Cons: "They charged for luggage and all carry on bags as well. They also don’t allow you to pick your seats unless you pay for them. By the end of the add ones it cost 14% more than the booking. Won’t use them again"

Cons: "The lock the restrooms while the fasten seatbelt sign is on, they charge $3 for water and soda, the seats were a sheet of plastic covered in vinyl, there was no entertainment or power supply to the seats, no seats on the plane recline, the bathrooms were dirty and there were empty TP rolls at the start of the flight, they charge $40 fo a carryon!, selecting a seat was an option, but with a fee based on how “good” the seat you select is, there’s no WiFi, the crew was crass, vulgar, and rude. They consistently from start to finish made jokes about how bad the airline was which made it apparent they know how terrible they are and it’s all intentional. I was beyond appalled and will NEVER fly them again!"

Cons: "The additional cost to pick a seat, and luggage. I no longer considered it a good deal. Our layover was extended 2 hours in Denver no explanation was given. The staff never came out to let the waiting passengers know. I only found out because I went to the customer service counter. Waiting passengers were mad and it could have been prevented. No food or entertainment was provided only a glass of water was free. All snacks and beverages were additional cost. No entertainment was available not even at an addditional cost. I probally won't fly Frontier again."

Cons: "In LAX the check desk was supposed to open at 7am, the came out about 20 minutes like and put no effort into urgency. On my flight from LA to Denver we left departed more than 20 minutes late and none of the flight attendants felt it was necessary to explain what was going on to the passengers. Probably one of the worst flying experiences I've had."

Cons: "My flight was delayed several hours and I would miss my second flight and be stuck in Denver over night. Frontier refused to accommodate me so I canceled the flight and booked with American Airlines. I am still waiting for a refund both from frontier and kayak for the fees bad."

Cons: "They said it would save me money if I paid for my carry on bag on line before thr flight but it didn't save me money. It cost me more. I paid as much as a checked bag. Also, they wanted $3 for a can of soft drink. Everyone was just getting water or nothing. They have really cut too far."

Cons: "We got delayed for over 2 hours just siting on the tarmac, the crew didn't explain what was going on, they weren't very apologetic about how inconvenienced we all got and made no attempts to compensate or appease the entire flight. The wait for bags after we got back to Denver was horrendous. We all went to a different bag claim because we weren't told where to go at all and the signage and labeling was all wrong. I usually don't mind flying frontier but yesterday I was angry and disappointed at the service we received."

Cons: "I did not like the idea of refreshments being sold on board. Even if it means incorporating 3-5 dollars for refreshments. The bills will give better outlook. Moreover that can still be accommodated it the current bills"

Cons: "I was removed off the flight for another off duty crew member to have a seat."

Cons: "This flight was delayed by several hours, so I was concerned that I might miss my connecting flight in Denver. I could have flown through any other city en route to Raleigh, so it was frustrating that Frontier would not do anything for me until I got to Denver, because the risk was extremely high that I would miss the last flight out of Denver. Fortunately, Frontier decided to hold the connecting flight so that people on this flight could make their connection. HOWEVER, I landed a few hours later in CHARLOTTE, NC. Apparently Frontier had not checked my ticket when I boarded the wrong plane. My ticket clearly indicated that I was supposed to be on the flight to Raleigh. From Charlotte, there was an American Airlines flight that I could have transferred to--something that every other airline I've flown has done under these circumstances. But Frontier told me they don't put passengers on other airlines' flights, so I had to wait another couple of hours to catch Frontier's next flight to Raleigh. Throughout the whole process, it was very frustrating because for hours while I waited at LAX, I couldn't find a single Frontier employee. I even had to wait at ticketing when I arrived at the airport, not because of a line but because there was no one from Frontier at the counter. All of this suggests to me that Frontier just doesn't care. They don't care enough to be at the airport in case passengers have problems like this. They don't care enough to avoid missed connections by putting people on different flights. They don't care enough to make sure passengers are getting on the correct flights."

Cons: "Flight from LAX was 7 hours late departing. Missed connection in Denver. Airport was basically closed upon arrival. No Frontier staff available. Wouldn't help find solution on the phone. Finally routed through Cleveland to get to Raleigh 14 hours late. 23 hours for LA to Raleigh and not so much as an apology."

Pros: "The crew was okay. It may just be me but the seats and restrooms seemed to have more space then I'm use to having. That was a perk."
Cons: "Be prepared to pay for each and every bag you bring. If it is not a purse or back pack you will be charged! They charge for carry ons as well. I suggest only flying frontier if you don't need to bring anything. Other than that those inexpensive seats become the same price, if not more, as some other airlines."

Cons: "The flight attendants were very demanding and impolite. No manners at all, never said please upon making requests. I tried to use the rest room with 35minutes before decent.. The flight attendant was last to use bathroom, I approached bathroom as she exited and she made eye contact and then flipped the bathroom service light so I could use it, proceeded to pick up the microphone for the loudspeaker and demanded I return to my seat while I stood 2 feet in front of her. Completely embarrassed me in front of all passengers. I travel all the time, never have I felt so flustered and uncomfortable while flying. I'm apprehensive to use the same flight service to return home."

Cons: "The check in counter did not open until late where a large number of customers including me had to wait for over an hour and a half to check bags in. The plane had to sit on the runway for over 20 minutes waiting......"

Cons: "The chairs are like torture devices. They replaced their humane, padded chairs with these ultra slim hard plastic ones that don't recline so you're stuck sitting at a 90 degree angle with basically no padding so they can fit more seats on the plane with tiny tray tables. I'd like to see the CEO spend a couple of hours in one these. I'll never fly Frontier again because they've completely lost touch with the concept of treating customers with dignity."

Cons: "I didn't like the fact that the flight was delayed numerous times. Resulting in us leaving 2 1/2-3 hours behind schedule. I also was not aware or impressed by the fact that carry-on was $40 extra. And food or drink was not complimentary. Not even water. They also did not except cash on the flight or for carry-on/baggage expenses. Not everyone chooses to travel with a card, so this made it very unfortunate when I arrived at the airport with only a bank slip full of money, and no credit card. Also leg room was tight as well as seating. The plane didn't really take turbulence too well either."

Cons: "I had to re-purchase the same ticket I already bought because I missed another flight on the same itinerary, they cancelled this leg of the trip for me. Spirit will rush the planes out so they have a better on time percentage and regularly leave many passengers behind. Then you have to buy tickets again because it’s in their terms (and I believe other airlines terms too) that they cancel remaining legs if one is missed, and there’s nothing you can do about it"

Cons: "We were traveling with a 2 year old and it was our first time purchasing him his own seat. We did tons of research to figure out the most efficient way to travel with our little guy and decided to bring his car seat on the plane since he travels so well in it. As long as there's a tag or some sort of label on the car seat stating that it is approved for air travel you can use it in a regular plane seat. The first boarding agent was completely unaware of this rule and acted like he was gonna make us check it at the gate. My husband insisted that he would not do that and that it was allowed, so the guy said "well you can try, but it's probably gonna get checked". Once we were on the plane, no one said another word. Feeling like pros by the time we were boarding our return flight home, we installed the car seat in the middle so we could sit on either side as we had on the way to our vacation. This time the flight attendants informed us that we had to install the car seat in the window as it could block the person sitting in the window seat from an easier escape in an emergency. Again, my husband explained that the person in the window seat would be me and that we had installed it in the middle on the way to our vacation, so she said "oh, okay then". Minutes later a second flight attendant came through telling us the same rule but enforced it. While I can appreciate their reason for the rule and the fact that they eventually enforced it, I was baffled at how many employees did not even know their own rules about car seat travel!"
