Pros: "Great crew. Very professional"

Pros: "I love Alaska Airlines. My favorite airline to travel on."
Cons: "This was the third of the last four flight on Alaska that was delayed by an hour or more. I realize that often weather and other factors make delays on avoidable to my complaint is not a major one however it does cost some inconvenience."

Pros: "@a very happy and people oriented crew."

Pros: "Easy boarding. Spacious seats."
Cons: "Flight was delayed 7 times and communication regarding what the issue was with the plane was non-existent until about an hour before takeoff."

Pros: "Ontime; good services in this short fly"

Pros: "The male flight attendant was awesome. Didn't catch his name but he was super funny, witty and charming. The female flight attendant was equally wonderful. Just a wonderful crew. A great flight home after a perfect weekend getaway with a good friend who really needed it."
Cons: "Not much, really. There wasn't a sink in the lavatory on that particular aircraft, I guess due to size or some tradeoff consideration. There was antiseptic lotion though. Not a huge deal. I'm always not too crazy about how coach airline seats are designed, so nothing great there either but that's par for the industry so I can't single Alaska out. It was pretty solid all around. I really like Alaska in general. Somehow my seat selection for my initial flight from Portland, OR to Oakland, CA got clobbered and I got reassigned to the last row and couldn't recline my seat back much at all, which was annoying seeing as I purchased me and my buddy's seats way in advance. I put some time and effort selecting two aisle seats next to each other so that we could shoot the breeze on the flight down which didn't get to happen, and his seat selection remainded intact somehow even though I was the one that bought the tickets, but I've already lodged a complaint about that so I shouldn't really go into that here. The flight back from Sacramento was tip top actually, so really no complaints. 9.5 out of 10."

Pros: "It was on time"
Cons: "The first class crew were TERRIBLE! They were obviously not happy to be there or be working. Didn’t check back on us, didn’t pick up our empty glasses, and didn’t even say goodbye. Too busy just talking to each other. I assume this was because it was an American flight. I’ll fly Southwest next tim"

Pros: "Crew was a happy one"
Cons: "Long wait time to board flight was delayed by 45 mins. Baggage delivery was slow."

Cons: "WiFi did not work well"

Cons: "Bad coffee"

Cons: "One of my better flights on Alaska. The chicken sandwich was very tasty, the crew was great, they made sure I had what ever I needed. Water, coffee, food & more than once"

Pros: "Yes"
Cons: "Everything was good on time it was good ."

Pros: "The crew and seats!!"
Cons: "Nothing! Everything was better than expected"

Pros: "Although both flights were slightly delayed, ease of boarding and the courtesy of the Alaska Airlines staff were appealing as usual. Their aircraft had a malodorous quality, and the headrests and seat pockets could use a good cleaning, getting to and from on Alaska is generally a great way to travel."
Cons: "Could have been cleaner/ better smelling in general."

Cons: "Delay"

Cons: "Our flight was delayed due to traffic control in Seattle. We were thus going to miss our connecting flight in Seattle. The gate agent would not find us a new flight, sent us to another gate where that agent split up our party of four into two different flights hours apart because there " were no other seats." Talking with other passengers later in Seattle, found out they got early flight to our same destination when they landed in Seattle! So we finally got home 6 hrs later that expected. We could have drove"

Cons: "The flight attendants passed my row and didn’t offer drinks. When I asked 10 minutes later the FA later they said they were done with beverage service. Also I specifically picked a seat in the last row when i bought my ticket. When i got to the gate the agent took my ticket and crossed off the seat I chose online. She wrote in seat 17B because they gave me seat away without asking me."

Pros: "Quick and simple flight. I appreciated the free beer to get me thru it"
Cons: "Super uncomfortable! Smallest prop plane ever. It rattled and bumped the whole way and seemed very old and busted. Not what I expect from Alaska"

Pros: "Friendly staff"
Cons: "Seats don't recline Freezing on plane No food"

Pros: "On time"
Cons: "Price was high"

Pros: "Airplane is relatively new and really like that all seats have USB connection and 110V plugs!!"

Pros: "Very much on time & boarding was smooth. Due to short flight & small plane, no entertainment to rate."
Cons: "Needs to get WiFi on these flights like the rest of Alaska flights."

Pros: "Every Alaska Airlines personnel we worked with, from luggage check-in, to gate attendants to the flight attendants, were extremely helpful, friendly and so kind. It was a pleasure flying with Alaska."
Cons: "There wasn't a thing I didn't like."

Pros: "Quick and easy boarding, kayak made it easy to head straight to the right baggage claim"
Cons: "Nothing, thanks kayak/ Alaska airlines !"

Pros: "Free WiFi movies & text. Mai Tai on end of trip"
Cons: "Crowded seats & isle. Noisey cabin. Can not hear PA system Checked in on web site but on arrival to airport our seats were rearranged overnight But corrected without major irritation!!!"

Pros: "Was on time and very kind"

Pros: "The flight was great - The attendants were friendly with good customer service. However, the evening before my flight I called customer service and spoke with a customer service rep. Having never flown condor before I had questions with check in. The customer service rep online was rude - so rude that I had determined I would never fly condo again. However, the flight and the experience on board was great. The flight changed my mind and made me realize the customer service rep is one person. If you can track the call made I would recommend the that condo speak with this rep. He is a bad representation of condor airlines. I will fly condor again. The flight and attendants on flight were fantastic. To"
Cons: "See above."

Pros: "Attentive flight attendants, swift flight!"

Pros: "They were very prompt in letting us know there was an issue. After discovering I would not make my connection, they were very fast to get me a hotel, making sure I knew what to do every step of the way. I even had the same flight crew from Maui, and they were happy, if surprised to see me."
Cons: "Did not like the 3 hour delay for this flight, but appreciate the steps they took to remedy the situation."

Cons: "Flight was cancelled and received no notice. Was then scheduled onto a flight with a layover that left very early in the morning."

Cons: "The price of wine-not the crews fault but $7 for a small glass of wine is a lot! Everything else was great! I recommend Alaskan Airlines!"

Pros: "Fast and smooth"

Pros: "Liked the charging port on the 747."
Cons: "From the first desk attendant and on from there, none of the crew we're helpful, organized, or on top of things. Right down to someone telling us she'd give us an answer to a question in 10 minutes "I promise" and then she turned and walked right off for her dinner break."

Pros: "Arriving in Seattle my bag was waiting for me at the claim area. After 45+ years of flying around the world that was a first. But something happened before we took off. The gentleman in the seat in front of me had packed some oxygen bottles in his bags and a handler came onboard to address this. He was polite and very understanding that the man was meeting a cruise ship in Seattle and needed them as life support. The handler took an address from him and said he would take the bottles to Fedex near the airport and sent them to him. And the passenger could send him the money later! I thin k the handler's name was Bob. He needs a commendation foe going the extra mile for a passenger! Find him and buy him dinner."
Cons: "Having to get my seat assignment at the gate just increases my anxiety with the entire flying experience. Stop it. I get there 1.5 hours early to wait at the gate uncertain of weather I will be flying that day. As usual with all airlines seat comfort was non existent."

Pros: "Very helpful and friendly."
Cons: "Food selection poor"

Pros: "Friendly crew and great inflight entertainment."
Cons: "More seating space would be nice."

Pros: "Everything was overall fine"
Cons: "Don't tell me I'm gate checking my bag and it will be at the gate waiting and then truly check my bag (ie white tag it) and make me go to baggage claim"

Pros: "I'm a longtime fan of Alaska Airlines. Today was no different, overall everything met my high expectations."
Cons: "I can't really think of anything I didn't like. This was a short and easy flight from Sacramento to Seattle so very short and brief."

Pros: "Even though my employee that was with me was on time the flight left early and they would not let him on the airplane"
Cons: "Even though my employee that was with me was on time the flight left early and they would not let him on the airplaneawful customer service"

Cons: "I understand it was a short flight and a small plane, but no in flight entertainment or wifi access was disppointing."

Pros: "Crew was very polite and courteous."
Cons: "I'm over 6' tall so the plane is a little small for my liking. The cabin is cramped and extremely loud due to the props. The flight took a little over an hour, so at least you don't have to deal with it for too long."

Pros: "Thank you for the upgrade to First Class!"
Cons: "There is nothing that I didn't like. Alaska Airlines sets the bar for all others as far as I'm concerned."

Pros: "Great service from the gate and air crew on the flight from SEA-TUS. Very professional and friendly."
Cons: "MFR-SEA flight long taxiing and slow deplaning. Seated in 6a did not get off flight till boarding started on my connector. Short scheduled connection time 35 minutes between flights and terminals. (Arrived at C gates - Departure at N gates)."

Pros: "Overall great experience, flights were on time and for a turboprop aircraft pretty smooth and quiet. Easy boarding process and fast luggage service."

Pros: "Everything"

Pros: "Since our seats were in rear of plane, Rear boarding at Sacramento Airport was nice"
Cons: "After take off the announcement for when it was safe to use the lavatory was not clear. I found the Sacramento Airport very difficult to navigate. Some warning on the ticket website on airport access (parking & terminals) would have been nice. I would have done more research on where to park and terminal pathways"

Cons: "That my connecting flight was cancelled with no warning would have missed my whole family reunion if I didn't rent a car and drive. Sent alaskan airlines an email. And have hear nothing back from them."

Pros: "good service"
Cons: "tiny seats no leg room"

Cons: "The crew violated federal law by having passengers move while the plane was taxiing."

"Delta terminal 2 gate 24B would not allow us to board the plane 3 minutes after main2 zone was called. We were forced to take a flight 4 hours later, waiting at the airport. And the female check in lady at the gate was rude and completely unhelpful. Delta service is poor at LAX"

"There was an enormous line at LAX trying to check in and check bags. Fortunately the staff were accommodating and allowed us to check our bags even after the deadline had passed -- but it was definitely an extremely stressful experience!"

