Awful experience never want to fly again.

Pros: The flight attendants were really nice, funny, and attentive. They were great.

Cons: I think it is insane that the overweight charge is double. The baggage fees are insanely expensive and the seats are so close together on the plane you feel like you are sitting in each others lap. Considering how many passengers they have on the plane and how much money they make show how horrible the baggage fees are because clearly they are making profit. Also, you can't even get water without paying for it. Everything here costs, this is why I will continue to fly with Southwest and I will never fly with this airline again.

Cons: Flight was delayed, have been sitting on the Tarmac for 30 minutes, no water is being provided. I'm 5'3" and my knees are pressed up against the seat in front of me. I would rather have paid the extra money to fly Soithwest.

Cons: United has a 2 hour delay for mechanical issue. We almost missed our connection to Zurich. Our bags did not make it and we are still waiting for our luggage

Pros: The flight was average. Nothing stood out bout what I liked.

Cons: I didn't like that my seat didn't recline. The temperature was very warm. Boarding took an exceptional amount of time and it was chaotic as we all stood in group lines for long periods of time.

Pros: I had an excellent experience in United booked through you. I was in the fourth boarding group. Was that because I booked through you? There wasn’t much room for my wheeled carry on but I did find a spot. On the Akron flight there was no room for wheeled carry on. We had to wait outside for them to get off the last minute carry on.

Cons: Just being in the fourth boarding group. There weren’t many of us so I assume it was because we booked through you.

Cons: No advanced seat assignments unless we paid $100 per person?! Recently flew Delta on same equipment (A321). Delta had in-seat entertainment & adjustable head rest

Cons: The gate agent at JFK was annoying. She forced us to check carry on bags for no apparent reason. Much larger carry on’s were allowed both before and after us. Her fellow agent seemed like she wanted to apologize for her capricious behavior, but was understandably hesitant to do so. The airplane seating was cramped and uncomfortable. The rntertainment choices were very limited unless you enjoy superhero movies or a very limited range of audio/musical selections. So it goes in coach class.
