Cons: The view!
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The staff was very friendly and helpful. The area was easy to access. And the price was Fantastic!
Cons: The room was smaller than depicted on the website; still comfortable. It was a busy season, so any shared areas were always very crowded.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: location and room/breakfast
Cons: Front desk staff upon check in was rude
7.5 Good
Cons: Their website says they will match the price based on other websites which is less by 20dollars which they did not since already booked through booking.com

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everyone was very helpful and accommodating. The hotel was close to the Donald J. Stephens Convention Center, so that was a plus. It was also near many amenities (i.e. restaurants, parks, shopping centers, etc.)
Cons: It was just odd that there was not a fan in the bathroom.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The bed was very comfortable, the staff was friendly and the breakfast was plentiful and more than expected. They also had a free shuttle to the airport.
Cons: Nothing.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The welcome and staff were exceptional especially the lady in reception when I arrived late at night. She was very helpful. Everything was clean as well.
Cons: Nothing all was good!
5.8 Okay
Pros: Location and distance from the airport. Easy access.
Cons: The room. We booked a double queen room for 4 people, with a kid. It's a small room for two queen beds. Door to the bathroom is funny and it's a sliding door with no lock and moves leaving the bathroom open. Very inconvenient. There is no microwave in the room and need to go all the way down to the lobby to get it done. Small water bottle costs $2.50 and there is no water in the ice machine.

9.5 Excellent
Pros: The made-to-order omelet was amazing! So good!
Cons: Wasn't super thrilled to have to pay for valet parking. Also, there was a helicopter hovering outside our hotel for about 20 minutes starting at 6:50am. Would've been nice to have had a head's up about that, as it seemed a planned event. (They were delivering an A/C unit.)

6.8 Good
Pros: The breakfast was great. It had several options. The room (queen studio) was spacious and had a nice layout.
Cons: Although the room was spacious, it was dirty. There were scuff marks all over the walls, pet hair on the carpet & stains on the linen. Thankfully I had Clorox wipes and a small hand vacuum I was able to clean and disinfect the room (I have a 6 month old baby). I think it was a little over priced I paid $279 plus tax and I think I should have been between $165-190 for a fair price.
10.0 Excellent
Cons: Nothing. Everything you need in a city hotel and nothing you don’t.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Indeed, Stephanie, the lady general manager, has set the tone; this young lady and her diligent staff went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and most pleasant. Everyone is kind, caring, considerate and extremely hospitable. Thank you, Stephanie; you are awesome! Rooms are spacious and accommodating, comfortable beds, nice valet service, the breakfast has something for everyone, and it goes without saying that everything and everywhere is spotless. My family and I had a great experience. The location is central and close to all amenities. We strongly recommend the Hyatt House.

Overview Reviews
Why choose between downtown energy and the convenience of being five minutes from the airport? At Loews Chicago O’Hare Hotel, our guests can have the best of both worlds.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Location was very convenient.
7.0 Good
Pros: did not eat there cost to much
Cons: no shuttle to convention center, food to high price, parking fees to high
8.0 Excellent
Cons: I wish the room had a mini refer. It had a mini bar that did not open and the sign cautioned about storing your own food in it. Parking was an additional $32-42 per day....
8.3 Excellent
Pros: I liked the location however did have to walk an extra 1/4 to 1/2 mile to get to convention center and town center was not great. Beds were comforable. Bathrooms were above average. Rooms were clean. Starbucks in the lobby was a plus. Capital Grille located downstairs is great.
Cons: Didn't like the price.... Was more expensive than many hotels on that street and rooms were nothing special. Gym was small and had weird set up where you couldn't watch TV unless you were off the machine. Breakfast options were expensive. $25 for a buffett is ridiculous... $7 for a bottle of water in the room is a pet peeve of mine. That alone will most likely cause me to try somewhere else next time. Not worth the premium over other hotels right next door.

Pros: My stay had to be cut short in the morning because of other obligations, and the breakfast staff were willing to let me grab some items to go. They supplied me with a carryout container and utensils; I was very grateful because I had no time to stop for food! The room was comfortable and spacious, and had a great view.
Cons: The staff is usually consistently cordial and welcoming; there was one staff member who was pretty indifferent and I almost had to remind him that he did not let me know verbally he was finished checking me out. He just said, "here's your receipt", set it on the counter and started talking to another guest. I finally asked him if I was all set.