"We flew First Class to LA from Denver on the Delta-branded contract airline - Sky West. On the way back, we flew First Class on a Delta Airlines owned jet, and the experience was so much better. The flights should have been comparable; but unfortunately cost-cutting by Sky West was evident."

"The terminal on my ticket was different than the gate number. We went through security and had to take a 15 min shuttle to a different terminal. Why not just go through security there? There were also no attendants at the gate to discuss seat assignments. My husband and I didn’t have seats together. Try on board crew was great, but the airport experience was lacking."

Pros: "Crew"
Cons: "More arm space and leg room for cabin"

Cons: "The check in process for Delta was a chaotic mess. There was no one to assist passengers, lines were crazy long. I overheard so many people complaining about missing flights and they could not get any help. I also think the amount Delta charges for luggage was insane."

Pros: "The entertainment"
Cons: "The boarding"

Pros: "The crew."
Cons: "Nothing was mediocre about the crew or delta. The other passengers around us made a 4 1/2 hour flight feel like 8 hours of hell."

Pros: "The crew did a good job in announcing the arrival of the flight and where we are at and how far we are flying overall did an excellent job"
Cons: "If they had orange juice lol"

Pros: "The crew was amazing"

Cons: "The plane change in LA was confusing & not very clear."

Pros: "Excellent crew."
Cons: "Gate agents were a little snippy."

Pros: "Friendly crew"

Pros: "Friendly crew"

Pros: "Crew was great!"
Cons: "Airline was operated by Delta Air. COVID precautions with distancing on board were not followed. Flight was overcrowded- hardly any empty seats between passengers."

Pros: "Easy boarding and very nice crew"
Cons: "Food"

Pros: "Social distancing, purell wipes were handed out, food and water handed out in a baggy."
Cons: "everything was great. I love delta."

Pros: "yes"

Pros: "Loved it all. Thanks for helping me get home to Australia when other airlines couldn't."

Pros: "Middle seat was empty"

Pros: "crew was exceptionally kind and helpful. I felt they really cleaned up, sanitized, even participated sanitary clothes and hand sanitizer to everyone."
Cons: "Nothing, perfect. better than expected."

Pros: "Delta is the airline to fly if you have to fly (like I did) during a pandemic. They made sure at every turn we felt as safe as possible. They had passengers distanced from each other the whole time, handed out sanitizing wipes as we walked on the plane, made sure folks kept their masks on, gave us individual little baggies with snacks and water bottles that also had individual hand sanitizer packets. I felt so much more safe flying Delta on my way home to Hawaii in July than I did when I flew American Airlines on my way to the mainland in June."

Pros: "There was plenty of space, good entertainment, it boarded fast, took off on time, and had zero issues."

Pros: "Arrived in PDX 15-20 minutes early."
Cons: "Social distancing on the seats"

Cons: "Good"

Cons: "... on top of that I kindly requested to speak with a supervisor and i was denied it. As a customer I deserved that. I would a ticket with Aerolineas and nowhere it said it was delta. I followed the baggage allowance explained on kayak website and on Aerolineas Argentinas. I took a bicycle which is free and i pay $100 to packed it as Aerolineas wanted. When I arrived it was a Delta flight and they told they don't allow bicycles and that i had to play $150. Aerolineas website and kayak clearly says that bicycles were free on my flight. I show the agent my ticket and that no where it said delta to consider what he was saying since it is an alliance but i was not informed about it. He said no and after wait there for a while before boarding i kindly ask to speak with a supervisor and the denied it and disappeared. I request a refund of my fee to you for providing incorrect information."

Pros: "We boarded close to on time, no hassles. Allowed my husband and me (retired military) to board early, thank you."
Cons: "LAX security is awful. We never left the airport (arrived LAX from Sydney AU) yet were forced thru security again. Had to remove shoes, was scanned and "frisked" by TSA to get to Denver. To go to Australia, Denver TSA waived the removal of shoes, skipped the scan for the metal detector and no one touched me, ditto for LAX on the trip to Sydney. Where's the uniformity or standards for TSA?? Why did I have to be subjected to this garbage on the way home?? This is why I despise flying. It makes no sense to me. This ruined what was a great vacation."

Pros: "Great entertainment options and food selection, just wish they had the selection they advertised..."
Cons: "Booked the flight and paid extra for the main cabin selection to guarantee sitting with my husband. Got to the airport, app had already pre-checked us in and my seat selection was changed! Not sure why I paid extra when they were just going to chpose my seat anyways (DL 2222 on 11/6) Hoping my return flight this not have this happen..... Will be calling Delta when we get home."

Pros: "The bag service"
Cons: "The flight delays"

Cons: "We had to wait at the customs for nearly 1.5hrs, then pick up our luggage, then check in again!!! We were running and got on the plane 10 mins before the departure. Super stressful!!"

Pros: "I like the efficiency of the boarding process & the courtesy of the crew."
Cons: "Small overhead bins. No entertainment facilities on the seats. Although I wasn't expecting a movie for an hour-and-a-half flight, at least the airplane should have amenities to provide music so that passengers bringing their own headphones can listen to some music."

Cons: "-"

Pros: "The flight was nearly full, but I lucked out. One person in my row did not show up, so myself and the other lady in my row had the benefit of having an open seat in between us. The crew was cheerful and accommodating. They did the normal beverage service, but also brought complimentary water and coffee 3x during the rest of the flight. This was greatly appreciated, especially after 5 days of drinking and partying. My buddies and I spent two and a half days in Las Vegas for a bachelor party followed by two days in the LA area for a wedding (yes we did it Hangover style) :) Thank you Delta!"
Cons: "My only complaint was that the flight was delayed out of LAX by about 30 minutes due to the flight in-bound being delayed. However, the captain made up most of this time in the air so it ended up being a non-issue."

Pros: "Boarding was on time and the process was efficient."
Cons: "The flight attendant could not serve coffee or tea due to "no potable water" onboard! The electric outlets at each of our first class seats were not functional, both the USB ports and the electric plugs did not work so we were not able to charge our phones during the flight. When I mentioned this to the flight attendant her response was that she had not received a report that the electric was not working. No other assistance was offered. There was very little legroom even though these were sold as first class seats. The plane was old and dirty, the armrests were sticky."

Pros: "I liked the fact that were were able to watch movies complementary, staff was very kind and looked good and for the most part the air craft was spacious than United Airlines"
Cons: "I disliked the fact that their weren’t any charging station, I wasn’t able to to charge my telephone device previously but I thought I would be okay sonce air crafts that I have boarded have out lets to charge devices, was an inconviencesince I wasn’t anle to contact family. Also there was complementary movies to watch but there werent any head phones that were given, united aire lines provided us with head phones for entertainment."

Pros: "Once inside the plane every thing was excellent. Very confortable. Great costumer service."
Cons: "They changed the gate it was unclear and hard to find someone to tell us where to go. Once we found someone the lady yelling at everyone where to go was very rude and rushed. Once we found the second gate the crew at the desk was very nice and helpful."

Pros: "The attendant was most helpful. Because the flight was not full, she allowed us to sit in the exit row, window and aisle, with no one between. I'm a tall person, so the extra leg room was deeply appreciated. I give her and the airline high marks."

Pros: "Food was ok."
Cons: "Flight attendants could have been a little more friendly and helpful."

Pros: "Had to cross terminals and the pathway was closed due to an international flight landing (poor planning on LAX part) so had to exit and reenter terminal through TSA. Flight delayed an hour then cancelled due to control panel failure. 10pm flight became 12am bus (and originally told it was 11.15pm bus which was "stuck in traffic" when google map traffic was all green). Got back to SD 4 hours after scheduled time."

Cons: "it stink inside the plane, the seats in front of us were dirty and smelled bad!"

Pros: "Outlets to charge your phone and watch movies."
Cons: "It wasnt specified which terminal to go to Aeromexico or delta. Going both ways. I had to pay a 40 dollar taxi to get me to the correct terminal .5 a mile away. And leaving in the early morning it was too dark and they convinced us it was unsafe and a 35 min walk. It’s def would be that long of a walk in Mexico since we had no idea where we were going."

Pros: "The flight was on time."
Cons: "This was an almost 6 hour long flight, LAX to OGG. The aircraft was older and for a 6 hour flight, they really should use a bigger and newer aircraft. The entertainment systems on the back of the seat worked sporadically and the PA system was too loud and every time the PA system was used while we had our headsets on, it was excruciating We had no warning in order to remove our headsets before it blasted into our ears. We were amazed that after paying a considerable sum for our tickets and being in the air for 6 hours, there was limited meal service and we were required to purchase a sandwich in order to eat. I fly Delta frequently and this was by far the worse flight I can remember."

Cons: "To be clear, I do not have an issue with overweight people. That being said, I was put in an extremely uncomforatable position on this flight. My seatmate was a woman who easily weighed 400 pounds without the slightest exageration and was 5'7 at best. She carried all of her weight in her midsection and behind, which was truly uncomforatable for us both. As she attempted to squeeze into the aisle seat it became apparent that with the armrest down it was not going to happen. She raised the armrest and finally maneuvered into her seat and part of mine also. Not only was her bottom in my seat but her stomach was resting on my entire right leg. It felt like a toddler was sitting on my lap. This was beyond uncomfortable and embarrassing for us both as it was clear that she knew how intrusive this was and kept apologizing. My leg went to sleep after about 15 minutes so I asked to be let out. I approached the flight attendent and requested that my seat be changed to which she responded that the flight was full. I know it wasn't because I could see an empty seat about four rows in front of me. Finally I sat back down but every 15 minutes or so she would get uncomforatable and get up to stretch. The first time it was a welcomed break, until she came back and flopped in her seat with so much force that it felt like someone had ran and jumped in my lap. This occurred 4 or 5 times during the flight. I am not sure what the policy is for obese passengers, but it should be relooked. As a passenger I should not be put in a position to address another passengers weight. I also should not have to pay for a seat and only get to use 2/3 of it. Lastly, no one should ever be allowed to put their body parts on top of another persons lap and that be considered ok."

