Mario was great. Made a night flight on a small aircraft pleasant and memorable.

Read more about Delta

Mario was great. Made a night flight on a small aircraft pleasant and memorable.

Crew were exceptional. Plane was quiet and quite empty, so I had a row to sleep across.

The seat could use more support or cushion. I'm in my 50's and have back issues so the seats are a bit hard for longer flights.

The plane was in bad condition. We were taxied for mode than an hour because a light panel had feel off. The bathroom in first class had broken panels as well. Overall poor aircraft maintenance

My only real complaint was how much turbulence there was-and that probably can't be avoided. I felt really sick getting off the plane. But boarding was super easy, the flight attendants were friendly, the bathroom was clean. Everything else about the flight was perfectly fine. Thanks!

Caroline (Supervisor) was great! Salute to the employees like her!

Boarding was good, staffs on the second flight to Korea was invisible all the time. Water was only offered 3 times during a 15 hours plus flight. It’s absolutely not enough for such a long flight!

Traveling with delta is always a pleasure from the take off to the landing 🛬 🥰

Very crowded flight… a little disorganized.. why don’t they boatd the back of the plane first??

No complaints - left 20 minutes later than planned but still arrived on time.

My tv was broken on the flight which is disappointing when you pay for a seat and expect a service

Always delays from Boston to Salt lake but this time was very long. Don’t understand while they board the passengers and then make them sit in the plane

Service for food to our seat was a bit slow. Snack choices were just pretzels or baked chips. My seat cushion was not attached. Other than Barbie, video choice were not very good or current.

After we landed, we were held on the plane for 30 minutes. There was no one at the gate once we landed and we forced to sit on a plan that had already over an hour delayed.

almost 4 hour delay as they over booked and had to wait for 8-10 volunteers to agree to travel next day.

Old plane. No outlets for laptop or phone. Seats worn out. Area around seat dirty.

I loved the flight and the crew. It was comfortable and smooth.

The crew was openly hostile and condescending to the customers. They spent the majority of that time in the rear talking and seemed really agitated when people asked questions. I heard five different people told that the information they requested was in the handout or safety brief.

ticketing issues caused many customers to have to go back to check in after waiting in security, then go through security line again.

The seat was visibly dirty, had not been cleaned. I used my own wipes and they were dark after wiping down the chair and tray table.

Late arrival due to gate being blocked by stalled truck

delayed delayed delayed. was supposed to have a 2 hour layover and very nearly missed my connection.

We truly had not one problem. Nive enough to receive an upgrade. Flight attendants were extremely friendly and cheeful. Gladly will continue to fly American.

Flight operated on tie. However, the in-flight entertainment was inoperative. No special recognition as an Executive Platinum member.

Terrible!!!!! Gate changes are a nightmare for elderly. I had to walk to another Terminal without any assistance! It was awful. When I finally arrived in Philadelphia my back and knee were killing me.

Paid for a first class lay flat seat that was broken, 7 hours of sitting straight up!

Flight was delayed at departure due to weather and the need for de-icing. The flight was smooth but there was a delay at arrival due to weather. We were in a hold for 20 minutes or more. The flight arrived more than 30 minutes late. Airlines have no control over the weather and I'm glad that they follow all safety procedures. Had to wait a long time for my checked luggage. Whole process was slow and the bags arrived wet due to the rain. The onboard wifi and entertainment access was spotty and the signal was dropped several times. Otherwise the crew was great and friendly. They tried to get everyone's bags stowed and seated so we could take off.

It’s never made crystal clear if your flight will have in flight entertainment or not. That should be explicit

There was only one round of drinks served on a 5 hour flight!

I was assigned an aisle seat but when I boarded the plane a person was already sitting in my assigned seat. The flight attendant was ready to help me get my original assigned seat, but I chose to simply take that person's assigned seat in the next row back in the middle seat. I didn't want to make a fuss, just wanted to ensure that I didn't accidentally create a domino effect of accidentally taking another person's assigned seat, etc. While the middle seat is not the most comfortable, it was a quick easy flight and I'm grateful that the flight attendant was ready to help me out.

Everything was fine. I really enjoyed our early flight from philly to Orlando as well as the crew.

We reached alomat 45 mins before but we were not allowed to checkin. I tried check in online 4 or 5 times but was always getting an error. The agents at Boston logan airport were very very rude and unwilling to help inspite of the fact that we were travelling with a small kid. Finally I was unable to checkin my bag and we ended up booking other airlines for Miami. Finally understood that we were unable to check in online coz we had a kid with us and we that when there is a kid, we have to check in at airport.

