The whole process made sense, it was fast, easy, everyone was friendly. I never had any hiccups or got lost. So thank you for making my first time so easy and for all the hard work all of you do to make that possible for everyone!"

When I asked why cant I carry it when there is enough space, she simply says because you just can't. Do you want to take the plan or not! This is unacceptable."

I was quickly routed to the desk to get a replacement ticket, and even though the flight was oversold, they had me wait around until the plane was ready to take off. A couple minutes after they shut the door of the boarding bridge, I was called and told to follow one of them. It turns out a couple of people were headed to the right city in the wrong country."

Cons: "Flight was pushed out at least 5 times before departing. Once we even boarded and were told to get off the plane after the delay became too long, "for security purposes." The pilot was completely unprofessional - he tried to make light of the situation. At first it was funny but the jokes soon got old. There was little attempt to to update as the delay kept getting longer and longer. We learned more about the delay from our phone apps than from the crew. Most idiotic and incompetent group I've ever flown with."

Pros: "Since the merge with US Airways, it seems as though American has adopted it's ways. US Airways was my least favorite airlines therefore I am disappointed by the merge. American now charges $25 each way for a trip to the Caribbean, which was not the case in the past. No entertainment provided unless one wants to watch a Free movzie on your small cell phone screen (lets hope your phone is well charged and you remember to bring your ear buds also)."

Cons: "Apparently my seat change did not go through because I was still stuck in the last row near the bathrooms. I must say, the fecal aroma really complemented the on set nausea that was triggered by the turbulence. Every time I thought I was gona drift off to sleep I was rudely awakened by the constant "thwacking" of the bathroom doors. The family next to me was nice enough but they did have a toddler who was very loud and unhappy and the tantrums followed. I have been a server for 14 years and generally can brush annoyances off like this but this was by far the worst flight I have been on."

She knew I was several thousand miles from home trying to get back, but wouldn't arrange for me to get on a different plane without a $650 fee. Another airline would have bumped people off their flights so I could get hiome. I was not pleased that my missed flight couoldn't be accommodated reasonably. Apparently my ticket was wroth nothing..."

Cons: "There is no one to help guide you if you have questions. Basically if you need help, get in an unorganized line. Check-in is a free for all. Signs are not clear or prominent. TSA Pre-Check was closed at one part even though I was told it was open."

Cons: "Very rocky flight, female flight attendant was mocking male attendant, reading from the manual so I was hearing all the possible worst things that could happen and sanitary conditions of the bathrooms, very unpleasant. We also ran out of water so instead everyone had to wash their hands with the bottled water and sanitary wipes"

Pros: "The flight was uneventful and we landed early. Although there were no entertainment options on the plane besides wifi, I just watched my own shows on the smartphone. The snack that we got was actually not bad."
Cons: "Seat is still a bit small, even with their updated seats that moved the seat pockets to the top. Cushion is hard and became uncomfortable after an hour o so."

Cons: "Lesson learned. Those first row seats as spacious as they are do not have stowage areas except overhead. One couple in the opposite front seats took up four spaces of overhead space and pretended they didn't understand when the stewardess made a half hearted attempt to ask people to use one space per seat in the overhead bins. Some people had to check fragile packages due to this issue."

Cons: "Boarding process was horrible. Very little overhead bin space available so many carry on's had to be checked. Leg room was worse than other airlines. Had 3 flights cancelled in a matter of 24 hours when other airlines were running flights at the same time. Needless to say - not a good first experience with United and won't be flying them again any time soon."

Cons: "After a 2 hour immigration deal that wasn't uniteds fault we had 15 minutes to get to our gate before our flight started boarding...after rushing to the gate we found out our flight was delayed for 30 minutes, just enough time to grab an Auntie Annie's pretzel and drink. After we returned we discovered that the flight was delayed another 45 minutes...having a 4 hour flight ahead of us we decided to get more substance than a pretzel. After asking the desk person when our flight would be here, she told us they were awaiting a plane and it could be less time than 45 minutes til boarding. There was a restaurant no more than 30 yards from our gate with a television that updated all the flights so we could see. The flight was scheduled to leave the gate at 6:56pm...we got to the gate at 6:45 and they would not allow us to board because they closed the gates and said we were there at 6:46 and they have to close the doors 10 minutes before...we showed the lady our phones which were correct with the time. Basically they screwed us...they can delay flights for over two hours at your inconvenience but the second you're late they show you no mercy. We had to get a hotel for the night (which they didn't pay for) and board an American flight the next day. The desk lady was terrible, had the worst attitude and threatened to call the cops when my husband cursed and said 'this is bullshit' apparently freedom of speech doesn't fly with United...pick a different airline"

Cons: "Check-in staff was so unfriendly and unprofessional, I have decided to never fly United again. It also took almost 25 minutes on-hold to try and get a customer service rep on the phone and by that time I was going to be late for my flight and United would not refund my money even though it was their issue that was causing my delay. There are too many other airlines to have to deal with the rude people at the check-in area and the lack of customer support."