Pros: "Crew was very good and nice on the flight"
Cons: "Flight terminal was changed about 30 to 45 minutes before boarding Flight was delayed due to AC problem Configuration of the plane was terrible. Little leg room but the windows did not align with the seats so a window was shared with two rows making it challenging to open or close a window without disturbing the passenger in the other row with whom the window is being shared. No charging outlets in the terminal or on the plane. Plane had no food to offer for purchase. Expected better from Delta."

Pros: "Hassle free left on time arrived early San Jose nice airport and drive to red wood city picturesque Staff friendly and cookies great"
Cons: "On this occasion I actually enjoyed it all"

Pros: "For the first time in a ling time I felt if I dropped something I didn't have to kiss it goodbye. My knees and back didn't hurt by the end of the fight. I know longer felt like a sardines in a tin."

Pros: "My Delta flight was a code share with Virgin Atlantic. A pleasant flight overall with my first impression being an airline with current popular music playing in the background and flight attendants cheerful. Since I was traveling alone, I opted to not purchase my seat prior to my flight date, instead I chose my aisle seat within 24 hours for free. I checked in my one bag and found out I had pre-checked so my security check went so smooth at the new terminal 2 at LAX. Looking forward to my flight back on June 15."
Cons: "Had a toddler behind me crying and screaming the last 40 minutes of landing into Heathrow because she couldn't sit on her mother's lap and made it quite unbareable for all of us in the vicinity. Wondering if there was an alternative way to handle the situation."

Pros: "Seating was nice...comfortable. Lighting was good, captain wasn't too chatty :)"
Cons: "This flight attendant was just terrible. Wish I could remember her name for this review... She had about half of the First Class cabin offended as soon as meals started getting served - I didn't see ANYONE around me that got what they asked for, and then when people stated the issue, she didn't respond very well. I tried to take things in stride (first world problems?) but it is a bummer to pay extra for the first class treatment and then to not have that great experience, especially on back to back 5ish hour flights."

Pros: "Sitting in the exit row (52H) gave me lots of space and the temperature was great."
Cons: "My original flt KE018 on 03Apr17 was a different story; had adequate space, but the temperature was warm making it uncomfortable to sleep during the 13 hour flight. Unfortunately, the A-380 does not have manual overhead air vents."

Pros: "Worst experience ever."
Cons: "While my experience with Virgin Australia was good, I will not book with them due to the co-share with Delta Airlines. I missed my connecting flight from LAX to JFK due to additional security screening. As such I was advised to head to the Delta terminal to be booked onto the next available flight to NYC. After waiting over an hour in line to be seen by a staff member, I was told that they couldn't change my ticket as it was a Virgin flight. The same staff member didn't seem to even understand the concept of 'co-share', and also told me that because I booked through Kayak and not Delta that they could not help me. This makes me think that booking through a third party is a risky move. I was told there was absolutely nothing she could do, and that I would have go to a Virgin Australia Counter. This involved taking all of my luggage from Terminal 5 - all the way to Terminal 3. I was assisted by Virgin Australia, where they apologized for my experience, and confirmed that it was Delta's responsibility (and that they were capable) of rebooking my flight. Virgin booked me onto a later flight, but I still had to walk back to Terminal 5 (Delta) to give them my checked luggage. I was once again told that I didn't have the right ticket (details listed Virgin and Delta flight number - so this was way too confusing for them). Finally they printed my a boarding card and took my bags. I then ran through security and to gate in time for my flight. Flight was fully booked, due to a many people no doubt experiencing the same thing. Food was awful. Was a big step down from the Virgin flight in every aspect. There was not a single Delta Staff member who would even try to understand or be helpful. I will never fly with Delta again."

"Crew was nice and accommodating, but someone failed to inspect the plane before the passengers got on and we ended up deplaning and changing planes when this could have been avoided."

"Red eye from LAX. The most uncomfortable First Class seats I have ever experienced. No blankets or pillows. One bag of chip-like objects and two beverages for the entire flight. It felt very stingy."

"This American Airlines strike is wack. Our flight was delayed 2 hours because the flight crew didn’t show up. Extremely disappointing."

Cons: "I arrived on time to make my flight yet was denied the opportunity to board. Resulting in me being unable to do my lecture for UCLA and being late to my aunt’s wedding."

Pros: "I like that I paid for a first class seat with no first class service."
Cons: "Suspended food is a rip off, I flew this same leg a month and a half ago got food, what changed, NOTHING...I have flown AA for 20plus years. I never got credit for that flight either. I am aware safety first but what does it really have to do with QUALITY of the Airline. Still love yah tho."

Pros: "That we got there on time. And landed safely."
Cons: "Honestly I have no complaints but they could at least serve something for a 6 hour flight"

Cons: "Full flight"

Cons: "Several people got on the flight with no face mask on. The flight was completely packed, there was no distancing at all. The boarding process required me to walk past everyone as my chair was in the back and I was last group to board (unlike other airlines that have switched to back to front boarding to reduce people coming in contact with each other) As I walked down the PACKED plane mot people had masks on incorrectly (hanging off one ear, down around their chin, nose out, etc.) some people had no mask at all and the flight attendants did nothing. It seems like they were doing nothing to keep passengers safe from COVID-19 spread. Compared to Delta, American Airlines was terrifying to fly, I find not feel safe at all."

Pros: "Short, sweet and great crew."
Cons: "Nothing."

Pros: "Crew"
Cons: "No food"

Pros: "I am no longer comfortable with airline seats, bad nerve in back of leg."
Cons: "Poor communication about “Red-tagging” carry on luggage"

Pros: "Great crew, clean plane."
Cons: "Wish we had beverage service back soon."

Pros: "Cause me to miss my connecting flight from Dallas to Mobile"
Cons: "Had the aircraft fueled before boarding the flight"

Cons: "There was no entertainment in first class for a cross country flight"

Pros: "Great Crew on the Second Leg from DFW to SPI"

Pros: "The flight crew and the captain were terrific."
Cons: "Gate agents were rude. Everybody was forced to check-in their carry on luggage due to the small plane. This information should have been shared before boarding. We were informed as we were boarding and had to scramble to remove the laptop from our carry-on and help up passengers behind us from boarding. A totally unnecessary stressful situation created by the gate agents for failing to share information. Once we got onboard we saw carry-ons larger then what we were forced to check-in. Evidently, enforcement of standards is at the gate agents' discretion."

Pros: "The connecting BA flight from Houston to LHR was an old 747 and my broken window blind didn’t go down. The worst part was I paid for a bulkhead seat and once we got on the plane it turned out the configuration was different and the seat was not bulkhead."
Cons: "Accurate configuration. A more modern plane."

Pros: "The staff was fantastic"
Cons: "Well my flight got delayed four separate times. I was stuck in LAX for 3 hours. So much that booked another flight with another airline for the following morning. I had to book a hotel nearby LAX just so I could somewhere to sleep for the night. My luggage made it to Chicago safely, but I didn’t at least not with American Airlines. It took them an hour to tell us that they reassigned the pilot to another flight, not only that when it was delayed the first initial time (40 minute delay) about ten minutes before we were supposed to board they tell us that the flight attendant crew is going to take 30 minutes to get to the gate. Not only but those poor airline service staff were completely unaware of all these changes! They had to find out from the passengers what was going on. Honestly I will never fly with American Airlines ever again!!!"

Pros: "I took two connecting flights on American Airlines between Los Angeles and Lisbon period on the website American claims to have charging and or electrical ports in every row. There were none on either flight. To make matters worse, when my tablet and phone batteries both died before the end of the first flight, there was no inflight entertainment, other than 1 ridiculous thing available, on either flight. American has switched to BYOD for entertainment, but forgot to provide a way to charge our own devices. Incredibly stupid."
Cons: "On top of that, one of the flight attendants on the Philadelphia to Lisbon run was a hella snarky guy with a bad attitude all the way through. I would be surprised if I am the first person to complain about him."

Pros: "Awfully rude flight attendants Took multiple buses I guess American doesn’t pay good money to the airports"

Pros: "eh, mediocre but usual service from a US airline. Just enough to get you from point A to B, but you’re exhausted once there."
Cons: "too little leg room, and quite uncomfortable seats, couldn’t relax and was cramping from being unable to move more than an inch."

Pros: "Nothing!"
Cons: "Flight was delayed due to poor maintenance that caused issues before take off. Of course safety is important but that is why maintenance should be done routinely and prioritised accordingly. The pilot on the first delayed flight (new airplane) was clueless, his exact words "... our analysis team from midwest needs an hour to figure out whether we can fly or not" This is after we have boarded the flight. Then after about an hour of sitting in the plane, he says "rumor has it that a new plane will be towed in..." What? Why didn't they stop boarding and just get the new plane in. And I don't appreciate the emails saying flight is delayed without giving any reason for it. AA could have certainly done a better job of communicating the issue. Further the flight crew including the pilot were acting like victims. If it were an Asian carrier like Singapore Airlines, the crew would be smiling and providing assitance courteously since they represent the airlines. Not flying them again."

Cons: "N/A"

Pros: "upgraded to business, which made for a nice ride home."
Cons: "seat and monitor seemed to have minds of their own, but only caused a minor inconvenience I'm frustrated with AA's information on movies, which is questionable and unrealable. For example, the recently released film 'Coco' was listed as PG-13 and not included in the "Disney" category. "Justice League" was listed as R. There are several other examples of misinformation in their movie listings. For parents who use the ratings as one piece of information to guide their children, it would be nice to have correct information when making selections. this problem is not new; it's been this way for over a year now. I hoped that over time they would get it right, but alas, it remains inconsistent at best."

