettes even though i was on a non smoking floor. previous persons hair on bed linens. morning coffee was full of grounds

Room was musty and damp. Not very clean. Breakfast was pretty mediocre and coffee was awful.

The amenities were excellent. Wonderful free breakfast, great coffee, indoor pool, awesome commons areas to have guests over, beautiful courtyard. Big room with porch.

We almost cancelled due to other bad reviews but we're very happy with our room and the hotel in general. The staff was very nice and although we did have an issue with the AC, they got it right ASAP and everything went well. WILL stay again when visiting family in the area.. Nice place to have people come meet u at to visit.

Close to O'Hare, good food in restaurant (but pricey), good conference facilities, clean, comfortable.

Slow bellhops, watered down cocktails in bar, pair of queen beds is really a pair of full size, humid in rooms, doors stuck

That it was clean and you have till 3 to check out on Sunday.

It states that it's 1/4 mile from the airport, but that's as the crow flies from a far away runway edge! It's more like 4-5 miles, but was still a short reasonable shuttle. My stay was due to a missed connection.

we tried to stay here despite plans to be in the city every day. That 40 minute drive was not great, and we still ended up paying a bunch for paring when we got there. Clearly this hotel is centered around airport traffic and overnighters for that. not great for families or vacationers at all, really.

No pool.

We had to travel with our dog and they were had no problems with having her at the hotel. We called ahead.

A little more space.

The hotel was very clean, the bed was plush and extremely comfortable. The staff was frendly and helpful. They also have an airport shuttle which makes it very easy to access.

I love the location staff the room. The lobby was excellent

The carpet right inside the door had a huge stain

No microwave or mini fridge in the room and room service was a little pricey. Bathroom wasn't as nice as I expected

The facilities and staff were very nice. The restaurant and bar staff very friendly and accommodating. Room was comfortable and spacious. Good location.

We booked a king bed but during check in was told the website I used is whatever is available. Wasn't happy about that. They did switch us the second night when one became available for the rest of our stay. The website thru Kayak was GetaRoom that booked the room. So I suggest to confirm your type of room before you stay if you go thru that website.

The staff were very nice. the room was very comfortable.

to many kids, and it was under construction so could not take full advantage of the hotel. was hard to get to the pool area with a bad knee. had to take stairs due to the construction.

I enjoyed the stay. It was relaxing. A great getaway.

Treadmills were not in good shape

The people were very friendly and helpful, the rooms were beautiful and clean. As far as location, the train station was a simple walk up the street and took you directly into the center of the city. Dinning was pricey at Gibson's but it was delicious and the service and food was wonderful.

More reasonably priced dinning areas are quite a distance up the street, which left your options fairly limited if you wanted quick and cheap. And even if you made the walk your options were limited.

I like that it is small with the amenities of home, Not huge and intimidating.

Staff was very helpful and courteous, the shuttle drivers were prompt and the room was updated with very comfortable mattresses. The bathroom was clean and well stocked with towels and washcloths. We had a great dinner at the restaurant at the end of the building, Shoeless Joe's, which was easy to walk to and open late. With free breakfast, Wi-Fi, and proximity to O'hare airport, can't beat it.

WE NEEDED A ROOM NEAR WHEATON. WE FOUND THIS MOTEL ON THE INTERNET. WE WERE HAPPY WITH EVERYTHING.

Free parking! The nightly room rate was good, but saving on parking saved us a bunch. Hotels closer to downtown Chicago charge an arm and a leg for parking. Breakfast was basic, but all we needed to start our day.

Carpets were old and dingy. Bed covers were the same. Bathroom towels showed some bare spots. Sheets were clean.

I liked the entire stay very much. The staff was friendly (even remembering the last time we visited). The staff made extra efforts to accommodate our schedule to make our room up at a time convent to us. ALL staff, from front desk to restaurant staff to housekeeping were cognizant of us enjoying our stay and were very responsive to our schedule as to not to in any way inconvenience us.

Normally I don't leave reviews but on this one I had to. Made reservation for parents and nephew in town and first the rooms look nothing like the pictures so don't get fooled. Not 5 min after I dropped off my parents I got a call to rush back to the hotel. My mother not only was put in a room that had holes in the mattress and was blood stained, but was also bed bugs. I took photos of the war torn mattress and also brought the bugs in a paper towel to the front desk to show them. They moved them to another small room and I asked if we would have the same problem and the desk said we shouldn't but to be sure to check. Not the answer you want to hear so needless to say we then asked for a refund since bed bugs isn't something you want crawling on you and your clothes at night to take home to the little ones. I would highly suggest looking elsewhere to spend the night if you value your health and safety. I called the corporate office and they have filed a formal complaint into the matter. Hope this helps for those of you traveling and saves you the time and headache that myself and my family had to go through.

