I made a mistake and ordered the cat a week early. Rental would have been 185 dollars. They charged me 100 bucks for a car I never even got. Cancelled reservations more than 24 hours in advance. Hertz charged me more than half 100 bucks. Hertz - rip off artists. Hertz - rip off artists.

Over charge for everything, even for things that I don ask for, I filled the car I they charge me

Staff was friendly and helpful. Pick up process was fast and pretty easy.

Cons:

Sensor issue with passenger seat so seat belt alarm kept going off.

Cons:

I was charged an extra $107.00 for something. I still have no idea what it was for and the receipt, which was emailed to me, does not disclose the reason for the charge. I will have to contact Hertz for an explanation. It might have been done in error but it did not apply to any extra that I agreed to pay. I am very disappointed and was quite surprised to see the amount on the emailed receipt.