Pros: "Nothing"
Cons: "Terrible parking, had to book a later flight an extra 75.00 for my bag."

Pros: "I got there safely."
Cons: "I will never fly American Airlines again. From the moment I checked in with the ticket agent to getting off the plane it was a disaster. The ticket agent was rude, hostile, and dismissive. Employees walked through the line at security forcing everyone to consolidate their belongings to one bag. I had a large wallet in my hand and was told I had to step out of line to put it in my backpack. They only allow you one bag to carry on without paying extra. At the time of boarding they announced that the overhead storage was full so even those that paid extra were still forced to check their bags. The plane was dirty, the service was slow, overall just gross. They don’t have WiFi or in flight entertainment so I paid the $20 to purchase the WiFi. It was worthless. I couldn’t stream anything, even music kept stopping to buffer. I understand it will be slower then on ground WiFi, but it was impossible to watch anything and a complete waste of money."

Cons: "American Airlines won't let you buy emergency row exit seats (or bulk head) because the 'code share' prevents them from advance seat sales. I was told I could do it at check in in Los Angeles. But those seats were sold out long before we even got to LA! I contacted American Airlines Customer Relations about 1 month prior to my flight. I completed their online form detailing the problem and asked if there is any way I could buy extra leg room seats. But they never even bothered to respond. I got the automated email acknowledging receipt of my complaint and assuring me I would be contacted soon. NOT!!"

Pros: "Nothing"
Cons: "AA gate crew checked my bag at the gate, but to the wrong person!! I missed my flight because I had to go find it in baggage claim, take a taxi to another terminal, hoof it across the terminal to TSA pre-check which was 45 people deep and slow as a snail, then run to the gate (which was at the ooooother end I originally entered through). I missed my flight literally by 3 minutes. There was no one at the gate to help me, AA staff kept telling me to go to different places, getting a new flight was INSANE. The whole experience was a pure nightmare."

Pros: "Price, new plane, interactive system"

Pros: "British Airway, as their partner, made everything perfect."
Cons: "Iberia never picks up the phone. American Airlines always says 'No' first, & sticks with their 'No' for about an hour before being willing to think of work 'round solutions. AA online check-in didn't work, There's always a 45+ minute wait by phone to get AA to answer.. Then the customer service line of Airlines @ LAX had 70+ people needing help, but only one person working. So it was an hour long wait, only to be told 'No' you can't fly. Yet once I walked over to British Airways, they found a way to get me to my destination. Airlines just does not have enough employees and doesn't care."

Pros: "Boarding was quick and easy, no problems or hassles. Seat reclined and was reasonably comfortable. Left early, arrived even earlier."
Cons: "Crew was more robotic than human, which is bexoming a trend on AA. No smiles, no acknowledgment, just doing the job of handing out food and picking up trash. No personal touch whatsoever. Food was subpar for an AA flight, especially international. Entertainment system has many defects and problems, for example "search" is useless. Uninspiring and forgettable film choices as well. The knob to control air flow was broken which made it chilly. To finish as I started, a more engaged and pleasant crew could have made all the other things more palpable and acceptable. They were just too cold, like the temperature in the cabin and distant."

Pros: "Flight crew was excellent."
Cons: "We booked flights through British Airways but flew American Airlines. The check in process was a stressful mess: we were forced to stand in long customer service lines both on our first flight from LAX to Chicago and again during our very short layover in Chicago to Dublin to ensure that our bags were checked all the way to our final destination. Very stressful, and it didn't help that the gate crew was extremely rude and unprofessional. It is very inconvenient that we could not choose our seats beforehand."

Pros: "Why would a jet this size wobble all the way across the Atlantic! The pretzels were even stale, and they served a "pizza" that was a stale mini loaf with sauce and a little mozzarella. People were starving when breakfast was served. The thermostat fluctuated from horribly hot to freeing - for 14 hrs. The crew slammed things down on table trays, grumped, were giving harsh orders to patrons rather than gently directing them. These ladies do not enjoy their job. I am done with Delta. We were also an hour late taking off due to a door on a cargo hold not closing. I was embarrassed that our Aussie friends experienced this as their first American flight."
Cons: "Food, attitude of flight attendants, comfort of cabin. Pilot took charge of thermostat issue and kept us informed in a friendly manner regarding the status of our take off and flight progress."

Pros: "Good"
Cons: "Service"

Cons: "Couldn't check in on line. Flight was delayed. Boarding was hectic and disorganized. Everybody ran for the gate. Crew was prompt and not friendly. Upon arriving they announced that they did not have the Hawai'i agricultural forms, so we would have to wait until the "agent" cam on the plane with the forms, fill out the forms, and then disembark. The crew was not organized, so it took about 10-15 minutes to get off after we arrived in the gate (late) because they could not get people sit down and fill out the forms. Chaotic. I plan NOT to fly American again. Ever."

Cons: "People still using mobiles as we were taking off. Crew seemed not too bothered."

Pros: "The "very" new 777-200 was very comfortable, well-laid out. I usually skip or leave half of the in-flight food served, but this rates as one of the best meals, I've had in an airplane outside of business class. The in-flight entertainment/information service was decent, but perhaps because the plane was still in new condition."
Cons: "On this entire business trip, I booked with other companies, but ended up 5 flights operated by American Airlines. One cancellation, 4 delayed, 3 late arrivals. The last one was the most annoying. I will be avoiding AA in the future. The domestic crews are generally brusque and miserable. The international flight crews were more accommodating and pleasant, but most of them also seemed annoyed at passenger presence. Also, having to pay for a preferred seat on a half-empty airplane is simply unfair. By 24hrs before the flight, AA must have known there were plenty of empty seats."

Pros: "Once I managed to get to my connecting terminal which was an adventure in itself, the original plane we were to fly on was having maintenance issues. The ground crew worked quickly to get a different plane and moved us to an adjoining terminal."
Cons: "LAX. The airport is just a pain with long lines for everything, although staff try very hard to help you get where you need to be"

Pros: "Boarding was a mess - there were no announcements about boarding and the gate agent did nothing to promote order in the gate area. Thank goodness for the new planes on this route - the old planes with the blue "leather" seats were so overdue to be retired. Onboard entertainment was great and every seat had a USB port and AC outlet. Smoothest landing ever, I couldn't even tell when the wheels hit the pavement! It was also the first time I recall a female captain on American - maybe the smooth landing wasn't such a coincidence :)"

Pros: "New plane with leather like seats and good entertainment system."

Pros: "Punctual!"
Cons: "no entertainment! Nothing. On the flight from Mex City to LAX the bathroom facilities were so limited that some Economy class passengers had to try to use the business class or first class facilities' An FA then came on the intercom and said Economy class must only use their own facilities and this is according to an FAA regulation. THat is a straight out lie. If you eliminate bathrooms from Economy class to squeeze in more seats this problem will persist. American Airlines should be ashamed of itself."

Cons: "They lost 1 of 4 bags."

Pros: "The airline was excellent, I am over being cramped in these planes for long flights. Unfortunately living in Australia makes us have to do the long flights."
Cons: "When you are travelling on long flights travelling all night, people in front have seat reclined right back and it is so hard to get out when you need to go to toilet."

Cons: "Great"

Pros: "Upgraded from Business to First on a transcend A321. Seats amazing, hard product is just superb on these planes. Crew good but a bit animatronic as always with AA."

Pros: "Non"
Cons: "I could not change the flight with less payment so I missed the flight and booked another one."

Pros: "Nothing"
Cons: "It cost me $86 dollars to supposedly upgrade my seat to an exit row with tons of leg room. Granted there was plenty of leg room but the seat was extra narrow to give room for an emergency exit if necessary. I'm not huge but I barely fit in the seat. It was an uncomfortable squeeze which of course got worse as the flight continued. I complained to an attendant that the seat was too small and he had no remedy. If I was a few pounds heavier it would have been impossible. You'd think they would warn a customer of the narrower seat. It's so obvious that it's all about profit for the airlines which sickens me."

Pros: "Nothing"
Cons: "ORD -> LAX We sat on the Tarmac for 45 mins without any communication. We ended up landing on time, but I was connecting to an international flight, so this naturally caused me and my companion a great deal of unnecessary stress. LAX -> ORD I arrived at the gate prior to the 10 minute before take off deadline and the gate attendant said I couldn't board and walked away. I sat and waited several minutes until a gate attendant returned where they proceeded to call stand by passengers. I was checked in and present, but not allowed to board. So I approached a different attendant, explained and he looked surprised that I wasn't boarded. He then without asking me any questions or checking with me typed on his computer and then handed me a new boarding pass for a new flight 1:25 later. I boarded that plane and sat for over an hour. The pilot had no updates for us other than the delay was a maintenance issue, saying repeatedly that he would check again in 15 mins. Finally after wasting more time we had to deplane and wait for a new one. Ultimately I was not allowed to board my original flight without explanation, which then caused me to have over 3:30 in delays. This is all after I had arrived from an international destination, which made the ordeal very miserable. This type of awful experience is a pattern with American Air - rarely are my flights on time and I've had more cancellations with American than any competitor airline. Anything but A full refund would not be acceptable. Thank you, Randi"

Pros: "Once in flight, it was a standard smooth ride to Tokyo."
Cons: "Late announcement of flight delay. Cost me 4 extra hours at LAX, doing nothing. Then, flight delayed again for 30 minutes prior to boarding...and yet AGAIN while on the plane...because of a water shortage. What had the crew been doing in between flights?? Lastly, these delays caused the plane to arrive in Tokyo at 12:30AM (originally it was 10:30PM). All transportations options were closed. I had to take a $90 USD taxi fare into the city. JAL or AA should have given travel vouchers to everyone who needed them. BAD SERVICE, BAD COMMUNICATIONS, BAD RATING."