The room smelled like it use to be a smoking room and had a wierd odor to it.

Well customer service was great

Rooms are dirty, hallways are littered with plates and beer bottles my room in particular AC did not work correctly window shades were broken meaning everyone basically could look into my room this hotel is more intended for the party type people that are locking themselves in the room drinking and doing drugs in my opinion not a family oriented place

Terrible staff, dirty rooms, needs updated

Understaffed, Large Facility but only front door available so if you have to park at back of building you have to walk all the way around the building. Our room was almost at the back of the bldg so we had "a long" way to walk. At night this was not good...Room was dirty (#223) Had a kitchen. Mold on Refrig door, walls and cupboards dripping with dirt. Under oven hood has never been cleaned. Bathroom vent had dirt so caked on it was hanging off the vent. People smoking in front of building with no cigarette recepticle available. Kitchen sink faucet was almost completely unhinged and moved around when you turned on or off water. Would have been nice if the add said you needed to bring your own: Soap (Hand or shower) Shampoo (one tiny little tube provided - enough for one washing). blow dryer - thank goodness I brought mine because I don't normally do. The tiny (flat 1/8th inch by 2 inches in diameter) round yellow soap that was in the bathroom was a "used" one. Not wrapped and had that watered down look after many uses. Bottom Bed sheet did not fit so came off the mattress during sleep and you ended up sleeping on the mattress without a sheet. Dust on top of bed headboard, pictures, mirrors. Had to ask for anything for the kitchen, which was o.k. but not even the essentials were in the room like drinking glasses or a coffee pot. Then when we called to obtain a couple of spoons and dish cloth we were told that we had to go get it as they did not have the staff to bring it to us - in the back ninety! When the night clerk said that to just give them a call and they would bring what was needed. Overhead lights are flourescent and awful.

Door to room sticks so bad that you have to put your weight into it to get it open. Elevator doors catch and make grinding sound and you can literally see the dent/scratches on the door where it catches. Good black out curtains and air conditioner. Good sized desk but lighting is terrible. Employees are embarrased to be working there. I am convinced that any Motel/Hotel that prescribes to try to get business in the door by offering good prices, end up giving those customers the worst rooms as this is not the first time this has happened to us.

A wonderful hotel. Very comfortable room. A simple but good breakfast. The staff was very friendly.

Breakfast, good Internet connection, printer & PC with Internet available in the lobby, room price. Bus stop with a limited transport nearby.

Poor wireless in my corner room (the wired connection was good). Car or taxi is recommended (at least 1h30 to Chicago by public transport, no sidewalks around).

I didn't like there was only one washer and dryer for such a large hotel and that you had to go thru the gym to the pool I was disappointed that there were guest in street clothes in pool and not enough pool towels

Location. This hotel sits between two major high ways as well as several shopping areas and offers a premium opportunity to entertainment.

The smoke alarms triggered 4 times beginning around 2am forcing us to evacuate the hotel each time which isn't the problem being safety is important. The problem is that the staff did not acknowledge the mistake although they ask for the full expense!

The staff was friendly, the lobby is nice, the breakfast was good, and the room was clean.

The beds are sold as queens but they are only full. Desk attendant verified bed size. The toilet had to be PLUNGED after almost EVERY use, the toilet seat was peeling, and the beds were worn, squeaky and sagged in the middle! None of us slept comfortably!

Booked...went all the way there.....no rooms available! Mortified! BTW it was almost midnight so I regretfully turned away by a woman who was a housekeeper!! No apology just a very unpleasant experience. Horrible customer service!!!!!!! DO NOT GO HERE!! BEWARE!!!!!

Lacking a managers reception that other Towne Suites Offer, outdoor grill was weak, breakfast was okay, the fact that only one room key card can be issued at a time was very outdated.

It has a good location.

So disappointed. Old food in the microwave, food under the frig, hair on the floor in the bathroom, carpet didn't look like it had been cleaned. The furniture was old, worn & falling apart, chairs upholstery was cracked & peeling away. TVs were all fuzzy.

The breakfast and friendly accommodating staff.

Beds were not very comfortable. Carpets were stained and bedding was a bit worn out. Pool air wuality was so poor we couldn't swim.

Cleanliness. Location. It did not feel cozy like you might want on a getaway. The staff never smiles. Everything seemed filmy.. old peopke smoky smell. The blankets were like grandsons. Not like your clean grandmother like you grand mom who never gets company and dusts off the sheets right before yoyr about to lay down. I HAVE Stayed in a 77$ hotel with better luxuries. One night here and I checked out. Went to hayyat place...very happy

Needed a pack-n-play or crib, which they didn't have available. Not a big deal. Asked for a couple of extra blankets, a sheet and pillow at about 11:15 pm. Got a call at 12:05 AM that she was finally checking. I called at 12:40 to find out they had none.