Cons: "After having flown to Austin for the death of my mother my return flight to DC was delayed for over 8 hours. There was minimal communication and no real understanding of what was happening by frontier. When asked about any sort of compensation the employees were extremely rude and difficult. After so many hours they’re required to give a 50 dollar voucher but failed to do so. After not sleeping for multiple nights due to my situation I did not arrive into DC till 1am and had to drive multiple hours home in the middle of the night which was a major safety hazard. Frontier did not offer to compensate a hotel or anything for the inconvenice. Extremely disappointed in the horrendous service provided by the airline in this nightmare scenario"

Pros: "I like that southwest flew out of the same terminal Bc after the nightmares I walked over and happily paid full price for Southwest."
Cons: "2 agents for 300 bags in the same time window is not only unexpectable but poor customer service. Several people including 6 people in wheelchairs were deeply effected by this event not to mention. 100 of passagers without a answers. There was no staff at the 3 gates ! Even before the planes were scheduled to take off."

Cons: "They have stripped down the seats of this plane to make more room to squeeze in more rows. The seats are incredibly uncomfortable even for my short 3 hour flight. The try table is less than the size of a half sheet of paper - you simply cannot put your laptop up and work. $35 for a carry on, nickel and dime you for everything including a drink. Last time I will be flying frontier!"

Cons: "All frontier cares about is nickle and diming their customers. The flight was not too much less than any of the other airlines, but I should've done reviews before choosing them. They charge you $20 for your seat on top of your fare when you try to check in 24 hours early. They charge more for a carry on than a checked bag. They do not provide anything complimentary during the flight. Drinks are $2. Overall, I spent just as much as I would've with Southwest of American, but I felt ripped off and unappreciated. If you want a loyal customer base, Fronteir, I suggest you change your flight policies. This is 2016 and customer service is everything."

Pros: "I was fortunate enough to sit next to two passengers who calmed me down during the plane ride."
Cons: "The staff were aloof and slightly unprofessional. They did not seem to be very confident about the flight, which made me worried and concerned about my experience. They rushed through standard procedures and were not very comforting to passengers. I have never flown by myself before, so my anxiety levels were high and I was extremely nervous the whole time. I wish that they would have been a little more easy-going with nervous passengers, such as myself, because I left the flight shaking."

Cons: "4 hours late on departure, with various reasons given depending on the staff. Flight attendants were good at their job, but could not be both polite and stern (as in, please sit down while the plane is still climbing, or even a "Pay attention, please!" said during the emergency evacuation procedure discussion.)"

Pros: "Another passenger got a little light headed during the flight and the crew did excellent well on helping and resolving the issue."

Cons: "Charged me for CARRY-ON luggage at gate. First off , this is absurd. It reminded me why I fly with proper airlines. Second, this should have been made clear at time of booking so I realized how much the flight would ACTUALLY cost and book with a more comfortable and professional airline. The seats are awful and don't recline."

Cons: "The flight was delayed and they didn't even keep us posted as to what was going on with the flight. By the time we arrived to the gate, our gate was occupied so we had to sit on the plane for an even longer amount of time. If anyone had connecting flights, they would have missed them by far."

Pros: "The only two things I was dissatisfied with was baggage claim how nearly after 25 minutes finally our bags came. The second was the air stewards. They kept smashing into me and I was sitting on the aisle seat. One was skinny so I don't know why she kept bumping my arm the second one was overweight and even if he sidled he still would brush passengers's parts of their body on the aisle side. The tall skinny stewardes walked very heavily and I was trying to nap and everytime she walked past it woke me up. She needs to learn how to walk lightly that's my feedback"

Pros: "I don't usually even do reviews but since flying with Frontier from many places. But being military and flying from multiple cities and going with Frontier I have experience super cheap tickets through other websites, quick check ins, free baggage because I am military and non-stop flights that have great take off and arrival times. Frontier is my favorite out of the many other airlines I have taken."

Pros: "I liked the amount of space I had in my seat that I voluntarily paid to have."
Cons: "The seat itself was not very comfortable. Also, a member of the crew was either not masking her disdain for her fellow crew members very well, or has a wicked case of resting-bitch-face, it was kind of off putting."

Cons: "You should let your kayak users know that frontier doesn't allow carry on bags the way most airlines do and that you have to pay $30 for one. It's deceiving"

Cons: "Plane had a bad part and instead of rerouting another plane or bringing part by special courier they waited for 12 hours for a part. If the CEO or the head of maintenance had been on that flight they would have made accommodations in an hour, not 15. No attempt to get us on the five other flights heading to Atlanta that morning. To add insult to injury Frontier offered a $100 credit for another flight within only 90 days. With bags being $35 each way and picking a seat another $15, that means I get my baggage free only. NEVERMORE."