Pros: "I got to my destination safely. That's about the only good thing."
Cons: "The flight was delayed 4 times. The airline was not very helpful during times of delay - normally airlines would offer food or drink vouchers - none of that. The flight was delayed for a total of 4 hours. When I arrived into LAX, I had requested if I could go on an earlier flight if there was space (rather than catching the later one - an hour later). They asked me to pay $200 to change it. Fair enough if you want to charge me for a change of ticket - but then the plane that I was supposed to go on got delayed for 3 hours and you don't offer any sort of compensation - thats really not something I expect from American Airlines"

"it was good thank you"

"Great price and on time, don’t let the bad behavior customer return, restricted them for life."

Cons: "Redundant checking of travel documents could be unified I suppose. I do understand international travel peculiarities may be hard to overcome"

Cons: "Poor customer service"

Cons: "They over sold the flight. Also they had numerous passengers on the flight that were not wearing/using a mask"

Pros: "All"
Cons: "N/A"

Pros: "The seats were fine and the plane was in good shape."
Cons: "The food is mediocre - everything has meat in it and they use tons of plastic. Also, the plane was late getting to the gate. This wouldn’t have been an issue had the pilot not decided to off board and then re onboard cargo (the commercial stuff they get paid to carry). This took about 20 minutes and then after the winds changed, he decided he could load more passengers. So despite having the doors locked and getting ready to leave the gate, they opened the doors up again and boarded more people for the next 40 minutes. So they chose to make a delayed flight even more delayed (on Christmas Eve). So we inevitably missed our connection in sydney and had to pay a change fee since it’s a different airline. Thanks for the Christmas gift United - you always know how to disappoint your passengers."

Pros: "Short flight time"
Cons: "We were delayed initially because our jet was given to a different flight which had been delayed due to mechanical problems. Then our incoming flight was first from San Diego, then Los Angeles. The arrival was delayed several times. Then our boarding was delayed several times. By the time we we in the air, we were even later. The flight was so turbulent, there was no food or beverage service, which isn't important anyway since that has become a token gesture by airlines anyway. . If this was an isolated incident, I could ignore it but it seems that this almost always happens when I fly United."

Pros: "Seats and entertainment"
Cons: "One syaffmemberrude butall not very friendly orhelpful no food to purchase on board which meant we had absolutely nothing to eat until landing not good when ad ertise that you can purchase on board also paid 50 dollars for checked bags but ihadconfirmed with your airline theywereinyheprice along of gimethecrewwalkedpast with coffee withoutaski gif wanted one"

Pros: "Very friendly cabin crew. Sufficient food, quite tasty."
Cons: "Extra charge for spirits. Only beer or wine complimentary. Poor headphones and image quality so overall entertainment mediocre."

Pros: "Landed early"
Cons: "No wifi or substantial snacks/dinner. Paid for bag"

Pros: "The TV shows and movie collection is good."
Cons: "Horrible food, no complimentary drinks on economy plus seats. UNITED lost my luggage again (2nd time this year)."

Cons: "Very cramped with staff who I found overbearing. Not the most pleasant experience."

Pros: "economy plua has a reasonable amount of room, good food for breakfast, nice movies in flight."
Cons: "they canceled our flight to hanaeda and instead had us take an hour later flight to narita which is a 1 1/2 hour $30 bus ride away which they don’t pay for. this caused us to miss our connecting flight to Asahikawa, the last flight of the day. The connection time allowed was not nearly enough even if the plane had not been an hour late and there are no flights to asahikawa from narita. yo have to transfer to hanaeda. remind me not to fly United to Tokyo again as I’m pretty sure the flight was canceled because it was not full enough. Even the narita flight with all the hanaeda passengers rebooked on it was not full. So i suspect this may be a relatively common occurance on the hanaeda flight."

Cons: "Delayed for so long! 5 hrs"

Cons: "Small old plane without any entertainment."

Pros: "The person at the United customer service desk was able to book me on the next available flight to Reno (after missing my original flight mentioned above) quickly and efficiently. Boarding was fast."
Cons: "I was late to my original flight and the United personal that I talked to at the gate was very rude. I asked if the plane was still boarding and all she said was go to customer service. I know I gave her a questioning look because this did not answer my original question. She repeated her statement again this time pointing. I would have preferred that she tell me that the flight had finished boarding but customer service could help me get on another flight. I feel that would have been more professional. My new flight was also an hour late"

Pros: "Absolutely nothing."
Cons: "Getting in so late the rental car offices were closed"

Cons: "Nothing"

Pros: "Entertainment had good choices. I was very comfortable in the chairs. The crew was overall friendly."
Cons: "Wish the entertainment came with tablets already installed instead if for purchase. Would be nice to have gluten-free options for snacks. Since my first flight was delayed and I barely made it to my connection, I had no time to grab something to eat at the airport. And being celiac, there was only a nut and fruit mix. Not enough to substitute for a meal. My biggest complaint however is with 3 hours left of the flight, i turned on the call button to request a beverage and nobody came. I waited 45 minutes, having to turn on the light 3 separate time because it automatically must have timed out. I couldn't get out of my seat due to seat belt sign. I looked back into the rear galley and 5 attendants were back there talking. Tried to get their attention. Nothing. Finally, I got up and went to get my own drinks. Being a server at hotel in waikiki, I understand that customer service is very important. And though I understand that they may have been busy and unable to answer my call, I could see that clearly was not the problem. They were just standing there and chatting. Very frustrating. Though they were friendly, they just simply weren't paying attention. I have to say in all honesty, I will not be recommending nor flying United airlines again."

Pros: "Again could not fault staff and quality of flight services, luckily space to sleep so fantastic flight."

Pros: "The boarding was fast and easy. The crew were friendly and accommodating. The entertainment was bring your own phone, tablet or computer to watch movies over wifi. We could not access our United account so we could not watch the movies, which was lame for a 5 hour flight. The food was also unpleasant as usual. You'd think a multimillion dollar airline could afford to feed people more than drinks and a cookie. What happened to the hospitality of the industry? If you came to my house for 5 hours and I gave you one cookie and a beverage maybe two you would think I was rude or down right cheap."
Cons: "The crew were wonderful. My husband was on a business trip and I was able to sit with him. The staff didn't wake me up and they were generous with the sodas."

Pros: "Unfortunately I won’t leave until morning. However I can already answer this question. I will like the fact that I’ll be seeing my only child after an entire year!"
Cons: "I didn’t like the fact that United Airlines took time away from us. Because she’s military I don’t get to see her as often as I’d like. I booked my trip from October 5-16 2017 and our vacation together won’t start until a day later. Some may say it’s only a day but I say different and I should be compensated for my loss as well as so many other people that were traveling with me. My overall experience with this airline was horrible! I won’t say I’d never use them again because you never say never BUT they will be my last resort!"

Cons: "Seats to small. But I am 6'3"" and my son traveling with me is 6'5"."

Pros: "Security Video was interesting. Seat was wide and comfortable."
Cons: "Food was tasty, but strange smell was contaminated. Announce was so fast and unclear both English and Japanese. I felt no intention to communicate."

Pros: "Boarding was really easy"
Cons: "Not only you have to pay for checking one bag, not only you have to pay for a poor meal, you also have to bring your own device to watch a movie!"

Cons: "1. The flights within the US and Canada was delayed. 2. The United Airline staff in San Francisco told me to pick up my luggage when I get to Seattle despite of the fact that my final destination was Vancouver. I questioned the staff about this ata this seemed odd, but he insisted that I pick up my luggage in Seattle. Upon arrival to Seattle I went to the baggage claim area to find out that my luggage was already put through to the connecting airline to Vancouver. This resulted in me having to go through a long line of passengers to do all of the security checks again to enter the international airport gates. This almost resulted in me missing my connecting flight to Vancouver. The only saving grace was that the flight was delayed by another hour. 3. Changes made on my connecting flights were only given to me during my check in at Auckland. My previous booking was Auckland -San Francisco - Portland - Vancouver. The boarding pass I was given in Auckland omitted Portland and was changed to Seattle. I was never informed about this by United Airlines. 4. United Airlines website NOT allowing me to log in using my e-mail."

Pros: "Flight attendants are nice. I picked one of the seats at the end so plenty leg room."
Cons: "OK, United, I understand and fully support "no more seat monitor" policy to reduce costs (even though it seems very backward); however, there's one problem--if you still want to enjoy onboard entertainments, you need to download the United application above 10,000 feet where you can never find your 4G connection. Oh wait, but there's still Wi-Fi service, right? Sure, if you are willing to pay $17 just to download application!! United, I understand how you want to make little money out of a customer's pocket, but this is not how you should do it. You should at least allow internet connection before departure or let the customer aware they need to download application beforehand."

Pros: "Getting off the plane"
Cons: "The guy puked halfway through the flt and not one single flt attendant came even though they were serving drinks repeatedly to the dr sitting in the row in front of me. Also the flt was delayed as we waited almost an hour for people trying to connect which made me more upset since I was rebooked on that later flt because although my previous flt was there half hour before departure, we didn't have a gate to use which caused me to be 15 mins late for my original flt. Did they wait for me?! NO! I was rebooked. It's unfair that they stole an hour of life from every other passenger to accommodate a few. Back to the guy who puked, an hour after that he started shaking and grabbing his head and asking me why am I hurting his heart. Then incoherent blathering and then his last episode 20 minutes before we land in which he started hitting himself in the head saying he would die right now for his wife and how he's made mistakes. It was three separate incidents from this one passenger and not one flt attendant noticed? Yeah it was bad piled on worse stacked on top of never United ever again."

