Pros: "My first and last time flying Delta! Everything that could have went wrong, did in fact go wrong. We were re-booked on connecting flights different then the one we originally booked and weren't even notified. They have a Delta app, but it doesn't even work right. Unless you physically go to the gate to check to see if the flight is on time, that is the only was to find out if you are re-booked onto a different flight or not. I have never flown an airline that re-books you on a different flight when they feel like it. I wouldn't recommend Delta Airlines to my worse enemy!"

A pleasant flight overall with my first impression being an airline with current popular music playing in the background and flight attendants cheerful. Since I was traveling alone, I opted to not purchase my seat prior to my flight date, instead I chose my aisle seat within 24 hours for free. I checked in my one bag and found out I had pre-checked so my security check went so smooth at the new terminal 2 at LAX. Looking forward to my flight back on June 15."

Announcements were informal - really felt like we were on a training flight. Staff wasn't helping people with bags or to find their seats like other airlines do. If so, that's fine with me - but doesn't seem like you're gunning to attract more business or be anything other than the airline in between the disgusting model of Spirit and the lame cost-cutting of major airlines. Like, innovation is only possible via dissension, and I'm sure your business is having the same troubles with idiot senior leaders as every other US corporate business is, but if you're going to ask for feedback, the feedback is stop being so blah and stand for something other than your Board. Plenty of ideas out there - stop being so pro-short term profit and start having some fun!"

Once the bags took 30 minutes to get to the carousel, the other time staff gave wrong carousel and several passengers sat waiting. Rude flight attendants have no desire to actually serve on-board. The entire plane smells like the McDonald's dumpster that they fish their "Cheeseburgers" out of. Nothing good to say about the entire experience and I will never fly them again. Word of advice to all flight attendants working for Sun Country: Fly somewhere as a PASSENGER on Delta and see how it's done. Take notes.....lots of them."

I got so sick because of all of the stress and moving around I threw up on the plane and getting off. All over my clothes and shoes and luggage. I had a very bad experience."

Much to my surprise the plane was very very small, the seats did not recline at all (horrible for an overnight flight) and the trays were so small I couldn't even fit my laptop on it."

Then the flight gets cancelled but no email notification was sent and the screen wasn't updated at the gate (the whole time I was there). If I hadn't come back to the gate during the long delay and asked a fellow passenger why they were in line, I wouldn't have known it was cancelled for a long time. The employees at the gate were helpful in refunding our tickets, etc. but overall, not happy with my experience with Frontier Airlines."

Overall, not an airline I would choose again as the "bargain" price turns out to be full of hidden costs that weren't clearly explained upfront"

Couldn't they have planned ahead and found a staff before the plane was ready?!? Or if they had just told us upfront the repair was going to take 8-12 hours we could have made use of our day. Losing a whole day of productivity when you own a small business is catastrophic. Frontier really screwed me over."

Cons: "When we booked this flight through Kayak, we weren't made aware of all the extra fees. So imagine my surprise when I checked in online 24 hours before our flight. Frontier tries to get customers to pay extra for seats. Some seats have more leg room, so I can see people might be willing to pay extra for them. However other seats were not special in any way but they wanted to charge $16/seat. All clickable seat choices were extra, and no where on the page was it indicated that you did not have to actually choose a seat. I deciced to just not pick any seats and continue to the next screen to see what would happen. A pop up window comes up warning that if I don't pick seats, my party would be assigned random seats and may not be able to sit together. Wouldn't have been a problem for us and as it turns out we were assigned seats together. Then you must indicate how many carry ons and/or checked bags each person will have. I figured we'd each have 1 carry on until I saw Frontier charges $40/carry on! Decided instead to do 1 checked bag, for which they charged $35. Then on the flight, you have to pay $1.99 for any beverages besides water. Alcohol was of course more. Ridiculous to make people pay on the plane for soda or juice. If we had paid for the seats and 1 carry on/person we would have paid an additional $168 (not including inflight beverages). Just not worth it for the level of service. I will be sticking to Southwest Airlines, thank you very much!"

Additionally, when I talked to customer support, they offered no help and had no idea what was actually happening so they made up a lie instead. - As it turns out, our flight was delayed, multiple times... with only one notification of those delays posted - The pilot for our flight was missing, however, the pilots for the flight after were both at the gate - When the pilot arrived, the flight attendants were missing - Just before entering the runway, we stopped and were informed there was an issue with the engine - This issue resulted in an hour delay with no air circulation to cool the cabin, resulting in 85 degrees of discomfort, lasting for over an hour - When the flight finally took off, the flight attendants did not bother to check that everyone was buckled, or that carry on items were stowed away - If you need more reasons why not to fly Spirit, please read more reviews"

I would have done better to take the massage $ and invest it in a better flight. Also one flight attendant in particular was extremely disrespectful. Cons: "Spirit Airlines gave one of our flight attendants to another flight. SO, not only did everyone have to get off the plane after waiting 30 minutes AFTER we were supposed to take off, wait 60 minutes in the terminal, re-board the plane, wait another 20 minutes for the stragglers to make it back, then do some more waiting in line to take off. Overall, I was over 2 hours late to my destination. With minimal percentage of battery left on my phone, I was lucky to be able to arrange a ride to my home. This is after being hassled about having a plastic bag of food just bought in the terminal, in addition to the ONE bag to travel with. I don't mind the un-reclining seats, but the leg room was very minimal. Especially for someone over 5'6" tall, much less someone of my height."
Cons: "I missed my flight because of the LA traffic, I had a funeral to go to th next day, and they weren't helping me in anyway to get a new ticket or to get me on the next flight. I had a buy a ticket for the next flight from Sun Country. I wouldn't believe how rude spirit was with there customer service. They didn't even ask me for a refund."

However, the staff at LAX were very helpful and polite. The plane was on time and the boarding process was smooth. Overall, the trip was great."
