The plane was delayed almost 3 hours. I had a first class seat and there was no food loaded due to the late night departure (no nuts, not meal and no cookie), and the first class bathroom was out of order. Truly a disappointment all around.
Check in & bag drop was straightforward. Alaskair changed the gate approx 40 min before departure, and I only became aware due to Google wallet update to my boarding pass. Had to move from gate N1 to C9 which required use of the Train, luckily I had time available.
Flight delayed no communication. The gate was changed so many times.
I wasn’t aware that we needed to supply our own screens for entertainment
Flight attendant was rude when I advised her that the bathroom had no paper towels or tissue paper.
I do wish the the actual airplane I flew on was bigger. But, I made it work.
Everything went smoothly, with the exception of a two-hour delay on the return flight, which wasn't the airline's responsibility.

Ground crew was great in Austin, flight crew left a lot to be desired. Not particularly friendly, helpful or nice.
The pretzels are awesome. The free movies are excellent. The plane crew was amazing. The Austin airport lounge was too small and overcrowded. There were not enough seats. And the boarding staff was not as friendly.
The Air hostess were very rude on my flight from Houston to Austin . Their regular communication itself felt a they are shouting at people.
The charges were ridiculous for an hour flight and the turbulence was very scary.
Plane late from DC to Austin 30 minutes. Crew made up much of the time enroute to San Diego.

Baggage check in would have been better if the service clerk told the other clerk that she was merging her two long lines of customers with her line so she could move luggage. Instead she only told the customers. When I told the agent and ask if she could direct who is next in line so we weren’t trying to cut in front of each other she said it’s not her problem and she can’t work three lines. I was shocked. Understood that they were working more than their share but some organization so the customers aren’t getting upset at each other would have gone a long way
Main flight attendant made light of the delay and presented some humor to lighten the tempestuous situation. Delayed flight took off 2 hours after scheduled time.
More assistance and clarity for travelers with gate checking and lap children
flight was delayed 4+ hours. there was really no understanding of why? weather? the last hour of delay was post boarding. pilot seat was broken. was that the real reason? nonetheless, long day of inconveniences.
The cabin temperature was nice and cool. The wifi was not working.
Extremely disappointed with Delta. They canceled flight last minute and then I rebooked the other flights and with which were delayed as well
Everything was good until we were boarding our connection flight in Atlanta, we were told to gate check our carry-on, but when we got inside the plane, there was plenty of room in the overhead.
The check in and bag drop off for Sky Priority members is slow. The Clear security was also slow - a TSA issue.
Simply outstanding. Their new lounge for Delta One customers is a cut above the rest.
Had to change aircraft due to a faulty door. Surprisingly it only caused about an hour and a half of delay. Delta handled this situation as well as can be expected.
Great experience overall. Check in at Austin was congested as they only have about 6 check in kiosks, one was broken, and there was a lot of Spring Break travelers.
Crew was not friendly when I went to request a seat change.
Comfort+ on delta was excellent room for a 6’4” male. No one issues. Staff was great. Flight was bumpy but the pilot did everything he could to make it comfortable. Internet went out half way through the flight. I am glad I didn’t pay for it. But that was a huge issue for users.
MY FAMILY'S LUGGAGE WAS LOST FROM ROME TO BARI. I WAS THE ONLY ONE THAT RECEIVED MY LUGGAGE FROM ROME TO BARI. AFTER DEPLANING IN BARI, WE WASTED A LOT OF TIME AT BAG CLAIMS LOST AND FOUND REPORTING THE CLAIM AND PLEADING FOR THE BAGS TO BE DELIVERED THE NEXT DAY. WE WERE TOLD THAT IT TAKES 3 DAYS MINIMUM TO DELIVER. MY DAUGHTER AND MY GIRLFRIEND NEEDED THEIR PERSONAL THINGS AND WE WERE STAYING 3 HOURS AWAY FROM THE BARI AIRPORT. WE HAD TO DRIVE 3 HOURS TO THE AIRPORT TO COLLECT OUR LOST LUGGAGE THE NEXT DAY. WE ARE NOT HAPPY WITH THE EXPERIENCE
The wheelchair service is useless. They live you in different spots, not tell you anything just wait. I waited 30 minutes in Frankfurt when decided to walk the 25 minutes distance. In Budapest nobody came.
Food choices were very limited. Taste of the dishes was average.
Crew was very cooperative and professional. Passenger's first checked in bag should be free.
On time every leg of the journey and exceptional staff at counter, gate, and on board. I haven’t travelled in US for a long time and was genuinely surprised how pleasant this was.

Flight was well orchestrated, made up time despite circling a bit all good on United. Travelers can just be so into themselves that common courtesy has gone out window for some, but that’s not on United.
I don't understand why they can't have charging ports on seats in 2023. They only offer it as a 'premium seat' service. It's ridiculous
The TSA check in took 1.5 hours to get through in Austin and I missed my flights back to DC
AA did not allow to board a flight because my connecting flight from DFW had been canceled. I got on another flight to another city. No service on the plane and I did not use their entertainment system.
After we landed we sat on the tarmac for 1.5 hours waiting to get to our gate. Ridiculous.
American almost always Delays flights from Austin to Dallas and back. I cannot believe they have such poor service on this route. I was about to switch to American from Delta, but they gave me enough reasons not to.

Flight was on time, no drinks served on the two short flights. Comfortable seats.
We were an hour delayed. When we arrived at LAX we La fed I. The international terminal which was about a twenty minute walk to the baggage claim. I was walking with a few passengers and we couldn’t believe what we had to go through to retrieve our bags. With the delay and the long walk to baggage claim I ended up being late for work.