Pros: "The boarding was pretty good for this flight, seemed simple enough, everyone was pleasant. And I was near an exit, which offered sufficient leg room."
Cons: "I was disappointed by a few things... 1. The staff didn't much care to be there. They seemed distant and unconcerned, although their words were supportive. I just got off a flight from Seoul to SF, with United (892) and they admittedly stated that they were understaffed (which was completely fine) and their attitudes were much more supportive than that of the following team (486), a flight from SF to IAD. 2. I was surprised, that on a 5hr flight, they only offered a half bag of mixed items and two rounds of beverages. I was sure that they would feed us something. However, if it's not the policy, I get it...but I asked if they had anything I could purchase, the flight attendant points me to the menu pamphlet and says that I could choose from there. I asked for the Chilled Chicken with Slaw and she promptly lets me know that they only have cheeseburgers, a protein box and Cheese. For a person who's lactose intolerant, I was again disappointed by the service--why ask me to go to the menu, if you knew there were only three items you were offering?? So I didn't order anything. 3. The entertainment blows my mind. I've flown with you guys like 8 times this year, and the app still does not work properly, however, before every flight, someone mentions over the intercom to be sure to download the app...but if it doesn't work...why offer it? Also, if there are tvs at the back of every headrest, the least you could offer is a random movie, versus the commercials about how great the app is, or whatever was scrolling along. Lastly, please note, I was trying to figure out a way to make a comment to United...but didn't want to sound TOOO disgruntled. I'm not opposed to flying with UA, absolutely not, but if any of these things are addressed, I definitely feel you will be making a massive improvement on what seems to be an airline that I'd think twice about taking. Feel free to e-mail or call me. I don't mean to sound rude...but having flown other airlines, and knowing that UA has been around for a while, i just hoped the experience would be better."

Pros: "Crew on board was professional."
Cons: "Plane was delayed over two hours due to mechanical issues. I missed my connections. Three separate United employees assure me I'd be rebooked for onward travel. I was sent to three different counters regarding my onward travel - sent from terminal to terminal. No onward travel was resolved and I eventually just paid for a train onward. I was told this was because it was a weather delay but at the boarding gate multiple announcements were made about repairing the plane and replacing batteries. United deliberately wasted my time and never fulfilled their obligations to get me to my destination. (Additionally, wifi and entertainment was not functional the entire 11 hour flight)"

Cons: "5 minutes before we boarded they tried to change my seat without informing me.... luckily it popped up on my phone that my seat had changed I reserved an aisle seat when I made my reservations five days before the flight. All of a sudden they put me in the middle seat ...so I went to the counter and the person at the counter tried to tell me that I just changed to the aisle seat that I had which I actually have had for 5 days and she tried to tell me that I was lying to her I was not very pleased with United at all!!! I made it very clear and even showed her the email from 5 days ago where I had that seats all along the aisle seat that she took away from me and put me in the middle somewhere so three minutes later she told me to look at my phone and she changed me back but that's after she basically called me a liar and said I didn't know what I was talking about!! Worst US AIRLINE!!"

Cons: "Leg I was only offered economy. Not plus"

Pros: "At least we didn't crash and die"
Cons: "I've flown with United before, and I've only had nothing but trouble. Decided to give them one last try, since their flights were a few bucks cheaper. Big mistake. They canceled my return flight last minute, and scheduled a new one over 24 hours later. Thus causing me to have to book a hotel last minute, as well as now being AWOL, since my Leave paperwork only lasted until my return date. Had to explain to the chief why I won't be at formation. I'm saving myself the trouble and never flying united again, even if I have to spend more money. United isn't even reimbursing me for the hotel. They basically told me to go f**k myself and file a complaint. They can eat a d**k."

Pros: "I MISSED IT BECAUSE UNITED DELAYED MY FLIGHT"
Cons: "UNITED DELAYED MY FLIGHT TO SAN FRANCISCO SO I HAVE NO IDEA."

Pros: "It was perfect flight by all means"

Pros: "Nothing"
Cons: "Never got to do this flight because of the previous flight which is reviewed below: My seat was broken and wouldn't stay in upright position. This really pissed off the passenger behind me. Crew kept telling me to put my seat upright, I kept having to tell them the seat was broken. Old airplane with no in-seat entertainment. they advertise on the seat that you can watch all their entertainment content for free, but then you have to pay for wifi to watch so it's not free then, is it? Every movie or show requires "additional software" so you have to purchase internet to do the download. This is an 11 hour flight, I would have appreciated being able to watch a movie or something without forking out $30. Flight was delayed, so we were low on time to make our connection. I asked a flight attendant twice if we could get help deplaning early or at least get moved up some rows since we were in the very back of a 747 (there were plenty of vacant seats). They said no, and told us that customs would only take a minute and that the other united flight knew we'd be coming and would wait. I don't usually fly united; other airlines typically will actively take steps to help (like moving connecting passengers to the front shortly before landing) if they are the cause of the delay. Customs had only one agent working and we were pretty much last in line so that process took over an hour. Just moving us 10 rows forward before landing would have made all the difference because our connecting flight closed its doors and taxied for takeoff less than 5 minutes before we arrived. They had some united employees guiding and directing a couple of passengers that were going to be late for a connection to LAX, but no help for those of us connecting to portland. Customer service didn't even offer a verbal apology. Last time I flew with united, I also had a terrible experience for different reasons. I did not intend to fly united for this flight, but I purchased tickets through and for Lufthansa, and this flight was regrettably operated by united. Another thing I don't like - the food was horrendous. It was a breakfast sandwich that was advertised as "hot and fresh" on the packaging but was served straight from the refrigerator. I was in the middle seats with one person to my left and two people to my right. Everyone took only one bite and threw away the rest. Just don't bother serving the food if it's going to be that bad, it's very wasteful. I always appreciate a hot towelette after a long overnight flight. United offered no such thing which was a first for me. Regarding boarding: they called us all up to line up in boarding groups and then we had to stand in line for 65 minutes. I have a bad back and had to sit on the carpet to avoid being last in line and not having space for my carry on bag. Would have been nicer if they would have just let us sit in the chairs at the gate in comfort until they were ready to board."

Pros: "No entertainment unless you pay, but you can't turn the tv off, so it's playing bright ads in your face all night. Awesome."
Cons: "If you want to feel like you're riding the most cramped Greyhound bus, definitely ride with united."

Cons: "Don't lie to customers and tell us there is a 10 minutes delay, when we can all see that the plane we're supposed to leave on hasn't even arrived yet. Give us honest delay times so that we can make choices about using the bathroom, getting a bite to eat or stretching our legs."

Cons: "Because of a delay in SFO to Chicago O'Hare airport I missed my connecting flight back home. My connecting flight left early without me. While boarding the plane in SFO, the people at the gate made me check my carry on bag. Which I thought was very weird. When we finally got to Chicago I stood in line for two and a half hours to talk to one of the worst customer service lady of my life. She swore at me many times over me trying to be polite and wait for her to call me up to find another flight. Instead she looked at me and said "what are you waiting for?" She said to me "Oh here's a flight. But oh wait it's already sold out or gone" and she would laugh. Finally she found a flight close to where I live. My baggage had got lost from my connecting flight leaving without me. I got all of my luggage 2 days after. My carry on bag that got checked at my gate was in a clear trash bag. I took it out of the bag to find that it was completely trashed. My handles were ripped off which put a huge whole revealing all of my personal items. My carry on bag has only been used once and can never be used again. I unpacked my bag and noticed $300 worth of my stuff was missing. I have called to make many complaints to talk to corporate office but no one would give me the correct number. I will NEVER fly United Airlines again. I am so disappointed."

Pros: "United really could have done better informing us of delay, then cancellation. I knew it was likely to be delayed due to weather, and kept checking the status. It wasn't listed as delayed until nearly boarding time, although it seems pretty clear they knew well before that. But SFO was a star. The new decor is sophisticated and comfortable. Bathrooms were like at a swanky night club! Comfy chairs and charging outlets every where. The biggest hit was the Exploratorium installation, which kept my and plenty of other kids entertained!"
Cons: "Wayfinding signage from BART is confusing. BART connection is a pain. The machines in the station only take $1 and $5 bills-- no 20s or credit cards! And no one at BART cares if you are running late for a flight."

Pros: "On board shows were good."
Cons: "Flight left about 3-3.5 hours late. Add that to the time you have to show up early to the airport and I could've been almost home in my car. We were boarded and left to sit for a long time then the pilot came on saying the mechanic needed more time to look at the tire which might need to be changed. After another 15-20 min sitting, pilot comes on and says we need to get off the plane so the maintenance could be done. Ok I'd rather fly safe than be on time but really? Why doesn't this airline have enough planes that the maintenance can be done when the plane isn't scheduled to fly? So many people missed connections and we ended up getting home so much later than we had expected! Honestly I would rather the airline have emailed saying flight delayed 3 hours so I could have had more time in SF rather than sitting in an airport eating a mediocre airport meal for dinner. They had to have known the tire was almost to the point of changing right? I mean I would hope it's checked each flight. Just all together inconvenient. Like they book all theses flights to make money and yet if they had fewer but didn't make anyone waste the day or night at the airport so they could perform routine maintenance it may be worth an extra few bucks in my book. My time is valuable too, and I don't think I was the only one on the flight who thought so. Maybe United doesn't value anyone else's time other than theirs. Guess this is why we have several airlines to choose from and we will not likely fly United again."

Pros: "Quick-ish boarding"
Cons: "No food. No entertainment. No power. Garbage, lowest rung "bus in the sky" service"

Cons: "We were diverted from Pittsburgh because of fog. Other flights landed shortly thereafter from other airlines which was frustrating, but a short delay did not ruin the day. We landed instead at Dulles. After sitting and waiting for hours we were finally all put back on the plane. Then we taxied out before the pilot told us they were over their hours or something along those lines and couldn't submit the paperwork necessary to take off. We went back to the gate and were told to wait some more in case there were more pilots. No more pilots came. No more flights were available. Instead we all hovered either around the gate desk or the customer service desk where we were told we couldn't be helped. We were instead forced to pile onto buses nearly 5 hours after we had landed at the wrong airport. We then spent another 6 hours on the road driving to Pittsburgh on a bus that was crowded and hot because the air conditioning kept failing. Because of some fog and a lot of incompetence, I arrived in Pittsburgh over 12 hours after I was supposed to. My trip in total lasted 20 hours from my flight in Seattle taking off. I missed an important event for the wedding that weekend, which was upsetting given the distance I had to travel and the amount of extra time I had scheduled in for myself, but the way we were treated was worse. There was no positive communication. Nobody knew anything. We were clearly an inconvenience that nobody knew what to do with so they just kept trying to push us off to the next person. It was infuriating and unacceptable I will never fly United again if I can possibly help it."

