Fun attendants

We boarded late, and due to technical issues had us stay on the plane for 30 minutes with no AC and delayed us for over 2 hours. I had a meeting and missed it. I’m also an American Airlines member and am horrified by this experience!

Getting off the plane after 3+ hour flight and 45 mins taxi and waiting for gate

Bought our tickets months ago, 2 travelers , myself and wife. Couldn't seat together. Our baggage ( Small backpack and a hardside roller we bought cause it would fit under the seat. Guess what I know they changed the size of the underseat bag . We had it checked going to PHX ,no issue on the way back $50. I'm done with American Airlines and Kayak.

The crew was professional.

The food/beverage cost was to expensive so I chose not to purchase. The seats are to close and your cramped together. I had to wait a long time for wheelchair on my arrival back home. I don't like the fact I had to pay additional cost $90 for my checked luggage and carry on bag. The cost was more expensive at the counter. My ticket was $85. No entertainment was offered.

A very rude boarding agent insulted a young man from another country who was boarding in front of me. He misunderstood that they wanted him to check his luggage instead of carry it on. Flight was scheduled to leave at noon. We were delayed for 2.5 hours due to incoming flights, which were delayed. Finally they told us to board at 4 pm. Once everyone was on board, they told us we "lost" our pilot and we had to get off the plane. Thirty minutes later, they "found" a new pilot and boarded us on the plane. We then sat on the plane for 4 hours because there was a system issue and the pilots didn't have our flight plan. At 8 pm, the pilot got off the plane, and new pilots came aboard. Finally, the plane left at 9:30 pm. We never received food vouchers, water, snacks during the delay. The pilot insisted the last delay was due to a system issue, the crew told us it was because of weather. In the end, I think they were all lying to us and they had no intention of leaving on time and just made excuses. We lost a whole day in Bermuda because of their lies. I will never fly United again.

From the moment I checked in the limit for bags was 40 I s not 50 I s. The bag price to check one normal was 50$ plus 30$ if it was under 50 not 40. The customer service could not have been more rude the flight was delayed 6 hours for “crew “ reasons. We were given only $7 to use and. Or bing eas openfor food. Awful experience never want to fly again.

great food, friendly crew

no entertainment at every seat - was traveling with my little kids and this was the first time they could not play games or watch movies at the screen on the seat before them - there were couple screens for the whole plane but they showed La La Land two times and other shows my kids were not interested in; also, when we boarded, my kids were not assigned to sit right next to me (4 and 7 years old) so I had to ask 2 people to switch seats so that my kids could be next to me

The seats in business class are horrible in flat bed mode. The crew did not pay much attention, was quite bored, not well organized, service was less than average. They forgot the coffee for breakfast although they had only to care for 8 people.

I understand Mother Nature causes issues tkayakhat no one can control but when I'm receiving updates from the 3rd party travel app that isn't the airline before receiving any information directly from the airline via the gate agent or Deltas travel app and the gate agent not being able to verify the 3rd party travel app something is wrong.

The flight was three hours late!!!!!!! I had to get on and get off the plane with all my stuff. This has financial implications on the ground later that evening in Uber Cost and I had to pay for the additional day for my car because I was not able to pick it up at the originally scheduled time. We then sat on the plane for 4 hours because there was a system issue and the pilots didn't have our flight plan. At 8 pm, the pilot got off the plane, and new pilots came aboard. Finally, the plane left at 9:30 pm. We never received food vouchers, water, snacks during the delay. The pilot insisted the last delay was due to a system issue, the crew told us it was because of weather. In the end, I think they were all lying to us and they had no intention of leaving on time and just made excuses. We lost a whole day in Bermuda because of their lies. I will never fly United again.

They let me know they couldn't get it together enough to get a plane in an almost timely manner. Once they did I couldn't take advantage of the alternatives without risking missing out all together

The 4 plus hour delay that meant a 3 plus hour layover because of the missed connection. Requesting an agreement to just make the new connection because of their non-weather related delay.

The fact that they only let you watch content on your device despite having a big screen in the headrest for DirecTV that was pay-only was not putting those screens to full use. Aso, why down 4-hour flight not get a meal, but only one tiny bag of pretzels?
