As a broad shouldered male, I had to sit pinch shouldered for 6 hrs. That 1 seat on both sides of the plane should be eliminated. We did not receive a boarding notice 24hrs in advance. There was no notice to load the Hawaiian Airlines Entertainment app before boarding. Will not load after pushback or in flight. No movies or other entertainment available. :("

I got off at 9:25am and had to run out of the airport and down to another terminal, go through security again and run to gate 51 from gate 10. It is near impossible for someone who can’t sprint. I was the last one to board. Lost my window seat and luggage didn’t make it. In Honolulu I found out luggage hasn’t made it for at least three other couples flying out of BWI with these connections. This combo should not be offered when people select flights."

Also, there were 4 of us traveling but one person bought her ticket later so her seat was away from us. Without our asking, by the time we got to the gate, they had moved her to sit on the same row with us. The crew was attentive and friendly."

Cons: "LAX security is awful. We never left the airport (arrived LAX from Sydney AU) yet were forced thru security again. Had to remove shoes, was scanned and "frisked" by TSA to get to Denver. To go to Australia, Denver TSA waived the removal of shoes, skipped the scan for the metal detector and no one touched me, ditto for LAX on the trip to Sydney. Where's the uniformity or standards for TSA?? Why did I have to be subjected to this garbage on the way home?? This is why I despise flying. It makes no sense to me. This ruined what was a great vacation."

When we arrived, they informed me of the gate to go to... which we ran to... and when we got to there were told the plane left 15 minutes ago."