Pros: "I enjoyed very little about this experience. The crew was cordial however they lose the ability to perform simple tasks by the long standing protocols and overcrowded flights. Most of the crew are as unhappy as the passengers."
Cons: "The plane hit the brakes while taking off and returned to the gate due to a warning light. We were told nothing other than we needed to wait. They said the fix took 5 minutes but our wait took 2 hours. Not efficient. They rent out tablets for on plane entertainment, unlike every other plane I've ever flown, they make you pay to keep you happy during a 5.5 hour flight. Food was horrible. The seat did not recline and they eradicate every ounce of comfort to overpack the plane. The Captian made little announcements and the one he did make upon decent, started with "please fasten your seat belts, we are 65 miles away from Honolulu but...", I was sure the "light" came back on 30k feet about the pacific and we were going down. Finally - the last announcement from the head stewardess didn't include "Aloah, thank you for flying United". Seems minor but it goes to show they don't care anymore. That's the first time I hadn't heard the welcomed message after my 20th trip to the Islands. After my return flight I vow to never fly United again."

Pros: "There was nothing to like about this constantly delayed flight with rude attendants at the gate. I will not be flying United again."
Cons: "Everything! Our flight started with a thirty minute delay which was mentioned after we were asked to stand and prepare to board. The flight continued to be pushed out an hour every hour with no reason as to why. Our gate changed and we were told to line up for boarding, then we had another delay. The frustrating part was being told to line up to board only to see another delay. In total, the flight was delayed over four hours, being asked to prepare to board three times and with one gate change. This was not even the worst part, our new plane did not have WiFi, which was promised when booking. Needless to say, the entertainment was bleak. The icing on this flight from hell was when we hit turbulence and two bottles of wine spilt on another passenger and all over the floor. I understand that this happens, but none of the flight attendants attempted to clean up the wine and all the passengers where forced to smell cheap red wine for the remaining eight hours of the flight. I regret to claim that I will not fly United ever again."

Pros: "Crew was friendly and got us to our destination safely."
Cons: "Flight was delayed and boarding gate changed."

Pros: "Nothing"
Cons: "6 hour delay in SFO is apparently not unusual. Gate agent tells us that they will always bump that flight for other western regional airport since SMF doesn't have a curfew. United could care less and not transparent. And then they have the gull to tell us it was weather related. There was no bad weather anywhere in the western US that day! I tracked the plane backwards online and it never left Cali all day. United lies to shift blame away from their decision to screw all those on that flight. Advise: If you have this connection skip it, rent a car in SFO and drive to SMF. You will be to the good many hours."

Pros: "Got us safely and conveniently to Vic at a good price and on time. Flight attendant was fine and cooperative, though no special warmth."
Cons: "I have one star on food and entertainment because there wasn't any of either, but that's understandable for a short flight. No issues."

Pros: "did not enjoy my flight whatsoever."
Cons: "they had to change me and about 10 other peoples flights because of the delays from "cloud cover" (what the hell?? terrible excuse) then the attendant LIED to me about where my bag would go. i missed my flight because of this, had to get re routed to san diego over 2 hours from my house, and my bag was sent to john wayne so i had to drive ANOTHER hour ans a half in traffic out of my way all because that illiterate moron of a flight attendant didn't know how to communicate with her coworkers about where our bags would be or how we could get them. absolutely never flying united again. horrible. what an awful day. they DO NOT deserve my hard-earned money, and the people deserve to know how truly crappy their service is."

"Good price long layover"

"The flight, crew and cleanliness was good, my main complaint is that they tried to charge for ANY and EVERY BAG bag, whether checked or carry on. So you think you are getting a good deal for flight tickets, but that cost does NOT include ANY bags. The very nice gentleman who checked us in ended up only charging us for 2 of our 6 bags. We had 1 checked bag and 5 carry on (1 for each of us traveling). So he charged for our 1 big checked bag and 1 carry on and then waived the fees for all our other carry on bags. This helped tremendously and was very much appreciated. Although, since we now know Frontier does charge for all bag types, we will probably avoid using them again."

"Frontier is a cheap airline but everything went well"

"The ride felt inviting from the start. It was nice"

"Experienced a 1 hr flight delay, but they kept u updated on changes. Very clean, new looking planes. Have to pay for any inflight food /beverages. Little leg room but ok for short flights!! Helpful, friendly flight attendents. No wifi onboard. Have to pay extra for larger carryon bag & extra legroom seats. But basic flight prices are good so will try them again!!"

Pros: "The wonderful crews and the comfortable seat"
Cons: "Snack and drink"

Cons: "They took forever and weren’t nice about it! Terrible experience!"

Pros: "Yes, the crew was amazing and I enjoyed the leg room."

Pros: "Seats uncomfortable"
Cons: "Unloading. Took 2 hours to get bags"

Pros: "Crew was friendly, accommodating."
Cons: "We were really cold the entire flight. Felt like 60 degrees in there. Not comfortable, no blankets provided for a long, cold flight"

Pros: "Crew was good."
Cons: "Flight had multiple delay’s and seeming mistakes and more mistakes. Finally arrived I’ve 6 hours late."

Pros: "The $69 price was amazing!"
Cons: "I have to check in at the counter in order to get free bags for being military and they issued me a paper ticket instead of an electronic one."

Cons: "Frontier is an airlines that doesn't care about its customer. Period!"

Pros: "Very prompt on time ,comfortable flight"

Pros: "Cheap flight . Luckily looked into there baggage rules. Cheap flight means they don't offer any entertainment nor complimentary drinks.I didn't know this but would use thier services again and again at the prices I paid."

Pros: "Boarding process."
Cons: "Long flight, uncomfortable seats, a la carte everything, and prices were high for food and beverage. Vendor booked flight for me, so I did not choose to fly Frontier. Thought I had a direct to San Diego from D.C., turns out, we stopped in Colorado Springs, de boarded, waited an hour or so, then re boarded."

Cons: "the seats.. the space.. the arm rests.. the tray tables.. everything"

Pros: "Flight crew did try to make up time."
Cons: "Extremely late. Should of given us free non alcoholic drinks to make up for being so late."

Pros: "Not much. I really can't find much good to say other than that the gate agents took a tremendous amount of grief and stayed professional."
Cons: "Everything else. People, don't be fooled by the low prices - it is not worth it. Avoid Frontier like the plague. Flight from SAN to MCO was cancelled, rebooked 14 hrs later. We were 6 min past curfew leaving SAN and they returned us to the gate. Crew made no effort to hurry. They were ignorant or indifferent. Leaving MCO a week later flight was supposed to depart at 9:00 PM and was delayed 3.5 hrs and then cancelled. Next available flight was 24 hrs later. Frontier apparently only has one flight out of MCO daily. I had to book with Delta to get back to SAN within reason. I will never fly on Frontier again."

Pros: "All in all the flight was typical for a low fare flight, comfortable for an unreclining chair, and as clean as would be expected."
Cons: "The only problem was that it was an overnight flight and about two in the morning members of the flight crew gathered at the back galley and began to talk and laugh rather loudly. Not only did they wake me up but they woke a little girl who began to cry loudly for some time. Perhaps they did not realize their loudness because they were friendly on and off the plane, but it was rather frustrating."

Cons: "Gum all over the carpet. Nicole and dimed at every opportunity. Uncomfortable seats that don't recline one bit. Only one of the 3 bathrooms was operational by the end of the flight."

Pros: "The crew was nice and the boarding was efficient, which allowed us to get out on time despite a late arrival from the flight before."
Cons: "The plane was freezing - I had on a long sleeve shirt and hoodie and I had to keep the hood up just to keep from freezing. Also the seats are basically metal with thin padding, s o it's extremely uncomfortable."

Cons: "Frontier is definitely not what it used to be. You can choose your seats during online check-in, for a price. You can choose to check bags, for a price. You can choose to carry-on bags, for a price. The table trays are now called "traylets" because they are so tiny. Forget about putting a normal sized laptop on them. In-flight food and beverages are available, for a price. Gone are the days of fresh baked cookies on each flight and free water."

Cons: "Due to understaffed check in counter, didn't quite make the 45 minute cut-off to check my luggage. Girl at the counter was super rude. Said I had to fly with my bags and proceeded to book me and my son on the next flight out... 8 hours later. Long story short, my bags were on the original flight but we were not. Great way to spend Mother's Day."

Cons: "Seats did not recline. I had to pay extra to make sure I sat with my children which is absolutely rediculous. Did I mention the seats did not recline. Also On literall all four flights we sat near the back since they offered one seat that was 0$ the others were $9 each flight. On all the flights the staff joked loudly talking about their weekend or what they were going to do. I understand being social but keep it down. We are traveling and exhausted. They kept waking my children up with laughter. On top of this. They misplaced our baggage for 24 hours. Ok yeah not such a big deal except when you were going to drive two hours away and going to need bathing suits and things in your bag. They ended up refunding the $50 luggage charge but did not refund anything I had to purchase ....."