Pros: Very Terrible service for Breakfast, My Partner and I have found every single Yogurt expired. We have received NO apologies. I'm italian, i travelled there from the other side of the world, and i speak 4 languages. When the staff have found out our complaint about the Yogurt, they said " I will bring you it again to the table" ( THEY NEER DID) and also - they changed language from ENGLISH TO SPANISH ..... i speak Spanish as well being Italian..... and honestly, they were deeply disrespectful. The only kind lady was the one working at the reception that night. A nice sweet Lady who really cared for our wishes and comfort, and the manager ( i think she is 5o years old) from Spain or philippines. She helped me with my bags for no tips and she was the sweetest thing in the world. i dont remember her name but she was the BEST!

6.0 Good
Pros: The place look really nice and comfortable.
Cons: I wasn't able to stay there because i didn't have a credit card or debit card for them to take the money out. I had taken the money off my card wasnt thinking that i needed to keep the money on there, when i have stayed at other places and they allowed me to pay in cash, even though i made the reservation on my card. I feel that the person could have taken a extra step to talk to the manager to see if anything could have been done considering my children and I were only staying one night. I had to call around to see where else my children and i were going to lay our heads at for the night.

Cons: Being made aware that my room i originally book mths ago was giving away. Due to maintence issues. And they had to place me @ the hytatt recency for that evening. Where I was told to turn down my boom boom music by a rude housekeeper man manager or wutever his role is. To awake and find my room door latch was not as i had left it for the night. Then had to be transferred back to my original book location the next morning. Kind of made my trip a lil inconvenient with unpacking and repacking. Not being able to feel temporary settled & able enjoy my trip kind of sucked.

Pros: Breakfast was terrific! Staff were very personable. I really felt so comfortable in that atmosphere. Also, the main area, for breakfast and reception was always being cleaned up each morning - very much appreciated. Also, the fact that they allowed (at least one) theraoy dog was very cool -everyone enjoyed petting Frankie.
Cons: Well, I suppose some of the decor is getting a little frayed - especially the carpets. But, the comfortable atmosphere was a major plus.
7.5 Good
Pros: pool and hot tub area where beyond clean and well kept
Cons: The mold in our bathroom brought it up to the hotel front desk said it was because of renovating but that bathroom was already renovated. The housekeeping is not doing their job keeping it clean. I know because I am a housekeeper. Could not walk on our room floor without shoes. there was stuff under carpet that was hard and lumpy.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I really liked the young man at the front desk. He was really helpful and cheerful.
Cons: I didn't like the fact that the shuttle bus driver left me outside with 3 heavy bags. Had to leave my bags outside to get a trolley inside the hotel and then got them in one by one.

Pros: The proximity to the Allstate Arena was PERFECT! We didn't have to pay to park, fight the concert traffic, etc... just walked a few feet farther than we would've if we'd driven there!
Cons: We could park by the outer door nearest to our room, but the elevator was on the other end of the building and neither of us can do stairs (we had a 4th floor room on the farthest point from the Gatehouse and the elevator). It really needs another elevator at that far end of the back building!

Pros: Very comfortable stay and really liked that dinner and wine was offered, made my night after a long day.
7.0 Good
Pros: Plenty of grassy areas for my dog. Breakfast and staf were great.
Cons: The front desk asked to see my service dogs’ registration. It was very cold and windy and a long drive. So, I asked if I needed to present papers before checking in and the answer was “Yes”. So I had to go back to my car and get the papers. I checked in and went to the elevator and it was not working. My room was on the 4th floor. The front desk manager stated that it was working. He checked it himself and a technician was working on it. I decided to change rooms to one on the first floor and was told that it would be 45 minutes to and hour before that room would be ready. So, I waited. The time we checked in was about 5pm. The room on the first floor was ready at 6:15. There was no apology for the inconvenience.

Pros: Location. Nice area to walk/jog for exercise right out the front door
Cons: Very noisy.
