Pros: Nothing

Cons: Rude staff, they overbooked my flight and I had to wait 9 hours for the next flight. No compensation for time lost. They made it seem like it was my fault that THEY overbooked.

Pros: I loved how helpful everyone was. It was our first time flying with a baby but everyone answered all of our questions and helped us.

Cons: The only bad thing was on one of flights there was no changing table in the bathroom I used.

Pros: Landing

Cons: Well besides spending a good amount of money. 7 hour delay because the plane was busted. Ruined not just my night but everyone else who flew southwest I was supposed to meet up with. Supposed to arrive at 7. Had to take a uber because it’s now 3am. First and last time EVER fly with them

Pros: On time and nice crew.

Cons: Was told there was free entertainment in flight but was not true.

Pros: New comfort seats. Nice staff. Pilot kept us continuously updated.

Cons: Unclear info on upgrade [priority boarding when upgraded?]. Inability to upgrade ticket made using mileage points or upgrade at counter at gate.

Pros: On time/ early arrival!

Cons: Most bring on 2 large carry ons slowing down boarding an de- planeing.

Pros: plane was farily empty. Who doesn't like that, other than Delta, haha. Nice workers, smooth flight.

Cons: Delta comfort was very tight. I'm 6 foot tall and my knees were hitting the chair in front of me the whole flight.

Cons: I do not like the two hour delay, after a hour maybe consider getting another plane.

Cons: This was the worst day we have ever had flying. Spent 12 plus hours at the airport! Got on and off planes for 6 hours because of mechanical problems. 7 hours later they canceled the flight due to crew fatigue. The customer service was horrible plane was dirty it was an horrific experience. Alaska booked us with American Airlines. I will never travel American ever again. I'm considering using a different booking site. The experience was the worst I've ever had. Kayak Alaska and American are getting bad marks from me!!!!

Cons: Wi-Fi, as usual, was not working. Plus, there were no screens in the seat, so passengers have to rely on their own smartphones/tablets/magazines/books to keep entertained.

Pros: Great crew. Will fly with you again.

Cons: All was good other then waiting on the crew from housekeeping!! They took their sweet time cleaning so we could board.

Cons: the flight was 2 hours late and then we waited in the plane for some maintenance. The plane was dirty when we got on

Cons: My flight was delayed, before we ever took off for 1/2 an hour to an hour after we boarded the plane and came in to Orlando we had to sit for one hour because they didn't have anywhere for the plane to be par for us to get off their line they charged me $50 each way for my luggage which I wasn't supposed to pay anything because I had a smaller bag that measure the size that they said before I pay for my flight ticket period.

Pros: Entertainment on the flight was fantastic.

Cons: Delta really struggles with trying to get everyone in the plane in an orderly fashion. Window seats must climb over all of the aisle passengers that got on before.

Cons: Paying an extra 200.00 dollar to keep my flight because your booking system failed to make my reservation with my airline.

Pros: All staff were professional and efficient. I liked how fast it was getting my bag checked.

Cons: Didn't care for the net pockets on seat in front of me, my stuff fell out. Guy next to me was really rude and kept bumping me and talking really loud.

Cons: The Gogo app would not play movies. I even deleted and downloaded again and nothing. Made for a long flight. The air was was turned down so low I couldn’t feel it or provide fresh air to counter the offensive body oder of the person next to me. My vent was fully open. Flight delayed.

Cons: Seats were rock hard, very uncomfortable. My flight from Munich to Kyiv on an older airbus 321 was better and my earlier flight from ElPaso on SWAir 737 were a hell of a lot better leg room seats were nice, go figure!

Cons: Didn't appreciate gate change at last minute. Got to gate change only to hear announcement that it had been changed back to the gate we just landed at, with no time to grab something to eat. Then to find out we were delayed do to mechanical failure. Which still left us no time to grab something besides a bag of chips because there was nothing but mostly bars in that terminal.