Cons: "My flight from austin to Dulles was delayed 5 hours. There was fog, but other planes were departing. I got to my son's house at 8:30 that night instead of that afternoon. Returning, i was stranded in the Atlanta airport for another 5 hours. Ostensibly because of control tower issues in Austin, but a walk down te hall showed all other airlines departing to Austin. Horrible. When I finally got home at 12;55 a.m. I was exhausted and then came down with a cold.I will ever recommend this airline to anyone."

Cons: "My flight was delayed but I didn't get email until 230 am and I had to wake up at 420 am. Also my luggage was lost so I got a 50$ voucher. I am attending a dental seminar in a sweater and jeans. My bag got delayed another day and was only given another 50$ but I have to spend 200$ to get a 100$. I had no toiletiries, dress clothes, socks, and underwear. I asked for 150$ voucher and was denied. Also if I could a get free bag check on the return trip. Also denied. I expected a little more customer service when bags are lost."

Pros: "My flight to Atlanta from Austin was comfortable (decent leg room in standard seat) and was mostly painless. Saying a lot for air travel."
Cons: "My flight from Atlanta to Austin was terrible. Heavy rains in Austin caused the flight to be cancelled about an hour before take off was scheduled. Despite this Frontier refused to put us up in a hotel, even though they were saying they wouldn't be able to get us to Austin until after the weekend. They cited that the extreme weather in Austin was "an act of God" so they had no responsibility to take care of their riders. this became more confusing when the other airlines were still flying into Austin during this time. Ended up renting a car and driving the 14 hours home. The process for getting a refund on my ticket is still ongoing, they require a form to be filled out and submitted...then need a second confirmation email with much of the same information needed again (seriously, why?) Still waiting for a refund, which you'd think would be automatic when a flight is cancelled? It's almost like they are aware that making it a pain in the butt decreases the likelihood that people will go through the process to get a refund."

Cons: "The entire experience was horrible. The flight was delayed 6hours in which initially it was due to fog, then no plane available as all.other airlines departed, and there was no representative available during the entire process for Q & A. I had to take another in order to arrive in ATL for a business meeting which I missed."

Pros: "That I finally got home after a long wait in the airport not knowing what was causing the delay."
Cons: "After you add in all of the extras like paying for your seat and carry on baggage, the price isn't as attractive as represented. It was a topic of discussion on the flight when we finally got off the ground. There were 5 gate attendants working the flight that had no earthly idea what was going on and when they did find find out they wouldn't share the information. Overall not a good experience. I can't see a situation where I would fly Fronteer again."

Pros: "Getting off the plane. It was a moment to celebrate- my last Frontier flight ever."
Cons: "The charge for carrying ON a bag. Being told plane was at gate, but couldn't leave at 7a as sched because pilots needed rest. Then being told at 10a that plane was in Houston. Then ultimately leaving at around 11a."

Not having another Frontier option until Monday Being asked repeatedly on a call if I'd like to cancel my flight. You cancelled my flight. Give me half my money back."

Cons: "I arrived for my 6:10 flight at 5:00 traveling for a one day engagement with zero pieces of luggage and one well traveled companion again no luggage. The counter said it would close at 5:25. Odd that a flight was scheduled to take off while the counter was closed but I had no fears I was well within the open hours. I waited for an associate until 5:30 then tried the automated kiosk. It said see an attendant. Back to the empty counter. Called the suggested 800 on the same sign and am accused of lying about my arrival time to the counter and informed I can get the next flight in 13 hours for twice the cost of the round price tickets. Supervisor Maggie got me on the flight at my reserved rate and adjusted my return flight but I was still out the hotel both in Denver and having to pay another night in Austin."

Cons: "Terrible service with lots of delays and was not taken care properly at all. Spent 28 hours in total to reach destination."

Pros: "The crew was very nice."
Cons: "They tricked me into paying a seating fee when I was checking in online by having to select the seat. They also charge a $40 per carry on. The boarding was done horrible, they called zones with only a minute in between so there was people from all areas boarding at the same time. The seats were the most horrible, didnt recline, and were hard plastic with no cushioning. No peanuts or drinks offered."

Pros: "Frontier was fast at boarding and had us to our destanation each leg ahead of schedule."
Cons: "While frontier can rationalize that charging for both checked & carry on helps with efficiency I personally fond it offensive. They also are atrocious in their seating charges. I simply wont fly an airline that feels like a bait and switch used car sales tecniques when I fly. I am willing to.pay more to have simple luxuries like a seat that leans back. Very unorganized system of boarding...."

Cons: "I had a boarding pass on my phone, but when I got to security it wouldn't scan and they sent me back to get a hard copy. Almost missed my flight because of this. I was also unaware that Frontier charges $30 per carry-on per flight. I've never seen that with any other airline."