Pros: "Overall great experience. Everyone was very nice"
Cons: "I'm very disappointed that you have to pay for a carry-on bag AND the fact that it wasn't mentioned when I was buying my ticket. I had bought my ticket before the carry-on fee went into effect so I wish I would have received an email about the change or my fee should have been waived since it didn't exist when I bought my ticket. I was disappointed when I was checking in and found out I had to pay for my carry-on bag"

Cons: "They charge me $45 for a carry on never in my life i would imagine"

Pros: "The price of the ticket."
Cons: "- When I arrived at the check in counter at least an hour before my flight, there was one employee working the check in counter talking to a family ahead of me who were clearly agitated. As their very loud and public confrontation continued, I learned that the employee was trying to get them to pay for their clearly over-sized "personal items" and they vehemently disagreed. The employee did nothing to diffuse the situation and just engaged in arguing with them back and forth. They argued for almost 30 minutes while I stood waiting, worrying that I was going to miss my flight through no fault of my own. - When the angry family finally left, the employee called someone on a cell phone and a few minutes later a second employee arrived. The first employee began furiously typing and working on his computer and ignored the now long line of customers in front of him. The second employee began helping the rest of us but was also much less than enthusiastic. He asked me to put my small, overhead bin sized bag on the scale and I did so. He then told me there would be a $40 charge for the bag which I was surprised by because I thought the charge for a carry-on bag was $25. He told me that "the prices went up a few days ago." I was already so delayed that I told him to just charge the $40 so I could make my flight. He processed and then he took my bag. When I asked why he was taking it, he said, "Oh, you checked it," which I had absolutely not agreed to do. Seeing the line behind me and the very few minutes I had left to actually board my plane, I just let him take and check my bag. - At no point was I offered an apology for the altercation that nearly ruined my travel plans. (I have many many years of customer service experience and it is my firm belief that while that family WAS in the wrong and very difficult, the employee could have handled that altercation MUCH better.) - At no point was I able to choose or change my automatically assigned seat, so I ended up very uncomfortable in an aisle seat next to a baby in lap. I chose a red-eye flight so I could sleep overnight and I ended up getting NO rest because I was so bothered"

Pros: "Nothing- staff was rude, we sat in glorified folding chairs, had to pay 45 dollars for a carry on. What an absolute joke of an airline I sincerely hope frontier goes out of business entirely."

Pros: "I am disabled so i get wheelchair service, door to plane. The people who wheel me around are polite and the young lady who got me to baggage and to the pickup at the door was so kind. I am 200lbs and she was a petite lil thing. She stayed with me till hubby pulled up to make sure i was safe in my car. The flight attendants are always courteous and help put my cane above in compartment. I cant reach over my head, nerve damage...have flown frontier 2-3times a year for 5 plus years and have had only one incident..."

Cons: "Delays"

Pros: "Nothing"
Cons: "Late take off small seats"

Pros: "Friendly staff"
Cons: "You have to pay for carry-on, drinks, snacks, everything! Onnoxious beeping throughout the flight, super cramped seating, no charge ports, wifi, or entertainment! PLUS both flights were delayed!"

Pros: "We landed early."
Cons: "The gate wasn't ready so we sat in the plane for 40 minutes waiting."

Pros: "The staff is very nice and both my flights were on time and everything was smooth. No lost baggage, arrived at a gate next to my connecting flight, etc. But, the seats are so flimsy now, because they wanted to squeeze in another row of seats. They say the leg room is better, but it felt like less leg room. Overall I can't complain because the flight was very affordable, and at the time that mattered more than my comfort."
Cons: "There is no food offered on these flights, not even a snack. And no entertainment. A lot of airlines now have movies, but this was not the case."

Pros: "The crew was very friendly and great with kids."
Cons: "I will not fly this airline again. Charged excessively for things that should be Free (snacks, carry on luggage) a preassigned seat. Seats are uncomfortable."

Pros: "Boarding was easy, the flight was smooth, crew was great"
Cons: "Cramped seating, paying for carryon luggage, paying for snacks. After Paying for all the extras I could have flown on delta for cheaper"

Pros: "we got to our destination safely"
Cons: "We booked our flight to san diego with a short layover in denver. 2 days later they canceled our original flight and put us on a slightly later flight, which would make us miss our connecting flight in denver, so then they gave us a 7 hour layover in denver, we had planned on having dinner in San diego, but ended up getting to our hotel at 3 AM. They would not let us cancel our reservation and they promised us a $50 voucher, that never came. very subpar, and with the state of air travel these days that's saying a lot."

Pros: "The desk agents at San Diego airport were helpful, poor people. I can only imagine the headaches they get from trying to fix Frontier's issues satisfactorily. That is about the only positive thing. Frontier's help phone line was ridiculous and when I finally got a person they were non sympathetic to my issues and completely not helpful."
Cons: "Fair warning: never fly Frontier. My flight from San Diego to Denver and then on to Atlanta was bumped the first day because the plane "broke", which would cause me to miss my connector. The airline put me in a hotel, which was fine (even though I had to pay a $200 security deposit that actually accidentally ended up being $400 and I didn't get back for 4 days). That next morning, I got a text saying my 6:15am flight was delayed by more than an hour, so I called Frontier and asked about my connector times. They told me I would have 10 minutes to disembark the plane and make it to the next gate and, if I did not, I would be stuck in the Denver airport for 12 hours. I asked if that was the case would they put me in a hotel.....they said no. I asked if I changed my flight to the next day would they put me in a hotel....they said no because it was my choice to change the flight (as if that is a choice). Thankfully, I know people in San Diego, so I stayed with them that night. Next morning I take an Uber at 4:30am (at the cost of $30+ dollars) to the airport only to find out that the flight was severely delayed again (no text notice this time from the airline). When I say severely, I mean my 6:15am flight was rescheduled to leave at 10:45am. That would, once again, put me missing my connector. I waited in the line with the 50 other passengers to talk to the desk agent for quite a long time. At first, the agent told me that I would have to wait until the next morning again. I then told him my plight and the events I had already been through. He found a route that would take me at 11:35am from San Diego to Denver then have a 2 hour layover, then fly to San Antonio, then finally get to Atlanta at 12:20am. So, that is me arriving at the airport at 5:00am Sunday morning and getting into Atlanta at 12:20am Monday morning.....over 16 hours with the time change. So, I had to take it. Frontiers way of making up for all of this nonsense? They gave me a $100 voucher to use towards future flights. Basically a worthless piece of paper I will never use."

Cons: "When we checked in at the start of our flight in Denver we were told the flight was cancelled by a very RUDE attendant at the counter even though the reader board showed it was on time. The Frontier person had absolutely no intention in helping and could really care less. Ended up going to the South West counter and the people were great. Frontier should take a lesson form Frontier about customer service. When I book my next flight I will have to be very desperate to use Frontier because of the way I was treated."

Pros: "Very professional staff treating passengers with respect Planes were clean and on time"
Cons: "Seats were horrible. Only first three rows recline and they were much more expensive to book. I left the flight very fatigued. Last flight of the day the cabin pressure was off so kind of hard to breath. Both my wife and I experienced this. Overall I think the lack of comfort would make me search for another airline next time unless they improve."

Pros: "The flight was late.."
Cons: "You pay for the flight and then pay for everything on the plane"

Pros: "Nothing"
Cons: "airline charged me a $75 fee for my bag being slightly overweight and then took over an hour to return our bag, causing us to miss our bus and costing an additional $80 for a cab as that was the only option after the bus. Worst airline service I have ever had in my life. Never flying frontier again."

Cons: "I didnt like how i had to pay $105 for a carryon for going there and back. Thats ridiculous! I can understand the initial price at the checkin gate but that price shouldve been covered for the roundtrip. I will never fly Frontier again. And ive told several ove my friends and family not to fly with that airline either. The reason why they are so cheap was because they will find a way to get you in the back end of the deal. I couldve flew with American airlines with no layover and not have paid a fee for a carry on. Wouldve been at my destination faster and no hassle."

Pros: "Got home from San Diego, Ca."
Cons: "Seven hour layover in Denver. Flight started out one hour late and then the Air Conditioning on the plane did not work putting us another hour late leaving."

Pros: "The guy who checked me in at the airport"
Cons: "Is very sneaky and is not easily disclose seats cost of the additional money food cost additional money drinks cost additional money. In addition they charge you for not only bringing your bag to be checked but to bring a bag on the plane. They do not do anybody any good to not disclose that when booking the flight in large font or a pop up window before you officially book. We sat on the runway at the Denver international airport for over an hour once we landed again completely irritating and dissatisfied!"

Pros: "Charge for everything (seats?). Bad takeoff, thought we were going to run off the runway."

Cons: "We waited an hour on the tarmac for a gate to open. It took another 90 minutes for them to get the checked bags to the carousel. Frontier's excuse was that they usually have 8 people to unload the plane, that day they only had one. Frontier is too cheap to hire people and expects customers to tolerate their operational inefficiency. No one at Frontier showed any form of customer service skills and refused to grant any concessions to delayed, angry customers. In fact, the luggage supervisor called security because she angered the customers so much. To sum up, f*** Frontier and I cannot wait for their inevitable chapter 11 filing."

Pros: "There was a 5 minute delay, but they did fine getting us there in plenty of time."
Cons: "First time flying Frontier, and the plane itself is very uncomfortable. Tray tables are too small to do anything with, and the seats are very thin and hard and do not move at all. The armrests were also super uncomfortable, but when you try to move them back, they still straight up so you can't be comfortable. The crew wasn't very personable like more famous airlines. Everyone seemed pretty unhappy to be there and talked minimally. You have to pay for your bags, food, and drink. No entertainment available to judge."

Pros: "Well, I initially thought I was getting a good price on a fare, however..."
Cons: "after arrival at the airport, I was charged -$18 additional dollars for a STANDARD seat -$60 additional dollars for EACH checked bag -$5 dollars for ALL refreshments to include water All these extra fees resulted in over $160 dollars in ADDITIONAL charges. for an uncomfortable (the seats were no better than cheap lawn furniture) unaccommodating flight experience. You'd be better off paying a little extra for a southwest or delta flight know what you're paying for UPFRONT, and it will be a much more comfortable and enjoyable experience. DONT FLY FRONTIER"