4 hour delay and hardly attempt to make it up. I might be stranded in Vegas tonight.

The flight experience was terrible. Extra bag charges were exorbitant, and the customer service was incredibly poor. Flight attendants were rude and unhelpful. Post-flight, we endured a one-hour wait for our luggage, only to find our bags severely damaged. Overall, a highly disappointing experience with Spirit Airlines. Not recommended.

I would not recommend choosing Spirit Airlines, despite their seemingly low fares. Upon booking one’s flight, one must also pay for seating, carry-on bags, checked bags, snacks, Wi-Fi, and beverages, including water. One will also receive multiple solicitations to “bid“ for roomier seating among other obnoxious offers. Our flight was delayed due to weather and traffic, which is not the fault of the airline, but the staff and system were unable to communicate in an accurately and timely way. The gate information was not updated in real time. The gate crew and flight crew instructed us to reach out to customer service for assistance, which we did prior to departure, but Wi-Fi was not available on this flight, so once in the air, we were not able to prepare for any connection issues when we landed. I able to text with customer service prior to departure, but that representative did not have information about connecting flights and gates at other airports. The flight crew was unable to share gate information as we arrived at the connecting location. They did attempt to hold one connection for people traveling to Chicago. (there were 21 on board), but when those people deplaned, the flight they were told had been held for them had not actually been held. We were all herded to a customer service desk with only two individuals to manage it. Most of the crew throughout the day did not seem to have training in how to work with tired and stressed travelers, and they did not use any de-escalation techniques. As a result, there were four screaming matches at the customer service desk we were sitting near during the five hours we waited to make a standby connection. At one point a gate agent and passenger were screaming at one another across the entire gate area. The second flight was also delayed (once again a result of a challenging weather day), but when the crew arrived to inspect the aircraft, there was a fight among crew members that was audible from the gate. At one point a manager ran in and closed the door so we could not hear our “professional“ crew screaming obscenities at one another. We were ultimately herded aboard and reached our destination at 3 AM. While the weather and airport traffic was out of everybody’s hands, the lack of communication and professionalism and the unsafe conditions (passenger and crew tempers were raging) make me believe that Spirit Airlines is not a safe or reasonable choice. Once all the additional fees are added, it is as economical and much more pleasant to fly another airline.

The plane hit a bird and had to turn around. Very reasonable and I am thankful that occurred. However, the way they cancelled the flight after telling us just another 30min was not ok. They then used our plane for another flight.

I am very disappointed with the airlines. They charged me $99 for my carry on bag which was almost a personal item size. This is very wrong, the airlines is taking advantage of situation and charging more. Very disappointed and dissatisfied with the service.

Excellent experience, aircraft very comfortable and had a chance to relax without and negative issues.

No frill but arrived early. Boarding was smooth. Great value

You can improve on the overall experience. You are the Hyundai of the Airlines. I think Southwest is the same class and 10X better!

There was no wifi, there was no usb charger on the planes Frontier lowered the weight limit on suitcases from 50 to 40 pounds Frontier now charges for a seat...really? If i don't pay for a basic seat, do i stand the whole flight? Frontier now charges for the carry on, just like for the checked suitcase The bundle pricing is way over priced.

I am HIGHLY unhappy with the amount of money I spent on the flight. Paid in advance only to find the flight at a discount price a week or so before the flight. I will not fly frontier again and have bad mouthed your business since to anyone I have spoken with about flying (which has been many a people). Crew was mediocre and instead of moving me to a spot where I could gain some leg room they sat their flight attendant there. Won’t be flying frontier in the future.

They changed my flight and did not want to accommodate me or try to help me in any way. They do not care about their customers.

Plane was clean but they do not allow bag drop until 1 hour before flight. Just encouraging late fees and other issues. The worst I have experienced. Total hostage situation, pay or you miss your flight.

Everything was good, 20/30 minutes late waiting on a crew member. It’s hard to keep employees. Or serious employees I know. I remember one flight from Houston of Frontiers was almost 18 hours late. And another 4 hours late very poor. But I would rather be late and safe than the on the news. Thank you.

Well, I didn’t have food! So NA wasn’t an option. I’ll be back!

Bought seats on the flight and they were supposed to be 2 and a jumpseat. Plane clearly changed and it was a regular 3 seat row. Asked for a refund and was denied. If I wanted to sit next to someone else I wouldn't have bought the seats..

I dunno. Depressing, uncomfortable (I’m poor), but on time and efficient.

Everything was good, and most importantly on time. They have been extremely tardy in some of my flights

First time flying with Frontier . From buying tickets ,getting boarding pass and boarding plane was super easy. Definitely would fly again with Frontier .
