Flight Crew Review The crew was absolutely amazing from start to finish! They were friendly, professional, attentive, and genuinely made the flight feel comfortable and enjoyable. Every interaction was pleasant, and they went above and beyond to make sure passengers were taken care of. You could really tell that they cared about providing great service. I truly appreciate their kindness and professionalism and would be happy to fly with this crew again!
stood in line to check in luggage for nearly an hour. very poor service and not excusable
Same as the previous flight as far as comfort and food. Entertainment didn’t have a watchable screen so everything would need to be watched on your own device in which they didn’t have a charging port that accommodated my iPhone. Seats were very uncomfortable. Staff was very friendly.
Do not book it’s a scam! They stole $1200 from me

Flight was delayed but more than 90 minutes. This caused me to miss my available windows for pick-up by a friend. I had to pay $125 for an uber back home from the airport which was an added expense that I had not budgeted for my trip. Staff was friendly.

Flight was delayed 8 times. We were sitting at the airport for 14 hours. We got 2 hours of sleep (if that) on what was not meant to be a red-eye.
The flight attendants were great, I joked with one I can’t remember her name, a blond, really sweet. I thought it was run well very professional. This was great i survived Spirit, I know for which I speak.
My priority checked bag was not loaded on the flight. I had to sit in baggage claim in Las Vegas for 2 1/2 hours waiting for the next flight. All baggage staff were very helpful, tracking showed it as scanned for loading. Nobody told me why it wasn't on my flight.
First class felt like economy, seats were horrible, food was horrible, staff inattentive
The departure was delayed by 1 hour. The seat was comfortable and selection of entertainment is very good.
Overall all good with the flight. Appreciated the extra spacious upper storage for (vertically standing) carry on. Efficient crew, on time departure... What could it be better is the in seat power. No one was working in our row. We were counting on the in seat power to recharge our battery depleted phones. With the dependency we have in our mobile devices nowadays, the availability of in seat power is a must....
Was given all 3 boarding passes. Was refused boarding to Brasilia in Miami even though I had up to date Brazilian Visa and US passport. Had to return to Phoenix as trip was cancelled. Waiting for refund of the fare. Missed my son's birthday and visit with him and his wife.
Overall it was good. The food was not great quality and seats were very uncomfortable. But overall the staff was very friendly and helpful.
Unfortunately it was very disappointed experience. Our first flight our was delayed 2 hours, as a consequence we missed our connecting international flight. Customer server at Miami American Airlines was very disrespectful, gave us the worst replace itenarary for the next day that we had to spend 2 hours calling Gol to get a better itinerary otherwise we wouldn't make it on time to fulfill our trip purpose. We would have missed the reason to travel all the way to Brazil if we didn't change for a better itinerary. The worst thing is that our baggage was missing for 4 days. We had no cloths for all this time, plus the aggravation to locate our baggage. Nobody knew where our baggage was. We ended up picking it up at the airport when they said that they will bring them home. Unfortunately our experience was very dissatisfied.
Flight on time, check in and flight attendants courteous and helpful. Smaller plane for international flights, tight space, no comfortable.
I did not like the way that baggage fees were charged. When I signed up for the flight, I knew that there were bag fees. However, the bag fees were so confusing that it felt like I was paying for overweight bags rather than just for having brought a bag with me. Also, the bag fees were based on the pair of tickets rather than per person. It seems to me that it should be first bag fee for passenger 1 and then first bag fee for passenger 2. I eventually got away with only paying $100 for two bags, but it was a struggle to understand the process. As for the flight, the seats were the standard uncomfortable seats that are on most Boeing aircraft. The airline aims to accommodate the standard height people, so us tall people are stuck. There was never an option to upgrade for leg room. It did not appear that there were any seats on the whole plane that had a little more leg room to even try to get. Other than that, I completely ignored the food for this red eye flight. I am not one to eat "dinner" at 2 am. They did not offer any drinks in the morning before landing. I recommend that you bring a bottle of water on board.
Lost luggage, people are not very nice to help you , I was just instructed to fill out a baggage claim online, they were not helpful when I had additional questions after I completed the form on my phone.
They are not ready for international flights, poor service and food, no screen info on the seat.
Gol has an interesting choice of words. When they say “priority access”, this means you’re boarding on the seventh or eighth group.
They are a mess. It appears they hired a third party to staff their check in desk and simply did not train them. I will avoid flying with them in the future. It took 50 minutes for them to check in 3 parties on front of us. On the way back. It took just under one hour for our luggage to show up...
The aircraft is really unconfortable. Even the premium class the seats are narrow and hard. There are no screens to watch movies, we have to use our phones. The food is ok in the premium class and really BAD in the economy class. The crew is lovely. I do not intend to travel Gol internationally if I can possibly avoid it.
The flight was delayed by about an hour due to a maintenance issue which later then required a change of planes. The crew was great and friendly. The in-flight entertainment did not play properly on Apple Vision Pro in a Safari browser. Although the movie trailers would play fine, the actual movies themselves just had a black screen with audio. There must be something with copy protection or something that isn’t compatible with the Safari browser on Apple Vision Pro. The free inflight Wi-Fi for American Airlines Advantage members is a nice bonus. and is great that they aren’t charging extra for things that have become basic utilities in 2026, like internet access.
Mostly great. Only issue was with the WiFi. Halfway through the flight it was spotty and I was unable to work as I planned. This impacted my work products as I am traveling for business and it was an unexpected hindrance which was inconvenient. Flight here was amazing. For a 5 hour flight something more than a Biscoff would be nice but I’m just swinging at windmills I guess…
Better service. No food options, but we did get drinks and a cookie.
We were 4+ hours delayed. AA is absolutely obnoxious. They just kept pushing back the time to the point where we did not get into Vegas until after midnight when we were supposed to arrive like 845pm.
We will be writing a long, detailed letter to corporate about our awful experience with American airlines.
Very helpful ground crew after an earlier flight delay and being rebooked on a different flight.
I was a little disappointed of not having an android charger. Only one it was for an iPhone. I've flown American in the past and had access to one.
Almost everything was outstanding. First, we boarded on time and the flight crew did a great job getting everyone seated. Then the pilots took their time and care to make sure the plane was full de-iced three times as there was a bad ice storm a few hours earlier. The plane ride was smooth and comfortable and even the economy seats had decent room and comfort. Flight Attendant Lisa went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable - she is outstanding. The only thing wrong with the flight, and it is something which needs to be addressed, is that the gate to gate time was over 6.5 hours and not one meal was served. The only thing offered to eat were two small cookies for a transcontinental flight - unacceptable. Charge me more but give me a meal for a long flight. Thankfully Lisa found something for me.
I got bumped due to weight restrictions even tho there were empty seats on my flight. I got put on an other flight with a stopover. My flight that originally was going to take 5-6 hours ever up being 14+ hours and my luggage arrived to my destination without me because I was made to check in my luggage on my original flight when I was deemed ok to board only to be asked to deplane. Worst flight experience.
First class flight attendant was rude and lacked any customer service skills.
