I understand we’re in a pandemic everybody is stretched to the limits however I could’ve paid $10 more and gotten a clean car with functioning seats. Would appreciate a partial credit for my trouble. They are not open on a Sunday. There is a dropbox but you will be charged for an entire day. The recently had a price increase of 25% which is very disappointing. Rates are very high even for Platinum reward members.2.0 Poor

Arrived at 2 PM to pick up my car. Tendon claims there were no cars on the lot to come back at 4 PM. Pawn my return there were still no cars and had to wait an additional hour and a half. This way time of 3 1/2 hours is inconsiderate and unacceptable. I chose hurts because of the name and their reputation. It was a complete let down of my expectations andShould have chosen another company! This weekend was my sons graduation from medical school and this certainly affected it negatively2.0 Poor
